Abstract

Laboratorium riset merupakan salah satu laboratorium padajurusan kimia fakultas sains dan Tekhnologi. Laboratorium ini mempunyaifungsi sebagai laboratorium pendidikan dan Penelitian. Selama inipengembangan laboratorium riset telah dilakukan. Untuk mengetahuibagaimana optimalisasi laboratorium ini maka dilakukan penelitian dengantujuan (1) Untuk mengetahui optimalisasi kinerja laboratorium riset kimiadalam melayani mahasiswa yang melakukan penelitian, dan (2) Untukmengetahui kualitas hasil penelitian mahasiswa dengan menggunakaninstrumen di laboratorium riset kimia. Dalam melakukan penelitian inidilakukan pengukuran terhadap 3 variabel yaitu : personil, metode analisisdan peralatan. Indikator personal terbentuk dari tiga faktor atau konstrukyaitu: Mampu memberikan penjelasan dan informasi yang memadai (X11),Problem solvent (X12), Kompeten dalam bidangnya (X13). Sedangkanindikator metode analisis (X2) terbentuk dari beberapa konstruk, yaitu:Terdapat SOP dan Instruksi kerja (X21), Desain hasil sesuai Denganharapan (X22), memenuhi standar Keselamatan dan Kesehatan kerja (X23),Metode Kerja sesuai dengan standar ISO (X24).Peralatan (X3) terbentukdari beberapa konstruk, yaitu: Ketersediaan bahan / pereaksi (X31),Ketersediaan Peralatan (X32), Peralatan sesuai dengan spesifikasi(X33).Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data kami menggunakan metodepengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan angketatau kuisioner. Dari penelitian yang telah kami lakukan diperoleh (1)Optimalisasi laboratorium berdasarkan variabel personil, metode analisisdan peralatan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap mahasiswa yangmelakukan penelitian dan (2) Penggunaan laboratorium riset denganmengoptimalkan variabel personil, metode analisis dan peralatan dapatmeningkatkan kualitas hasil penelitian mahasiswa..

Abstract

t’s not easy to implement Decision Support System (DSS)application in a company. There are many things need to be consideredbefore a manager take a decision. And there are a few methods can be usedto implement DSS applicaton.. This paper explained about how to make aDSS application by using Fuzzy Logic. The case took place in GeneralSupport Divison at PT Sapta Indra Sejati, Kalimantan Selatan. This DSS isusing Fuzzy DatabaseTahanis’Model (Fuzzy Tahani).Data is obtained fromlibrary research and interviews. A Data Warehouse will be built beforedesain a DSS application. This application will be tested by using BlackBoxTesting. The result of this testing is the application can perform well andreliable to give recommendations to help manager to take a decision for thecompany quickly.

Abstract

Water is primer necessity of human. The needs of clean wateralways increasingly through the time. PDAM or district water supplycompany as a local company that have duty to distribute clean water for thepeoples need to increasing the serve quality for the satisfied of customer.Theaim of this research is to know the influence of PDAM Unit Camming forthe satisfied of customer.Method that used to survey the customer satisfied isSERVQUAL method (Service Quality) that have 5 dimension, such as:Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty.Analysismethod that used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Theresult of thisresearch is how the 5 dimension of SERVQUAL influence the satisfied ofPDAM Unit Camming customer. Wecan see the result in R square that getby smartPLS helped. Theresult showed 0,706. Its mean, the 5 dimension ofSERVQUAL can explain that 70,6% satisfied of PDAM Unit Cammingcustomer. However, there still have serve quality dimension that need torepair, such as responsiveness and tangible. Thistwo things must be repairedto increasing the serve of PDAM Unit Camming and also can increase thesatisfied of customer.

Abstract

In order to encourage the adoption of innovations biosecurity atlayer farmers, it requires an understanding of innovation adoptionbiosecurity layer and its influencing factors. This research aims to determineadoption of innovation level of biosecurity layer and its influencing factors.The Method is biosecurity weighting which consists of layer sourcesbiosecurity, disrupt animal biosecurity, guests and workers biosecurity, sickanimal biosecurity, feed biosecurity, waste biosecurity and egg cratesbiosecurity, while the adoption innovation influencing factors use infrensialstatistics with test F and t test. The Results show the innovation adoptionlevel of biosecurity layer are low in Sidrap on disrupt animal biosecurity asmany as 59 people or 67.82%, guests and workers biosecurity consists of 59people or 67.82%, while for the factors that influence the level of adoption ofinnovation is scale effort and behavior control. The conclusion is There aretwo factors that affect the level of adoption innovation layer in Sidrap, Thefirst is The Enhancement of adoption innovation biosecurity can be startedon a larger scale and the second is The ability to control his behavior.

