Abstract

Abstrack The success of educational institutions depends on the quality of their resources, including teaching and educational staff which are managed in a measurable manner and must enforce good cooperation, motivate each other with peers, and provide ideas that can improve performance in order to build the competence of pesantren supervisors. This study aims to determine the development of the supervisor's performance through human resource management in the MBS Palopo modern Islamic boarding school. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through observation and interview techniques with the director of the pesantren, supervisors and educators of the pesantren located at the Modern Muhammadiyah Boarding School (MBS) Palopo Islamic Boarding School. The results of the study show that the development of the supervisor's performance at the MBS Palopo Islamic boarding school is first, education and training. The MBS Palopo Islamic Boarding School provides education and training to coaches as a form of development and adjustment to their duties. The training is conducted both online and offline and covers various aspects such as learning methodology and improving language skills. Second, mutation. The MBS Palopo Islamic Boarding School carried out a mutation in order to provide opportunities and motivate the coaches. With mutations, coaches can develop themselves and learn new things and experience challenges in different assignments. Third, facilitation and motivation. The MBS Palopo Islamic Boarding School provides facilities to supervisors to improve the quality of performance. These facilities include support in procuring teaching materials, technology facilities, as well as regular coaching and supervision. With the efforts to develop the performance of the supervisors, it is hoped that the supervisors can improve the quality of performance in managing Islamic boarding schools and make a positive contribution to the progress of these educational institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan membuktikan pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi SPSS terhadap pemahaman konsep dan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam mengolah data statistik. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain The Nonequivalent Post-Test Only Control Group Design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo Tahun Akademik 2021/2022 pada mata kuliah Statistika pendidikan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Hotelling’s T2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan antara kelompok mahasiswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dan kelompok mahasiswa yang belajar tanpa menggunakan aplikasi SPSS memiliki keterampilan mengolah data statistik yang relatif sama, namun memiliki perbedaan pada pemahaman konsep. Simulasi pengolahan data dan teori statistik yang diberikan mampu membuat mahasiswa lebih memahami statistik dan teknik analisis data dengan aplikasi SPSS.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the socialization management of pesantren activities through the Instagram platform at ZIIS Cilongok Modern Islamic Boarding School. The method used in this research is qualitative with a case study approach. The time of the research was conducted during the period March 1 to March 25, 2023. The objects of research included the Director of the ZIIS Cilongok Modern Islamic Boarding School, the ZIIS Cilongok Modern Islamic Boarding School Asatidz board, and the Instagram admin of the ZIIS Cilongok Modern Islamic Boarding School. Data collection techniques used in this study include interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data will be analyzed using data triangulation techniques to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the socialization management of pesantren activities through Instagram. The results of this study indicate that in planning the socialization management of Islamic boarding schools activities through Instagram, it is important to use an attractive template that is in accordance with the identity of the Islamic boarding school. In addition, the use of a high-quality camera is also an important factor in producing interesting content. In terms of organization, it is important to form a special team that is responsible for managing Islamic boarding schools' Instagram accounts and creating clear job descriptions. In implementation, the Instagram account management team made templates and uploaded all existing activities so that people could access information about the daily activities of the santri more easily. The school principal also plays a role in supervising and controlling content uploaded via Instagram ZIIS. In the evaluation, a meeting was held with the Media Team to further develop the Islamic boarding school's Instagram account. In addition, a question column was created in the Story to provide opportunities for viewers and santri guardians to provide input and responses to content uploaded on Instagram ZIIS.

