Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis dan struktur komunitas gastropoda khususnya yang berkaitan dengan keanekaragaman, keseragaman, dan kesamaan komunitas gastropoda pada ekosistem lamun di Desa Dudepo Kecamatan Anggrek Kabupaten Gorontalo Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2015 sampai Agustus 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode line transek dengan menggunakan kuadran ukuran 1x1 m. Analisis data meliputi indeks keanekaragaman, indeks keseragaman, dan kesamaan komunitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gastropoda yang ditemukan di Desa Dudepo terdiri dari 14 jenis nilai keanekaragaman tertinggi terdapat pada Stasiun II yaitu 0,76 dan nilai keanekaragamn terendah terdapat pada Stasiun III yaitu 0,49. Indeks keseragaman gastropoda di lokasi penelitian memiliki keseragaman yang rendah. Tingkat kesamaan gastropoda tertinggi terdapat pada Stasiun II dan III yaitu 76 % dan terendah terdapat pada Stasiun I dan II yaitu 63 %. This study aims to determine the types and structure of the gastropod community, especially those related to diversity, uniformity, and similarity of the gastropod community in the seagrass ecosystem in Dudepo Village, Anggrek District, North Gorontalo Regency. This research was conducted in August 2015 until August 2016. The method used in this study is the line transect method using a quadrant of size 1x1 m. Data analysis includes diversity index, uniformity index, and community similarity. The results showed that the gastropods found in Dudepo Village consisted of 14 types of the highest diversity values found in Station II, which was 0.76 and the lowest diversity values were found in Station III, which was 0.49. Gastropod uniformity index at the study site has a low uniformity. The highest level of gastropod similarity was found in Stations II and III at 76% and the lowest was at Stations I and II at 63%. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan cacing sutera (Tubifex sp.) dengan dosis berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan black molly (Poecilia sphenops). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di balai benih ikan kota Gorontalo selama 35 hari pada bulan November - Januari 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan diulang sebanyak 3 kali. Hasil analisis varian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pakan cacing sutera berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan benih ikan black molly dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap kelangsungan hidup benih ikan black molly. Perlakuan B (10% Tubifex sp.) memberikan pertumbuhan terbaik dengan pertumbuhan mutlak sebesar 0,32 gram dan kelangsungan hidup sebesar 84,44%. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of feeding silk worm (Tubifex sp.) at different doses on the growth and survival of black molly fish (Poecilia sphenops) seeds. This research was conducted at the Gorontalo City Fish Seed Hall for 35 days in November - January 2016. This study used an experimental method. The research design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and repeated 3 times. The results of the analysis of variance showed that silk worm feeding significantly affected the growth of black molly fish seeds and significantly affected the survival of black molly fish seeds. Treatment B (10% Tubifex sp.) Gave the best growth with absolute growth of 0.32 grams and survival of 84.44%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang alat tangkap panah dari aspek teknis dan pengoperasian dan efektivitas alat tangkap panah ikan di Desa Bajo Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus sampai November 2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini metode ikut aktif langsung dan studi pustaka dan analisis efektivitas. Pengoperasian alat tangkap panah terbagi 3 yaitu panah untuk malam hari, panah untuk siang hari, panah khusus tenggiri. Efektifitas hasil tangkap ikan ekor kuning (Caesio sp.) (24.73 %), baronag (Siganus sp.) (0.52 %), biji nangka (Upeneus sp.) (14.57 %), kuwe (Gnatodon sp) (0.50 %), kakatua (Scarus sp.) (19.49 %), kakap merah (Lutjanus sp.) (3.95 %), ketamba (Lethrinus sp.) (9.57 %), butana garis (Acanthurus sp.) (16.35 %), kerapu macan (Epinephelus sp.) (0.10 %), kerapu tikus (Choromileptes sp.) (0.18 %), kerapu sunu (Plectropoma sp.) (1.29 %), kerapu batik (Epinephelus sp.) (8.77 %). This study aims to provide an overview of the arrow fishing gear from the technical aspects and the operation and effectiveness of the fishing gear in Bajo Village, Tilamuta District, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. This research was conducted in August to November 2016. The method used in this study was the method of direct active participation and study of literature and effectiveness analysis. Arrow fishing gear operations are divided into 3 namely arrows for the night, arrows for the daytime, special arrow mackerel. The effectiveness of the catch of yellow-tailed fish (Caesio sp.) (24.73%), baronag (Siganus sp.) (0.52%), jackfruit seeds (Upeneus sp.) (14.57%), pigeon (Gnatodon sp) (0.50%), cockatoos (Scarus sp.) (19.49%), red snapper (Lutjanus sp.) (3.95%), ketamba (Lethrinus sp.) (9.57%), butane line (Acanthurus sp.) (16.35%), tiger grouper (Epinephelus sp.) .) (0.10%), mouse grouper (Choromileptes sp.) (0.18%), sunu grouper (Plectropoma sp.) Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui keanekaragaman jenis Gastropoda Epifaunapada ekosistem lamun dan ekosistem mangrove di Perrairan Desa Olimoo’o Kecamatan Batudaa Pantai Kabupaten Gorontalo.Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Bulan April 2015 sampai November 2015.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode transek garis dengan kuadran berukuran 1x1 pada ekosistem lamun dan mangrove. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keseluruhan Gastropoda yang ditemukan pada perairan Desa Olimoo’o pada ekosistem lamun dan mangrove adalah sebanyak 13 jenis yaitu: Ceritium cobelti, Certhidea cingulata, Terrebralia sulcata, Nerita planospira, Psendestematella papyracea, Conus striatellus, Nassarius coronatus, Terrebralia pallustris, Nerita plicta, Spinidrupa spinosa, Vexilium plicarium, dan Thais aculeate. Indeks keanekaragaman Gastropoda pada kedua ekosistem berada pada kategori sedang. Kesamaan Gastropoda pada ekosistem mangrove yang berada pada Stasiun 1 dan Stasiun 2 memiliki kategori sangat sama (IS=78%), sedangkan kesamaan Gastropoda pada ekosistem lamun baik pada Stasiun 1 dan Stasiun 2 adalah kategori sama (IS=55%), selanjutnya baik pada Stasiun 1 dan Stasiun 2 pada ekosistem mangrove dan ekosistem lamun keduanya memiliki kesamaan dengan kategori tidak sama, berturut-turut nilai indeks Sorensen adalah (IS=38%) dan (IS=31%). Namun secara keseluruhan Gastropoda Epifauna pada ekosistem lamun dan mangrove pada kedua stasiun memiliki kategori sama (IS=63%). This study aims to determine the diversity of species of Gastropod Epiphenia in seagrass ecosystems and mangrove ecosystems in Perrairan, Olimoo'o Village, Batudaa Subdistrict, Pantai Gorontal District. mangrove. The results showed that the total gastropods found in the waters of Olimoo'o Village in seagrass and mangrove ecosystems were 13 types, namely: Ceritium cobelti, Certhidea cingulata, Terrebralia sulcata, Nerita planospira, Psendestematella papyracea, Conus striatellus, Nassarius coronatus, Certhidea cingulata, Terrebralia sulcata, Nerita planospira, Psendestematella papyracea, Conus striatellus, Nassarius coronatus, Terrebralia pallris plicta, Spinidrupa spinosa, Vexilium plicarium, and Thais aculeate. Gastropod diversity index in both ecosystems is in the medium category. The similarity of Gastropods in mangrove ecosystems that are at Station 1 and Station 2 have very similar categories (IS = 78%), while the similarity of Gastropods in seagrass ecosystems at both Station 1 and Station 2 are the same category (IS = 55%), then both at Station 1 and Station 2 in the mangrove ecosystem and seagrass ecosystem both have similarities with different categories, respectively Sorensen's index value is (IS = 38%) and (IS = 31%). But overall Gastropod Epifauna in seagrass and mangrove ecosystems at both stations have the same category (IS = 63%). Katakunci: Mangrove; lamun; gastropoda; keanekaragaman; indeks kesamaan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the addition of water hyacinth flour (Eichornia crassipes) on the manufacture of artificial feed on the survival and growth of sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus) seeds. This study used an experimental method with three treatments and three replications. The testing method is by feeding a number of different doses. The results showed that treatment A had the highest absolute length and weight growth of 1.7 cm and 0.5925g, followed by treatment B of 1.4 cm and 0.4827 g, and the lowest was indicated by treatment C of 1.2 cm and 0.3217 g. While the highest daily length and weight growth in treatment A were 0.14 cm and 0.049 g, treatment B was 0.12 cm and 0.036 g and C were 0.11 cm and 0.027 g. Survival of catfish seeds in all treatments during the study was 100%. Keywords: catfish; sangkuriang; seeds; feed; water hyacinth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian substrat lumpur kolam sebagai pupuk untuk pertumbuhan Daphnia sp. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pada setiap perlakuan tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata. Pemberian substrat lumpur kolam sebagai pupuk yang menggunakan substrat lumpur kolam pada ketebalan 10 cm dan substrat lumpur dasar kolam serta dosis substrat lumpur kolam yang berbeda sangat bervariasi, dimana rata-rata pertambahan Daphnia sp. tertinggi terdapat pada pemberian substrat lumpur dasar kolam pada perlakuan B yaitu 27,09 ind/l di ikuti oleh perlakuan C dan A yaitu 23,90 ind/l dan 23,67 ind/l serta terendah pada perlakuan D yaitu 9,71 ind/l. Dengan persamaan regresi pada pemberian substrat lumpur dasar kolam yaitu y = -4.507x + 32.36, R2 = 0.564, dan pemberian substrat lumpur pada ketebalan 10 cm yaitu y = -1.299x + 17.33 , R2 = 0.358. This study aims to determine the effect of the pond mud substrate as fertilizer for the growth of Daphnia sp. The method used in this study is an experimental method with 4 treatments and 3 replications. The results indicate that each treatment did not have a real effect. The application of pond mud substrate as fertilizer using pond mud substrate at a thickness of 10 cm and pond bottom mud substrate as well as different doses of pond mud substrate vary, where the highest average increase in Daphnia sp. was found in the pond mud substrate in treatment B that was 27.09 ind/l followed by treatments C and A which were 23.90 ind/l and 23.67 ind/l and the lowest in treatment D was 9.71 ind/l. With the regression equation for the bottom pond mud substrate treatmen is y = -4.507x + 32.36, R2 = 0.564, and muddy substrate treatment at 10 cm thickness is y = -1.299x + 17.33, R2 = 0.358. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pakan buatan tepung keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata) dengan dosis berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan patin siam (Pangasius hypophthalmus). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dan dilakukan uji lanjut menggunakan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan mutlak panjang dan berat tertinggi ditunjukkan pada perlakuan D (9% perhari) sebesar 1,90 cm dan 0,73 g. Kelangsungan hidup benih ikan patin siam terbesar selama penelitian adalah perlakuan D sebesar 100 %. Perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup benih ikan patin siam. This study aims to determine the effect of artificial feed of golden snail flour (Pomacea canaliculata) with different doses on the growth and survival of Siamese catfish (Pangasius hypophthalmus) seeds. This research is using experimental method. The design used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and carried out further tests using the Least Significant Difference Test (LSD). The results showed that the absolute highest growth in length and weight was shown in treatment D (9% per day) of 1.90 cm and 0.73 g. The greatest survival of Siamese catfish seedlings during the study was treatment D by 100%. The treatment has a very significant effect on the growth and survival of Siamese catfish seeds. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berat bibit awal yang berbeda pada budidaya alga laut Kappaphycus alvarezii terhadap pertumbuhan dan untuk mengetahui berat awal yang terbaik untuk pertembuhan alga laut Kappaphycus alvarezii. Penelitian dilaksanakan di perairan Teluk Tomini, Desa Tabulo Selatan, Kabupaten Boalemo. Metode analisis data menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) 3 perlakuan 3 ulangan. Pengukuran pertumbuhan dilakukan seminggu sekali. Pemeliharaan berlangsung selama 42 hari dengan berat bibit awal yang berbeda, yaitu (A) 50 g, (B) 100 g dan (C) 150 g. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pertumbuhan mutlak tertinggi pada perlakuan A (50 g) sebesar 53,67 g, disusul perlakuan B (100 g) sebesar 38,67 g dan terendah perlakuan C (150 g) sebesar 31,67 g. Hasil analisis data adalah F hit 49,43 > F tabel yaitu 10,92. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Uji Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Dengan demikian bahwa berat bibit awal yang berbeda memberikan pengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan (Kappaphycus alvarezii). Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the potential and level of utilization and develop a strategy for developing the small pelagic fisheries resources in Tomini Gulf in Gorontalo Province. The method used in this study using a surplus production model from Schaefer and Fox and a study of the strategy of developing small pelagic fisheries resource using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the level of utilization of small pelagic fisheries resources in Tomini Gulf was still under fishing. Using the Schaefer model, an estimated Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) of 29.660 tons / year was obtained with an optimal effort of 4.8240 trips / year which was equivalent to 168 purse seiners. Using the Fox model, an estimated Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) of 24,300 tons / year was estimated with an optimal effort of 44,000 trips / year which is equivalent to 153 purse seiners. The main thing that needs to be done in the strategy of developing small pelagic fishery resource utilization in Tomini Gulf is to improve fishing operations by adding various types of fishing gear, so as to enable fishing to be more effective and intensive, increase added value of the catch so that fishermen can sell their catch to fish processing plants at best prices.