Abstract

Has been conducted research on the measurement of thethermal conductivity in the sample hollow Batako and batako sampleshas been filled rice husk. this research aimed to determine the effect oftemperature changes on two different sample types. In this researchfirst conducted calorific value calculation on two different sampletypes. Then performed the calculation of the conductivity value thenthe conductivity values obtained were compared with the theoreticalvalue of conductivity. Measurement of the temperature value must bechecked every 10 minutes for 6 hours per day within 12 days. Theresults showed that the role of rice husk in the heat absorption systemis very influential. The temperature batako Sample are not filled ricehusk increased faster than rice husk filled bricks so that the value ofthe temperature change will also affect which will affect thecalculation of calorific value. Value of temperature changes on hollowbatako smaller if compared with batako stuffed rice husk. Calculationof calorific value in the hollow batako samples obtained calorificvalues for the lamp 25 W of 18.339 J and batako samples were filledrice husks for lamp 25 W at 17.226 J. While the calorific value of thelamp 40 W for the sample is 28.839 A hollow batako and batakosamples were filled husks calorific value of 33.019 A. The conductivityvalues obtained in the two different types batako samples is 0.339W/moC or in other words equal to the value batako thermalconductivity according to the theory. Test values obtained greatermechanical stress on the batako samplefilled rice husk compared withhollow batako samples.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the distribution of sediments basedon the type of grain and sorting values in the waters of the island DutunganBarru. Seabed sediment sampling was also carried out by using a bottomgrab samples were performed at each station. Note the position and timepengamatan.Sampel drawn on the bottom sediment grab samples insertedinto the sediment sample bag and labeled. Laboratory analysis to determinethe type, grain size / diameter of the bottom waters. Field data collectionactivities carried out at 12 sampling points, but there are two points that didnot work because the bottom waters sampled in the form of hard coral,making it very difficult for the presence of basic sediment samples waters.The results showed that the characteristics of the sediment on the islandconsists of silt Dutungan greatest on Observation Station 4 with a value of0.09 grams sorting medium, very fine sand to the largest measurementstation 8 at 8.20 grams with sorting pretty good value, fine sand onmeasurement station 9 at 56.02 grams with sorting value ugly, sand is beinggreatest at Observation Station 1 at 58.28 grams with sorting pretty goodvalue, most large coarse sand on Observation Station 5 at 54.11 grams witha very good value, very coarse sand greatest at 8 Observation Station at21.84 grams with sorting pretty good value, and most large gravel onObservation Station 7 of 63.5 grams with moderate sorting value. On theMeasurement Station 1 is dominated by sand sediment medium (0.25 to 0.85mm) although containing fine sand (0.15 to 0.25 mm) and silt (<0.15 mm)higher than the measurement station other. This is due to its location furtheraway from the beach and sheltered from the effects of ocean waves and thenumber of organic matter and detritus that brought water to accumulate inthe waters of this river, especially at lower currents.

Abstract

The enhancement of the implementation of ArtificialInsemination program is one of the government's efforts to boost thecattle’s population in Indonesia, especially the eastern part ofIndonesia. Gowa Regency through the Department of Fisheries andLivestock has been implementing Artificial Insemination (AI),especially in District of Tombolo Pao which has been running for 3years. This study was conducted to see how far the success rate of AIin District of Tombolo Pao by looking at the influence of severalfactors: the origin and quality of the frozen semen used, the farmers’characteristics, the inseminator qualifications, S/C ratio, ConceptionRate (CR) and Calving Interval (CI). This study was conducted fromJune to August 2014 in District of Tombolo Pao, Gowa Regency. Thebasic method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The dataused is primary and secondary data. This study aims to analyze thefactors that support the success of AI in District of Tombolo Pao,Gowa Regency, they are: The origin and quality of frozen semen used;Characteristics of the farmers; the Farmers’ participation on AI; andthe success of AI based on the score of Conception Rate (CR), S / Cratio, and Calving Interval (CI). Frozen semens used in AI in Districtof Tombolo Pao are from the Center of AI in Lembang and Singosari,West Java. The quality of the semen also can be determined from thescore of conception rate which is 60-75%. The characteristics of therespondent farmers: the majority age is 30-50 years (75%), most ofthe farmers’ background is elementary education level (70.5%), withthe main livelihood as farmers (79.6%) having averagely 4 -5 cattles(68.2%) and the average period of being a cattle farmer is 7-8 years(86.4%). Participation of farmers in the AI program is veryenthusiastic indicated by 79.5% of the farmers agree for crossingtheir cattle breed through AI technique. The period of the farming,number of livestock and the participation of the farmers in AIprogram is not significantly influenced the success of AI. However, thesuccess of AI program can be figured out through the score of CR =60-75% (84.1%); S / C ratio <3 (75%); and CI average of 12 months(70.5%). The age of the farmers is significantly influenced the success14 of AI in CI score (p <0.05). Level of education significantly influencedthe success of AI in CR score (p <0.05).

