Abstract

This research describes the impact of cooperation between Indonesia and Russian in the tourism sector of the tourism industry Manado. Manado tourism potential advantages can be seen from two sides: firstly, as a tourist destination because there Bunaken marine park as a world tourism. Secondly, as a gate national and even international tourism due to its strategic position in eastern Indonesia's northern hemisphere to the global tourism market. This study saw the impact of cooperation between Indonesia and the Russian Tourism on the tourism industry Manado.All the data and information obtained from books, journals and websites. This paper uses neoliberalism perspective and International cooperation theory by K.J Holsti.This results founds that Manado's tourism industry continues to good growth, it can be viewed from: a visit to Manado increased, increasing a guest's stay longer, increase of restaurants and the development of infrastructure to support tourism.Key words: Cooperation, Impact, Neoliberalism, Tourism Industry Manado

Abstract

Energy is one of the important main sources for the industrialization of country. However, some countries has limited natural resources. China that has energy security cooperates with Indonesia that has more energy and natural resources. Finally, The name of cooperation is Indonesia-China Energy Forum (ICEF). In 2002, there’s 3 (tree) of china’s company that operation in Indonesia, that’s CNPC, CNOOC, and SINOPEC.This research describes about the interest of China in FDI coorporation about oil and gas with Indonesia. China cooporates in FDI with Indonesia want to fulfill energy needs and has economic’s interest.Keyword: Energy security, economic’s interest, ICEF, oil and gas.

Abstract

This research was made to explain how the effectiveness of Enforcement ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) to Cosmetic Industry Market Indonesia. The trend of free trade that occurs at this time, resulting in each participating country to economic progress. ACFTA trade cooperation is the cooperation of the decrease or elimination of tariffs to reduce losses from the application of higher taxes in order to increase the trading volume of each stakeholder.The research method use is a descriptive of qualitative analysis research method about fact . The interpretation of the data and draw conclusions made with reference to the concepts and theoretical literature references according to research problems that have been formulated previously.The conclution of this research indicate that the application of an ASEAN-China Free Trade Area (ACFTA) has been effective against Indonesian cosmetics industry market. Deletion or the removal of tariff and non tariff has opened up great opportunities for international trade. This collaboration has also opened access to markets cosmetic products in Indonesia. The investment climate is increasing. The creation of a competitive investment regime and open the opportunity for Indonesia to attract more investment from China. Also create new jobs on the results of economic cooperation and development undertaken by Chinese companies in Indonesia.Key words: ACFTA, Cosmetics, Cooperation, Free Trade Zone

Abstract

Chairman of the Constitutional Court Akil Mochtar caught red-handed by the Anti-Corruption Commission while accepting bribes related to disputed local elections in several regions in Indonesia. This case is the most horrendous events in the history of fighting corruption and the arrest of the highest state officials have ever done KPK. The judges Jakarta Corruption Court finally decided life sentence due to Akil Mochtar found guilty of corruption and money laundering related to the handling of election disputes in the Constitutional Court. In reporting cases of corruption Akil Mochtar, Daily Morning Post Riau uses caricature to package this information in the headline. As one visual communication, a caricature is an interpretive picture that uses symbols to convey a message quickly and concisely, or something attitude toward people, situations, or specific events. The purpose of this study to determine how the corruption cases Akil Mochtar Representation in caricature on Headline Riau Pos daily morning by looking at the signs contained in caricature.This study used a qualitative descriptive method with semiotic analysis of meaning Charles Sanders Peirce elements Sign, object, and interpretant. Number of caricatures in the analysis of 3 pieces caricature of corruption headline Akil Mochtar edition October 2013 to July 2014 Data was collected using interviews, documentation, and literature.In this study the authors find meaning in the third image analyzing this caricature, sure: First, Abraham Samad Sign dressed in Roman warriors Object Abraham Samad has the courage to solve cases of corruption without fear and trembling interpretant Abraham Samad managed to catch the perpetrators of corruption that exist in Indonesia. Secondly, Sign Akil Mochtar, who is always asking for money in a local election dispute Object Akil Mochtar has damaged public confidence in the Indonesian Constitutional Court interpretant All winning regional head for money in the Constitutional Court. Abstract

Pekanbaru City Government through Bappeda (Planning Board) Pekanbaru City has made a program called RKPJM (Work Plan medium term) of Pekanbaru. Where in the city of Pekanbaru Regional Regulation No. 19 Year 2012 on Regional Medium Term Development Plan 2012-2017 Pekanbaru City Year. It is intended that the Development that has direncana run in accordance with what has been planned by the City of Pekanbaru.The purpose of this research is to determine the extent to which the conduct of the program development or improvement of the road where the Department of Public Works as on education (regional work units) PDid has been run in accordance with what has been planned and laid Musrenbang RKPD location within the city of Pekanbaru. This study was conducted in 2012 Year of Peace Marpoyan Where the informants in this study are those who understand the problems that occur Pekanbaru City Public Works Department officials, the District officers and officials of Peace Marpoyan Bappeda Pekanbaru. In pengumpalan the data obtained from the documentation and in-depth interviews to the informant. Having collected and then analyzed using descriptive analysis.Evaluation of the implementation of the program can be known from its implementation. Does the implementing of these programs succeed or fail. In implementing a program must menenukan constraints faced by the implementing agency of the program activities.Keywords : policies, programs, improvement of road infrastructure

Abstract

This research narrate about the economic crisis in Ireland. The discussion in thisstudy focused on the dimensions of the economic crisis in Ireland and the Irishgovernment's efforts to get out of the economic crisis since 2008. Ireland hit bythe crisis as a result of the domino effect of the economic crisis in Greece. Thedomino effect does not only stop in Greece, but also affected the countries ofPortugal, Italy, and Spain. Krsis core of the European economy hit region is thestate's inability to pay its debts. Irish government seeks to make foreign policy, inorder to strengthen the economy so they can get out of the crisis. Requestedassistance from the EU bailout fund and the IMF is the path of the Irishgovernment to get out of the economic crisis.Key words : Economic Crisis, Domino Effect, Uni Europe, IMF.

