Abstract

The study, entitled "Effect of Communication And Motivation And Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Against Employee Performance Regional Financial Management Office Lumajang", aims to analyze the influence of communication on organizational commitment, job motivation to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, analyze the influence of communication on the performance of employees working, analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance, analyzing the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, analyzing the influence of organizational commitment on employee performance against the Department of Regional Financial Management Lumajang, population in this study were all employees/ employees Dinas business Regions Financial Lumajang numbering 108 people (2013 Annual Report of the Office of Regional Financial Management Lumajang). Sampling technique in this study using Startified proportionate random sampling based on title/ rank. The method used was a survey method to research the type of explanation or explanatory research. The analysis model used in this study is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). From the study results showed that the positive effect of communication variables on organizational commitment of 0.182, work motivation has a positive effect on organizational commitment was 0,276, job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment of 0.414, communication has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.251, work motivation has a positive effect on performance employees amounted to 0.251, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance by 0.409, organizational commitment has a positive effect on the performance of employees is 0.175.

Abstract

This Research was conducted at the banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007 to 2009 period, with samples obtained using purposive sampling as many as eleven (11) banks. Beta is measure of systematic risk of shares of a security or portfolio relative to the market risk. The results of the analysis performed using multiple linear regression to determine which of the Asset Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity and Earning Per Share affecting the Beta Shares, the results showed that four variables had no effect on beta bank stocks listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2007-2009.

Abstract

PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh in Jember produces soy Edamame for the export market to Japan . Demand from Japan is increasing because Edamame manufacturers from China and Taiwan can not meet the demand from Japan. Increased demand at PT . Mitratani Dua Tujuh can still be met because of agricultural land in Jember still wide enough to produce Edamame. Increasing demand impact on labor requirements , so the company has two (2) alternatives to the use of labor. First, buy a new machine for sorting tool is the Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) or Second , using overtime system using human power . The purpose of the study in order to maximize profits. The analysis used analysis of financial loss (gain ), Net Present Value (NPV) , Internal Rate of Return (IRR) . From the analysis it is known that the largest net profit obtained by alternative purchase a new machine , but when viewed from a NPV analysis using alternative overtime it has a higher NPV . It was concluded that the use of overtime work better when compared to the purchase of a new machine .

Abstract

Small industries developed in the hope of reducing the amount of productive forces which will flow into the city, so that the rural economy will move and create jobs and increase income for the community. Small industries experiencing positive growth due to: First, the small business sector is able to survive in the face of the global economic crisis that is relatively unaffected, even still able to grow. Secondly, there is the possibility of large and medium-sized business sector who drowned in floods global economic crisis which eventually shifting economic activity to small businesses. Given the tremendous contribution in the development of small industries that spur economic growth, the government and the community should work to support and maintain it. The ability of small industries to survive and contribute actively to the economic growth due to the effort required by the public for their survival. To determine the forms of social capital in economic activity of small industries that affect the resilience of the business, the process of transformation of social capital into economic capital and social capital design that is ideal for industrial development. This study, using a qualitative approach with domain approach and taxonomy.

Abstract

The key issue is KKN-PPM Increased self-financing and self empowerment communities. The purpose of this activity, are: 1. General purpose referring to guide implementation of the Higher Education KKN PPM Kemendikbud, while specific objectives include: a) Increase awareness and empathy of STIE Mandala students related to potency and community issues, b) Addressing the problems in rural communities targeted by the concept of "working with the community " . The establishment of the family empowerment through the forum and strengthening microfinance institutions; c) Develop a work plan to achieve the objectives of KKN-PPM d) Obtaining partners who can work together for the sustainability of KKN-PPM is the Department and related agencies; private or state-owned partners. Method: 1) Phase preparation and debriefing; observation area; 2) Implementation phase, and the identification of potential problems, needs analysis, arrange programs, Implementation of KKN-PPM location, monitoring and evaluation (internal and external), 3) Phase sustainability plan.Implementation of KKN-PPM of Mandala College is the core program (according to the theme of KKN-PPM) and supporting programs  that support the programs of Sumberejo Village . There are 12 LKMM Sumberejo Village, where 5 is ready to be cooperative.Social care by LKMM (prakoperasi) have a positive impact on the environment in hamlets annually provide social support through funding of net income, which can be used for social areas such as education, health, and environment.