Abstract

The application of educational technology is very relevant for the management of education and teaching and learning activities in particular. the use of interactive learning media can increase the effectiveness of learning, making it easier, fun, and interesting. The application of gamification to learning content is carried out to motivate students to increase their achievement of the content being studied. Islamic Religious Education in its implementation still shows various unpleasant problems. In increasing students' interest in learning, choosing the right learning model and using interesting learning media. One of the uses of technology in learning is using interactive quizzes in class using an interactive application, namely Quizizz. This article aims to review the use of Quizizz gamification on student learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects. This study uses researchlibrary research. The results of the research in the form of gamification implementation using Quizizz require a creative and innovative approach in learning Islamic Religious Education. By involving students through fun and interactive learning, it is expected to increase learning motivation in understanding concepts. Using gamification using Quizizz can make learning more interesting, interactive and effective.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of academic supervision of school principals in MTsN 1 Bandung City. This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, evaluation of results and follow-up of academic supervision at MTsN 1 Bandung. The approach of this research is to use a qualitative approach. Data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the principal's academic supervision at MTsN 1 Bandung consists of planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up of academic supervision. (1) The planning of academic supervision includes the preparation of objectives, supervision schedule, and approach in conducting supervision. (2) Implementation of academic supervision includes; carrying out teacher teaching planning, teaching implementation and carrying out teacher teaching evaluations. (3) Evaluation of supervision, namely assessing the administration of teacher planning, teacher implementation and evaluation of teacher assessment of students. (4) Follow-up, namely by analyzing the results of the evaluation then conducting coaching by including teachers in seminars to improve teacher abilities. This study recommends that supervisors in carrying out academic supervision must be structured and systematic from planning to follow-up as an effort to improve teacher performance and carry out periodic and scheduled supervision so that supervisors can directly see the quality of the learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to improve understanding of quantitative research methods in the context of Islamic education management. The research method used is a qualitative literature study with a descriptive approach. The use of quantitative methods in Islamic education management research improves understanding of the factors that influence effectiveness. Challenges include a lack of understanding of the method, incomplete data, unrepresentative samples, and limited resources. The application of information and communication technology supports innovative approaches in Islamic education management. Quantitative methods help to understand the factors affecting effectiveness in Islamic education. Challenges include a lack of understanding, a lack of data, representative samples, and limited resources. The use of technology provides innovation, but challenges include access and practitioner skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini disusun untuk melihat peran Islam dalam menawarkan metode pendidikan yang tepat dan ideal, di tengah berulang kalinya pergantian kurikulum di Indonesia. Lantas, “Bagaimanakah metode pendidikan ideal berbasis Al-Quran? Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode tafsir maudhu’i Al-Farmawi yang berfungsi untuk menggali nilai-nilai yang ada dalam Al-Qur’an lewat perumusan topik atau tema yang telah dikelompokkan. Tulisan ini menemukan, di samping banyaknya pandangan sarjana muslin mengenai khazanah metode pembelajaran, terdapat juga relevansi Al-Quran yang berkaitan dengan hal tersebut. Seperti halnya ditemukan pada Q.S. Al-Ma'idah: 67 yang mengisyaratkan bahwa salah satu metode pembelajaran yaitu penyampaian atas inisiatif yang bersifat dedikatif dan secara sepihak dari pendidik. Sedangkan dalam Q.S. An-Nahl: 125-128, terdapat empat metode; Pertama, metode bil-hikmah (rasio) dan al-mau'izhah al-hasanah (rasa). Kedua, diskusi, debat, argumentasi yang dilakukan antara dua pihak (two way traffic) dengan data dan fakta. Ketiga, hukuman yang dilakukan sangat selektif, hanya diperbolehkan bila memaksa sekali. Keempat, seorang guru perlu tabah, tidak cepat putus asa. Menahan diri itu dilakukan dengan meminta pertolongan Allah. Adapun pada Q.S. Ibrahim: 24-27, menekankan metode pendidikan berbasis pemberian contoh baik lewat kata-kata maupun perilaku. Dan terakhir Q.S. Al-A’raf; 75, menekankan bahwa membacakan juga merupakan bagian dari metode pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to see how effective school committee management is in managing education. The method used is library research or commonly called library research in which research data is obtained from books and other literature both print and online which are then analyzed theoretically-philosophically. The results of the study show that one of the determining factors in maintaining the quality of education is involving the school committee, namely by involving it massively in every process that exists in every school. Because, his presence can contribute positive suggestions, thoughts, ideas and ideas, which can be the basis for doing something even better in the management of an educational institution

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan bahan ajar pada Mata Kuliah Bahasa Indonesia dengan pendekatan Project Based Learning (PjBL) dari aspek konten, bahasa dan desain. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model ADDIE (Analysis-Design-Develop-Implementation-Evaluation). Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan IAIN Sultan Amai Gorontalo semester genap Tahun Akademik 2022/2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aspek konten, desain dan bahasa dengan kategori sangat baik, serta penilaian mahasiswa dengan kategori sangat baik. Oleh karena itu, bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan dapat dimplementasikan pada mata kuliah Bahasa Indonesia.
