Based on the results of interviews with customers, complaints related to service quality and customer satisfaction are influenced by several factors, apart from product quality and price, the most important of which are service quality and personal factors that annoy individual customers. The results of the study using the Service Quality and Importance Performance Analysis methods, on the quality of service, it is known that there are several attributes indicating that the current quality of service is still not as expected by customers. Based on the calculation of Gap 5 from the service quality questionnaire, the highest results were obtained and had an effect on service quality, namely attribute X4 with a gap value of -0.33823, which is a strategic location attribute. Based on Importance Performance Analysis, the highest value is obtained from the attribute value in quadrant I at X7 (Employees' willingness to handle complaints quickly), and X11 (Employees are honest with consumers).

Abstract

Sport is primarily a mental and physical activity focused on competition with oneself, others, or the elements of nature—the contribution of sport to the modern world's social development, the nation, and the state. As history has shown, technical advancements have never diminished sports and linked to civilization's advancement in human life. Walking and bicycling are increasingly promoted as active modes of transportation and boosting physical activity levels. The elevated breathing rates in traffic microenvironments have generated worries about increased exposure to ultrafine particles. Amateur half marathoners did detrimental significantly when the temperature, heat index, and ozone levels rise. The athlete or recreational sportsperson can earn environmental information through several channels and devices. There are applications and widgets now embedded or separated from the device operating systems. This research aimed to find appropriate environmental information from recreational sportspeople's understanding and awareness of the environment's effect on sports performance. Walking (77) and running (48) were the most sports activities picked by the respondents. Then 99 (73%) respondents used environmental data before exercising. Weather (118) was the respondents' choice, followed by the temperature (47) and the air quality (30) picked by the respondents. Most respondents (72%) get environmental information from their smartphones, and 27 (18%) get it from the website. Environmental factors may impact sports activity performance, and the respondents used environmental information before the sports activities began. This research will later support the sports information system web application.

Abstract

Appropriate strategies in retail management are very important to win the increasingly fierce retail industry competition, one of which is by implementing a retail business layout design. Abdidaya Mart is a retailer that provides goods for daily equipment. This study was conducted to analyze the route planning of product components to achieve the most efficient and economical flow between the movement of people, equipment, and materials by implementing a layout strategy. The analytical method used is the activity relationship chart (ARC) which focuses on analyzing the interrelationships between activities in the retail business and the total closeness rating (TCR) which focuses on the degree of proximity of each facility and department to the Abdidaya Mart retail business to determine the first priority in retail development. The ARC results show that several rooms absolutely must be close together, such as the cashier's room and the display room. The TCR value indicates the sequence of rooms that are prioritized in development, namely display space with a value of 198, a cashier with a value of 190, seats with a value of 109, warehouse with a value of 136, and toilets with a value of 37. Layout solution shows the arrangement of rooms described as the result of research This. The retail business layout design is useful for facilitating retail in managing efficient layout positions and can reduce the density of movement activities that occur in retail.

Abstract

The identification of non-conformities aims to create harmony between business and information technology for current and future organizational needs. The successful implementation of identification is inseparable from an organization planning and designing the enterprise architecture. Planning and designing this requires a complete and easy-to-use methodology. In this research, a case study was carried out for information system strategic planning by applying the TOGAF ADM method with the help of the value chain model and other modeling tools in job seeker applications. The stages of the TOGAF ADM methodology are translated into enterprise architecture modeling, namely vision architecture, business architecture, information system architecture and technology architecture. The results of modeling with the TOGAF ADM methodology provide a basis for overcoming problems and are an effort to optimize a data input design and add validation to the input design which can help reduce the risk of unwanted data such as duplicate data, inappropriate data and so on.

CV Dwi Jasa Logam is a company engaged in metal casting. This company places employees in jobs that are heavy on physical exertion in the production process, causing employees to get a high workload. In addition, many employees are elderly, causing them to feel tired more quickly. Employees who are placed on the job, need a longer rest time. When working, employees do not pay attention to work posture while working, so that poor work posture can cause musculoskeletal disorders. The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical workload of employees, analyze musculoskeletal disorders in employees and evaluate employees' poor work posture. The methods used are Cardiovascular Load (CVL), Nordic Body Map (NBM), Ovako Work Analysis System (OWAS). The CVL method is used to calculate physical workload, the NBM questionnaire is used to measure musculoskeletal disorders and identify musculoskeletal disorders and the OWAS method is a method used to assess body posture when working, which is related to body parts such as the back, arms, legs and heavy loads. Based on the results of data processing using the CVL method, there are 20 employees who have a moderate workload level and 10 employees who have a low workload level. Data processing using the NBM questionnaire shows that 8 employees have the highest score in the high risk category, while 22 employee’s other employees have moderate risk categories and data processing using the OWAS method for 8 employees gets category 2 and 3 results, namely improvements need to be made.

Abstract

This research was developed to overcome the problem of young children who find it very difficult to understand learning about healthy food in a monotonous way. When playing alone when the teacher gives an explanation is a sign that the child is bored with the learning activity. Early childhood children tend to obey their teachers more than their parents. This research aims to develop Augmented Reality learning media for the introduction of healthy food for grade 1 elementary school children using the Research and Development (R&D) method. The result of this development and research is an Augmented Reality Learning Media Application for Introduction to Healthy Food for grade 1 Elementary School children. The development of learning media in this research has been tested with several experts consisting of media experts, material experts and respondents. The test results from this research reached 87%, which means this application can be categorized as very suitable for use. Based on the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that this research and development has produced a product in the form of a learning media application for the introduction of healthy food which is very suitable for use by grade 1 Elementary School children.
