Abstract

Value and growth of a company can be measured by PEG (Price/Earning to Growth Ratio), this ratio compare PER (Price/Earning Ratio) with Annual EPS Growth. Value and growth of banking is very important because banking is the backbone of a country's economy and plays an important role to support economic growth, increase equity through national development, as well as improving the welfare of people in that country. Therefore, this study takes Analysis of Loan Loss Provision, Board Size, Equity to Asset Ratio, Lerner Index to Price / Earning to Growth Ratio, using Return on Asset as Intervening Variable (Case Study at Commercial Bank in Indonesia on year 2010-2015) as the title. The sample of this research is 20 commercial banks spread throughout Indonesia, with 5 years period (2010-2015), therefore obtained 100 data in this research. The data was obtained through the Annual Report of Commercial Banks in that period as well as directly quoting financial data from Bloomberg. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and previously tested using classical assumption test.The result of this research indicate that LLP have negative significant effect to ROA, Board Size and EAR negative but none significant effect to ROA, while LI has positive significant effect to ROA. While the research on PEG shows that Board Size and EAR have negative, but none significant effect on PEG. LLP shows negative significant effect on PEG. While ROA and LI has positive but none significant effect to PEG. ROA can’t be a intervening variable that represent independent variable in this research to dependent variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether product quality, price perception, promotion, and brand image affect the purchase decision of Myrican black garlic products in Bandung. The fluctuating level of sales of Myrican black garlic is the background of this research problem. Tight competition in the herbal medicine market and a lack of information about the benefits of black onion as an herbal remedy are among the factors that cause uncertain sales.            The technique that will be used in this research to determine the data to be studied is non-probability sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that is chosen on the basis of availability or because of the researchers' consideration that they can represent the population. The method used in sampling in this study is purposive sampling. This method uses criteria that have been selected by the researcher in choosing a sample.            The research shows product quality, price perception, promotion, and brand image have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Product quality has the highest significant influence on purchasing decisions. Price perception has the lowest significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The research is proceeded based on the significant decrease of Indosat Ooredoo’s net profit on 2013 and 2014. The aim of the research is to find out the influence of perception of price (X1), product quality (X2), brand image (X3) and word of mouth (X4) towards the buying decision of Indosat Ooredoo prepaid SIM card in Semarang.            The methods of data collection used in this research was a questionnaire to 100 participants spread at Semarang, which has been using Indosat Ooredoo for more than a year. Sampling technique was done by using purposive sampling methods. Data analysis on this research is using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS for windows.            The result of the research shows that the variable of perception of price, product quality, brand image and word of mouth is having a positive and significant influence towards the buying decision of Indosat Ooredoo prepaid SIM card at Semarang. Among the four variables mentioned, product quality was the most influencing variable towards the buying decision. Therefore it is suggested for the company to improve the quality continuously in order to improve the buying decision of Indosat Ooredoo prepaid SIM card.

Abstract

The past decades of international business research has seen an extraordinary evolution in awareness and understanding of cross-cultural management. In Indonesia, the growth of manpower from various countries, improving environmental performance. Not all expatriates stationed in a new country succeed in their international assignments. This research will analyze which elements can contribute to expatriate cross-cultural adjustment..The purpose of this conceptual research is to present the current literature review related to cross-cultural management. Expatriates adaptation is inevitable in every organization wherever expat is located outside their own country. All adaptation processes are influenced by an internal factor and external factors. Various literature related to this topic is discussed in this study, along with the upcoming research agenda related to cross-cultural management. This research uses meta-analysis method by using U-curve hypothesis. Research to represent current literature review related to expatriate cross-cultural adjustment. Various kinds of literature related to the each stages of cross-cultural adaptation according to U-curve are discussed in this study, along with the upcoming research agenda related to change management.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of Locus of Control (LOC) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) to Employee Performance (JP) use Job Stress (JS) as intervening variable’s. The issues from this research are absence and late that impact to employee performance.  This Research investigate two models  use SPSS 23th version. First, influence of  LOC and EI to JS. Second, influence of LOC, EI and  JS to JP.Sample is a random of 105 person of PT Telkom Divre IV Jateng and DIY worker’s. Technique of sample collection used Accidental Sampling and use the analysis of Linear Analysis, Path Analysis and Sobel TestResearch result showed LOC and EI has a negative and significant correlation to JS. LOC and EI has a positive and significant correlation to JP. JS has a negative and significant correlation to JP.

