Abstract

There are three forces that drive the organization make a change, namely: (1) external forces, (2) the internal strength, and (3) change agent. This means that each change was influenced by three things and the three forces that have their respective roles and inter-related from each other. Changes in any uncertain terms directly running smoothly. And when there is dynamic development of various facets of life, change is a must. It is not easy to make changes from the status quo to progression, particularly those involving changes in mindset. And to change it to walk toward the positive points, needed a leader who is able to socialize and internalization of the change effectively.Keywords: leadership, institutional change and socialization

Abstract

The aim of this research are describtion of the correlation between religious orientation, locus of control dan psychological wel-being variables. The sample of this research are 77 students of the 10% all of the population of the students of Psychology Faculty of the Islamic University Maulana Malik Ibrahim in Malang. The instrument in this research had been aplided by the religious orientation scala, locus of control scala and psychological wel-being scala. The describing of the data by descibtion analyzis for the subject of the research, and using the Product Moment Analizing for Correlation between the variables with SPSS 15.00 program. The data of this research shows that, the correlation betwenn religious orientation and  psychological wel-being is xy = 0,350 p = 0,001. Its means is the correlation betwenn religious orientation and psychological wel-being (p0,050), and its mens is too internalized  religious orientation of the sample its soo quick of the frecuency of psychological wel-being. And its mens is too externalized religious orientation of the sample its soo slowly of the frecuency of psychological wel-being.The correlation analyztion of religious orientation and locus of control is rxy =0,534, p=0,000. Abstract

Learning Arabic is not that simply for the importance of getting language skill including istima’ skill (observing), kalam (speaking), qira’ah (reading) and kitabah (writing). But then it is for the importance of studying Islamic knowledge and even knowledge developed by faculty in UIN Maliki Malang. Up till now, curriculum in PKPBA UIN Maliki tended to have the quality subject-centered designs so it occurred discrepancy between the real need of students in that program inside of Arabic lesson. Abstract

The  research  was  motivated  by  the  difficulty  of  students  studying  Qawaid considered difficult and complex. The research aims to develop teaching materials based Arabic qawaid mind map and find out the learning process of students by using teaching materials based Arabic qawaid mind map for the college level. This research method using the R D (research and development). The results of this study were 1. development of teaching materials based Arabic qawaid mind map for the college-level teaching materials presented in the form of maps with different patterns of shape and color illustrations that have a major  theme (primary) connected to the theme of the derivative and connected with each other accompanied by examples . 2. Use of these materials indicate that the Arabic language teaching materials qawaid based mind map can improve learning outcomes of students with  average 78.59 / B +, and increase motivation to learn qawaid.Key words: bahan ajar, qawaid bahasa Arab, mind map

Abstract

The purpose  of  this  study  is  to  compare  job  satisfaction  and  organizational commitment  of  employee’s  Islamic  banking  based  on  biographical  characteristics. Biographical characteristics are consists of age, gender, marital status, and education. Total  sample  in  the  research  are  125  respondents.  Data  analysis  is  executed  by independent samples t-test and Analysis of Varians (Anova) with SPSS 16 version. Based on the research indicate that employee job satisfaction is quitely different between men and women.  Organizational commitment based on gender is quietly different too. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment of men are higher than women. Managerial  implications  of  human  resource  management  requires  to  enhance  an organizational commitment and job satisfaction of Islamic banking women employeesKeywords: Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Islamic Bank

Abstract

Objective of this study is to test wether the announcement of JII (Jakarta Islamic Index)  composition change has information content and thus reacted by market as reflected in average abnormal return (AAR). The information content was tested using event study method to observe abnormal return surrounding JII composition change announcement day. Using  data from JII since 2004 through 2010, the result of the study shows that there are abnormal return exist surrounding JII composition change announcement day. AAR is found statistically negative and significant different from zero for stock included-in and stock removed from JII. It indicates that the announcement having an information content. However, there is no significant difference of abnormal return found before and after announcement day. It might be caused by the regular timing of the composition change announcement and information leakage in form of “noise”. Thus, Indonesian stock market proves to be inefficient in its semistrong form.Keywords: JII composition change, shariah-compliant index, event study, abnormal return,market efficiency

Abstract

The aims of this study are to inventory potential of Habbatus Saudah (Nigella sativa L.) to maintain pancreas B Cells, reduced blood glucose, and increases body weight diabetic mellitus patient induced by streptozotocin (STZ). STZ as antibiotic agent has a sitotoxic effect and light carcinogenic. Injection STZ cause damages Beta cells and reduce insulin secretion.  Fifteen mice 60 days old with 30-31 grams bodyweight are separate into 4 groups: Diabetic group (D), treatment group (DH), treatment control (KH) and Blanco control (K) respectively. Diabetic rats are subcutaneous injected by streptozotocin (STZ) with dose 50 mg/bw. Treatment group added habbatus saudah seed crushed 4 g/kg feed ad libitum a week after injection, for 30 days treatment. The result shows that habbatus saudah has a potential pancreas ameliorant in mice, reduce blood glucose (p 0, 01) and increase mice bodyweight (p 0, 05). Abstract

The principles of Religions values internalization found in the study are: (1) Faithful to Allah swt. Among santri (students) for the mercy in able to generate self confident, braveness, discipline, strong will to hard working and optimism; (2) Dzikrullah in able to improve braveness, self confident, discipline, and independence; (3)  New challenger and hard duties during learning process can develop braveness, self confident, creativity, and independence; (4) Thust in all element, of Ma’had such as kyai-santri, ustadz-santri, and musyrif-santri and among santri can develop braveness, creativity, strong will to hard working and independence; (5) Learning process stressing on jama’ah can develop the will to study from the surroundings at any time and is intended to develop discipline, strong will to hardworking, creativity, self confident and positive thingking; (6) Jama’ah activities can develop self confident and the will to serve others; (7) Motivating action through love and doing kindness in jama’ah can develop discipline, hardworking, and independence; (8) Clear religious values in vision are descrited in personality profile and self image, positive perception to vision and high commitment to achieve cand develop religious values; (9) Management factor especially open management can develop the capability of self management, respontibility, discipline, self introspection, creativity, braveness, and optimism.

Abstract

Sociologically, literature can not be understood wholly and comprehensively if they are separated from the background of community. Becaouse between literature and the condition of author has dialectics relationship. It means that language can not appreared without contexs whice caused the expression of social-culture’s condition and a history of author’s background. Because, between language and culture have dialectica’s relationship,  both of them can not be separate or language is aculture reflection and aculture phenomenon which language used.

Abstract

Modern word in inpported by modernized science and technology with in cultural and multireligius society, so for, Islamic studies uses theological approach with characters truth claem ( truth monopoly). According to this approach, the believer of certain religious  is the only truth, where are  other's belief is wrong. Tis appoach is not relevant  anymore and can not face the challenge of this era  ; then the mew way laurges from the mind of many moslem schoolars, Harun Nasution offers rational appoach, M Amin Abdullah proposes historical empirical approach, M Atho' Mudzar claem sosiological approach and Jalaluddin Rahmat present humanistic approach. The above approach can be cathegorized into theological approach, and comparative approach, stating from M Dhavamony theory, several Islamic studies approaches can be development of this approach is phenomenological approach. The Islamic studies approach focuses on  sacrality and profan.