Abstract

One of the district that is in Rokan Hilir District Fort Babussalam formed on thebasis of Rokan Hilir District Number 27 Year 2011 About Fort Babussalam DistrictFormation.From the author of phenomena encountered in the field are the symptoms thatarise include: still less optimalnya public services provided by District officials to postpemekaran particular community management Identity Card (KTP), Family Card (KK),Erection of Building Permit (IMB) and Business Site Permit (SITU) are still long in thesolution. Still a lack of knowledge and skills possessed by the district head officeofficials to penyelenggarakan Fort Babussalam this rule in the case of lack of ability touse the apparatus in facilities and infrastructure such as typewriter and computer use.The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the publicservice in the District of Fort expansion post Babussalam and to discover the obstaclesof public services in the District of Fort expansion post Babussalam. The authors usethe theory in this study that is using the theory of public service. The method used in thisstudy is qualitative, that scrutiny to explain data obtained from observations andexplain its purpose as well strengthen a theory, to obtain information about the currentsituation. Abstract

This friendships process and symbols which arerepresentated in “Hugo“ film. Movies is one form of visualization of human thoughttowards surrounding reality. In this case , the authors formulate the problem asfollows: "How Friendship Representated in the “Hugo“ film?" . The use of mark in thefilm can affect someone thaught in represent certain meaning, in this case the meaningthat representated is the mening that contained in friendships symbols.This kind of research is a qualitative descriptive research with semiotic data analysistechniques. Researchers use Triangle Meaning Charles Peirce to reveal the meaning offriendship representations which is contained in the signs that are in the movie Hugo.Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation and FGD (FocusGroup Discussion). This research aims to find out any kind of friendship sign thatcontained in Hugo Film, by analysing the signs in the films.Based on the analysis, it can be seen that friendship in the film Hugo divided into 3groups: utility, pleasure and virtue. (1) Utility, is a friendship because of the benefits,in this film Hugo friendship with Isabelle provides benefits not only for the two ofthem, but also for the people around him. (2) Pleasure, is friendship for pleasure , inthis film the friendship between Hugo and Isabelle provides enjoyable experience forthem through the adventure in solving the mystery of the automaton. (3) Virtue, truefriendship, in this film the friendship Hugo with Isabella not only just needed eachother and share the fun but also good to know and understand each other through joyand sorrow. Based on the results of the Focus Group Discussion group discussion(FGD) shows that friendship in the “Hugo” film consists of two types of friendshipswhich is fiendship because of the benefits and true friendship as seen on Hugofriendship with Isabelle.Keywords : Representation, Friendship, semiotic , Hugo Movie.

Abstract

This thesis was submitted in order to be eligible undergraduate sociology degree. With the title “The Role of Housewife In Helping Economy of Family In Garuda Permai Housing Phase 1 Tampan District of Pekanbaru City". The problem addressed in this paper was to describe how the role of the housewife in helping the family economy In Garuda Permai Housing Phase 1 Tampan District of Pekanbaru City. The role of housewife was seen from indicators such as : how the respondents' profile work, how respondent worked to help the family economy and how the role of the respondents worked in performing the function of the family. Respondents were housewives who work; the sample used the census technique which collected data as a whole by means of direct interviews using questionnaires. The method used descriptive quantitative methods of data analysis and descriptive explanation. Screening instrument data used were observation, questionnaires and interviews as well as tables of data contained in the table. The theory was used to issue the role of the housewife 's work was the theory of the role of Paul B.Horton and Chester L.Hunt, the theory of family functions of Horton and Hunt and gender theory of Fakih.The results of research in general conducted it could be said that housewife helped the family economy due to economic factors and education effort for getting a permanent job, so most of the respondents work in a way to trade. Abstract

Transvestites as a part of society deserve equal treatment as other people, on the one hand should be placed as social reality that can not be denied. On the other side, their existence for some people in Indonesia is still considered as behavior deviation and a marginalized community, and also underestimated. This research aims to determine the self concept and communication behavior of the transvestites in Pekanbaru City. How the self concept of transvestites is phisically, mentally, and socially in both positive and negative perceptions, and how to conduct interpersonal communication of the transvestites in verbal and non-verbal communication. This research used qualitative research methods with a presentation of descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. In achieving the validity of the data in this study, researcher used participatory extension and triangulation. The subject was the transvestites in Pekanbaru City, and the object was self concept and communication behavior of the transvestites in communicate between each other in interaction of interpersonal communication. The result shows that perceptions of the transvestites’ self concept physically, mentally, and socially in positive and negative way in Pekanbaru City was based on some factors, such as family background, financials, environment, and their own experience. Researcher also found their interpersonal communication between each other in verbal and non-verbal were varies, and they used symbols to do their interraction.Key word: Transvestites, self concept, interpersonal communication