Abstract

          This research aims to analyze the influence of  Good Corporate Governance to the performance of manufacturing companies. The variables tested in this research are board of director (DEDIR), board of commisioner (DEKOM), independent commissioner (KOMIND), concentrated ownership (CONSOWN), institutional ownership (INSTOWN), and managerial managerial (MANOWN) to ROA. In addition, in this study also use control variables size and leverage. Research objects for this study are manufacturing companies in Indonesia listed on BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia).          This research was conducted by purposive sampling method at manufacturing companies in Indonesia which listed on BEI from 2012 until 2016. The number of samples obtained by 34 manufacturing companies. Secondary data used in this study is from annual financial report data downloaded through IDX official website and official website of each company. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with 5% significance level and previously performed classical assumption test that include normality test, multicolinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test.            The results of this research indicate that board of directors (DEDIR), board of commissioners (DEKOM), independent commissioners (KOMIND), concentrated ownership (CONSOWN), and managerial ownership (MANOWN) have no significant effect on ROA. While institutional ownership (INSTOWN) shows a significant negative effect on ROA. The control variable size does not show any significant effect on ROA. While leverage has a significant negative effect on ROA. Based on the result of determination coefficient board of directors (DEDIR), board of commissioner (DEKOM), independent commissioner (KOMIND), concentrated ownership (CONSOWN), institutional ownership (INSTOWN), managerial ownership (MANOWN), size and leverage have influence of 12.6% against ROA. While the remaining of 87.4% influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.

Abstract

The problem that can be known is that there is a decrease in performance every month. This is based on the number of employees who fall into the lower category every month continues to grow. Based on the research gap there are differences in results from one study with other research and from the phenomena that occur in the company. The existence of differences from these studies alleged motivational factors and job satisfaction have a significant factor on employee performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation on job satisfaction and the performance of outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Kebumen then the mediation effect from job satisfaction on influence of motivation on performance.The population and sample used in this study are outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. (PT Telkom) Kandatel Kebumen who currently works for more than one year, namely 53 people. The sampling technique used is a census. Data collection methods in this study use questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method uses path analysis.Based on the results of research, motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction and the performance of outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Kebumen, while job satisfaction has a positive effect on the performance of outsourcing employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. Kandatel Kebumen. Based on the results of the Sobel Test to determine whether there is a mediating relationship between independent and dependent variables, it is known that satisfaction mediates the influence of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of work stress, work support, and salary satisfaction on nurse turnover intention (Study on RSU Nirmala Purbalingga).The data were collected through distribution of questionnaires to 95 nurses on RSU Nirmala Purbalingga using random sampling. The data test technique used in this research includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression using SPSS software.The results of this study indicate that work stress has positive and significant effect on nurse turnover intention, work support has negative and significant effect on nurse turnover intention, and salary satisfaction has negative and significant effect on nurse turnover intention.

Abstract

 Game center is one of the business opportunities in the service sector with a growing potential market, so that business people take advantage of the opportunity to create a game center. This research was conducted to analyze the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality, and Price Perceptions on Customer Loyalty with a survey on Members Of Skyland Game Center. Data collection technique conducted in this study is a questionnaire. The sample was chosen by non probability sampling technique. Respondents in this research are Members of Skyland game center with a total of 95 respondents with the criteria of at least 3 times using the service. The technique used to analyze the influence of independent variables and dependent variable of this research is linear regression analysis. Result of research prove that hypothesis one Product Quality have positive effect to Customer Loyalty accepted. The second hypothesis of Service of Quality has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty accepted. The third hypothesis of price persepsion has a negative effect on Customer Loyalty was reject. Coefficient of determination test results stated that the three independent variables have an influence of 44.9% of Customer Loyalty. Skyland Game Center is expected to make the price more relevant and more affordable by knowing consumer preferences that can make consumer loyalty increase.

Abstract

The problem that arises in Ken Saras Hospital is a decrease in employee performance which can be seen from the decline in the employee performance index and supported by the results of a survey which states that patients are less satisfied with the services of employees. Variables suspected of influencing employee performance are person-organization fit, workload and transformational leadership. This study aims to analyze the influence of person-organization fit, workload and transformational leadership on the performance of nurses at Ken Saras Hospital.The population and sample used in this study were nurses at Ken Saras Hospital. The sampling technique used is the census. Data collection methods in this study use questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis.Based on the results of the study, person-organization fit, and transformational leadership have a positive effect on the performance of nurses at Ken Saras Hospital, while the workload has a negative effect on the performance of nurses at Ken Saras Hospital. Employee performance can be explained by the independent variable, person-organization fit, workload and transformational leadership, amounting to 82.2%.
