Abstract

This research intent to know communication influences, environmentally, and job satisfaction for employee performance. Analysis tech data that utilized by structural modeling equation. Base analysis result points out that communication and influential job satisfaction significant for performance to fire an employee. Abstract

Management of Human Resource Development affects all of many aspects to determine the success of an organizations work. This research is intended to provide a decision support for Human Resources Development in terms of promotion. Determining a candidate for promotion takes a long time and requires an objective and transparent perspective. Filtering a candidate using a mixed system, a filtering system based on the administrative and personal assessment, is considered not objective. It will lead to subjective result since interview is used for conducting personal assessment.An application to select the candidate is important to be made in order to overcome the problem. The objective of the application is to assist the management in giving assessment, analyzing, formulating, and making decision. The output is a system for assessing the performance of the employee in term of promotion in an organization.The application will result an easier and more objective assessment in assisting the management to filter an employee to be promoted. This research, specifically, used variable parameter, while the method used in this research is profile matching method. Keyword: Promotion, Profile Matching, Human Resources

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui apakah ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya praktik perataan laba (2) untuk mengetahui apakah profitabilitas perusahaan berpengaruh   terhadap terjadinya praktik perataan laba (3) untuk mengetahui apakah leverage operasi perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya praktik perataan laba (4) untuk mengetahui apakah net profit margin berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya praktik perataan laba. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk  periode tahun 2009 – 2011. Pemilihan sampel berdasarkan metode purpose sampling. Pengujian hipotesis regresi linier berganda yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi multikolinearitas, uji autokolerasi, uji heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa      (1) Dengan menggunakan One Sample Kolmogrov Smirnov Test dapat disimpulkan  bahwa tiga variabel Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, dan Net Profit Margin berdistribusi normal karena nilai p diatas 0,05, sedangkan variabel Financial Leverage tidak berdistribusi normal kerana nilai p dibawah 0.05. Melalui transformasi ke bentuk Ln dapat disimpulkan bahwa data keempat variabel berdistribusi normal karena nilai p (prababilitas) diatas 0.05. (2) Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logit, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keempat variabel yaitu ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas (ROI). Leverage operasi (FL), dan net profit margin (NPM) tidak berpengaruh terhadap praktik perataan laba. Kata kunci :   Ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage operasi, net profit margin, praktik perataan laba

Marketing Unit is a unit in one of the PR. Djaya sources that have a role in the process of marketing to contribute to the companys sales. Based on examination of Sales Monitoring Applications that are running there are things that can be developed further, which simplify and accelerate the computation recapitulation bills and distributor sales effectiveness. With the optimized system is expected to meet sales targets planned. Abstract

Laboratory hardware inventory information system is a web -based computer applications are designed with the aim to improve the performance of data processing hardware inventory through the use of information systems hardware inventory. So the data processing errors and difficulty controlling the data can be minimized after the hardware inventory information system web-based computer application laboratory at STMIK PPKIA Pradnya PARAMITA Malang.In this study using the methods of data collection and system development methods. In the interview method of data collection was conducted at the laboratory hardware inventory, as well as observations by direct observation in the lab inventory . In addition, the literature study was also conducted by collecting data either from the library or browsing of the Internet. Systems development method used is the method of SDLC ( System Development Life Cycle ) such as system analysis , system design , system implementation , and operation and maintenance system.From the research that has been done can be obtained results awakening hardware inventory information system that assists students to obtain information about the hardware inventory , hardware as well as facilitate staff in preparing reports on the application of laboratory hardware inventory STMIK Pradnya PPKIA PARAMITA Malang . Abstract

Internet radio is also known as web radio , net radio, streaming radio or e - radio is an audio broadcasting service transmitted via the Internet . Broadcasting is done via the internet referred to as webcasting since it is not transmitted broadly through wireless means . Internet radio have a streaming media that can provide a continuous audio channels and no operational control of broadcasting such as traditional broadcast media in general .The means used to broadcast Internet radio is via streaming technology , a technology that can receive and send information from one party to another party to use tool that can receive streaming media streams as well. The streaming technology using a lossy audiocodec , which is a computer program that serves to compress audio and video data is formatted based on the sound streaming through the radio to the internet .Setting Server Testing , Testing Setting SDK and AVD Manager , Main Project , Tests on PC Emulator, Test Build. Abstract

ABSTRAKTekstur dapat membuat objek-objek terlihat realistis, misalnya pada latar belakang suatu game. Objek yang berukuran yang besar akan memerlukan tekstur yang besar pula. Cara yang biasa digunakan oleh user untuk memperbesar citra yaitu dengan tiling dan stretching. Namun keduanya masih memiliki berbagai kekurangan. Kekurangan tersebut diperbaiki dengan menggunakan algoritma Image Quilting yang membentuk suatu tekstur baru dengan menggabungkan blok-blok yang diambil dari tekstur aslinya dan memiliki keuntungan yaitu tekstur yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas yang hampir mirip dengan tekstur aslinya, serta prosesnya yang tidak membutuhkan waktu yang terlalu lama. Teknik ini memberi hasil yang cukup memuaskan dalam penerapannya pada citra dengan berbagai jenis tekstur yang berbeda. Sedangkan untuk kualitas citra yang dihasilkan aplikasi ini adalah cukup baik, terutama untuk citra yang memiliki pola tekstur yang jelas. Kata kunci : Image Qualting, tekstur, perbesaran citra

Design user interface and data entry procedure STMIK Digital Library Information Systems PPKIA Pradnya Paramita Malang is still not meet the rule of making a good design so that the user interface and data entry procedure can not execute their respective functions resulting digital library is not able to function as sources of information and the science as well as journals or publications of scientific articles in digital format.