Abstract

Pemanfaatan lahan secara garis besarnya dibagi atas duayaitu kawasan lindung dan kawasan budidaya. Kawasan lindungadalah wilayah yang ditetapkan dengan fungsi utama melindungikelestarian lingkungan hidup yang mencakup sumber daya alam dansumber daya buatan. Sementara kawasan budidaya merupakankawasan yang boleh diolah oleh masyarakat untuk memenuhikeperluan hidupnya. Pengawasan terhadap kelsetarian kawasanlindung dan budidaya perlu terus digalakkan untuk untukmempertahankan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) guna menjagakeseimbangan keadaan iklim suatu kawasan khususnya di kawasanLuwu Utara. Luwu Utara merupakan salah satu daerah yang cukupberkembang di kawasan Indonesia bahagian timur. Hal ini ditandaidengan berbagai upaya pembangunan yang dilakukan di kawasantersebut. Pemerintah Kabupaten Luwu Utara senantiasa melakukanpembangunan guna meningkatkan kehidupan perekonomianmasyarakat, namun perlu diperhatikan agar selalu melakukanpembangunan yang berkelanjutan tanpa merusak lingkungan sepertipemanfaatan hutan lindung untuk keperluan industri, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

One thing that can be improved its implementation inLinear Algebra is Invers Matrix. Two Matrix is invers if two squarematrix have same order, matrix A and B that fulfill the characteristicAB=BA=I, matrix B iscalled multiplication invers from matrix A andit is notated with A-1, just the opposite, matrix A is calledmultiplication invers from B that is notated with B-1. This researchpurpose is to know employing invers matrix in making secret messageby using matrix adjoin to determine invers from a matrix andemploying softwareMicrosoft Visual Basic 6.0 in making message.The steps of employing matrix invers in making secret message are:(1) determining transformation matrix P,(2) secret message is notatedin matrix, (3) multiplying matrix P and Q with the result PQ, (4)matrix is changed into text message with modulus operation (5) toknow sense of the message, the receiver multiplies P-1and matrix PQwith the result the same initial code. When the initial code is same itmeans that the sense of the message is known by the receiver. Theconclusion of the research are; (1) matrix invers by using matrixadjoin is easier than using other method because mathematicsoperation in involving simple operations, in despite of carefulness isneeded. (2) employing invers matrix in making secret message is moreefficient by using softwareMicrosoft Visual Basic 6.0.

Abstract

Pelayanan pada Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) Al-MuawanahUIN Alauddin Makassar selama ini masih dilakukan secara manualwalaupun sistem yang digunakan sudah terkomputerisasi, tapi belummemanfaatkan aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis web dalam prosespengerjaan transaksi simpan pinjam. Oleh karena itu, melaluipembangunan sistem informasi berbasis web KPN Al-Muawanah UINAlauddin Makassar diharapkan dapat memecahkan masalah dalampengelolaan data simpan pinjam sehingga output dari aplikasi yangdibangun dapat mengatasi masalah dan lebih efisien dalampengoperasiannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan karyawankoperasi selaku admin dalam mengerjakan data transaksi simpan pinjamanggota serta mengamankan data transaksi simpan pinjam. Dari hasilpenelitian ini diperoleh sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis web yangdapat membantu pihak koperasi dalam mengolah data transaksi simpanpinjam. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh penulisyaitu dengan adanya perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web pada KPNAl-Muawanah UIN Alauddin dapat memudahkan admin dalam mengolahdata transaksi simpan pinjam serta keamanan data transaksi.