Abstract

An investment  is one of alternative policies of the company to develop its business in order to obtain profits in the future. UD "Robin Jaya Sentosa" Situbondo has invested 2 new package printing machines to maximize the company objectives. This study examines whether the proposed investment is worth it or not to do. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is  investment planning and estimated cash flow. Secondary data is the company's finances. Some investment appraisal methods used are the payback period, average rate of return, net present value, internal rate of return, modified rate of return, profitability index, and monte carlo simulation. The results of analysis shows that the payback period  results is 1 year 10 months 10 days, 101% ARR, NPV of Rp835.044.270, IRR of 68,3%, 45% MIRR, PI of 2,67, and a monte carlo simulation calculations as many as 300 times shows that the probability of NPV<0 by 22%. Based on project acceptance criteria, the results of this analysis indicate that the investment plan of UD "Robin Jaya Sentosa" is feasible.

Abstract

This study compared the use of consumer goods brand fashion genuine and fake brands, therefore, taken 2 segments of the population that is considered to represent the consumers of these two kinds of fashion items. Representingpopulation is Ciputra World Mall visitor segments to represent the middle to upper economic level with the consideration that the Mall visitors are referred to as the group that is identical to a high lifestyle. Meanwhile, to represent a segment of middle and lower economic level, this study chose ITC Mall visitorpopulation. The data used are primary data taken from questionnaires by 240 respondents with 120 respondents to the proportion of each segment. Sampling with accidental sampling technique. With the method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with confirmatory approach, the results obtained indicate that the 3 variables: interest, value and demograph has a great influence on purchasing decisions original brand fashion products, while for the consumer lower economic level buying decision got a great influence of the variable activities , Interest and demograph .

Abstract

This research was intended to identify: (a) Investment of addition of 5 units of fishing boats in the area of Payangan Watu Ulo Beach with composition of total own capital which gives the most financially feasible results; (b) Investment of addition of 5 units of fishing boats in the area Payangan Watu Ulo Beach with the composition of 83.5% own capital and 16.5% financial leasing which gives fairly financially feasible results; (c) Investment of addition of 5 units of fishing boats in the area of Payangan Watu Ulo Beach with the composition of total capital financial lease that provides financially feasible results. (d) The level of effect of variable sensitivity on investment of addition of 5 units of fishing boats in Payangan Watu Ulo Beach.The method used in this research was descriptive-analytical method. Considering the area was quite narrow with limited population, the research applied total sampling/population/census techniques toward the research object. The determination of research location applied purposive sampling technique, the first sample collection and determination of the population used judgment sample technique, subsequent sampling used snowball sampling method. Analysis tools used in the research included the approaches of Pay Back Period (PBP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), Sensitivity Analysis and Rate On Investment (ROI).The research conclusions based on the results of data analysis of research are: (a) It was proved that the composition of own capital provided the most financially feasible result; (b) It was proved that the composition of mixed capital with the proportion of 83.5% own capital and 16.5 loan capital gave the fairly financially feasible result; (c) It was proved that the composition of the total loan capital was financially infeasible. (d) The parameters of variable sensitivity which significantly influenced included the variables of result (sales price), fuel costs, and the extra costs of labor and transportation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of advertising on television price and quality of products on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction axis internet service at Axis shop Malang. Data was collecting by distributing questionnaires to 105 respondents who have selected by simple random sampling technique. To analyze the data, used Strusctural equation modeling (SEM). The analysis showed that the total effect of television advertising media significantly positive influence on purchase decisions of 0.383 with P causality test results of 0.002 (P <0.05), prices significantly positive influence on purchase decisions of 0.239 with P causality test results of 0.047 (P <0.05), quality of products significant positive effect on purchase decisions of 0.234 with P causality test results of 0.036 (P<0.05), adv. television media significant positive effect on satisfaction of 0.370 with P causality test results of 0.024 (P <0.05), the price of significant positive effect on satisfaction was 0.362 with P causality test results of 0.013 (P <0.05), affect product quality positively to the satisfaction of 0.239 with P causality test results of 0.088 (P>0.05), a significant positive influence purchasing decisions on satisfaction of 0.298 with P causality test results of 0.029 (P <0.05)

Abstract

Consumer is the most important thing that needs to be considered by a company. Consumers will remain loyal to the company if they feel satisfied with the product and servise provided by the company. Matahari Departement Store is one of the departement store in Jember wich has a loyal customer to them. This study was to determine the effect of product quality and servise quality on customer loyalty Matahari Departement Store. The data used is primary data wich one type of data based on its source which usually obtained by field survei using all the original data collection methods. The type of data in this study are ordinal data. The sample used as many as 60 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5% or 95% confidence internal. Regression results show that partially X1 (product quality) is significant. X2 (quality product) is significant too. Simultaneously indicates that all independent variabels (quality products and quality service) effect simultaneously on customer loyality. R square 0,785 wich means that 78,5% change of customer loyality caused by the product quality and service quality.
