Abstract

The purpose of this study to the influence of enjoyment, ease of access, usefulness and social influence on attitude toward mobile shopping using mobile technology BB. This study categorized as explanatory research. The population in this study is the brand BlackBerry smartphone users who are members of the urban community members mailing list, which includes District Jember Sumbersari, Patrang, and Kaliwates. This research used purposive sampling method. The sample in this study was set at 115 people. Methods of data analysis using test instruments, test the normality of data, and pathway analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable enjoyment significantly influence the attitude on mobile shopping. Ease of access variables have a significant effect on mobile shopping attitude. Usefulness significant effect on mobile shopping attitude. Influence of social variables have a significant effect on mobile shopping attitude. Variables significant effect mobile shopping enjoyment intention. Variables significantly affect ease of access mobile shopping intention. Variables significant effect usefulness of mobile shopping intention. Variables significant effect of social influence mobile shopping intention .

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavioral and trust in the leader on employee performance. The variables used in this study are job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavioral, trust in the leader and employee performance. The study was conducted at educational institutions Muhammadiyah Jember. The population is all employees and faculty at educational institutions in the Muhammadiyah Jember. With a total sample of 200 people consisting of employees and faculty members in the Institute of Education in Muhammadiyah Jember. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that job satisfaction and citizenship behavioral organzational effect on employee performance. While trust in the leader does not affect the employee's performance.

Abstract

There is no one company was successful in a few months or even years, with no cause /issue nothing, then stop in the middle of the street where his business in a state of good repair company. To exist among the people is not easy, companies must be smart in order to keep their customers not to switch to other similiar companies. Competition is getting tougher and increasingly fierce, every company is required to have its own strategy in a harmonious relationship between the company and its customers. Harmonious relationship between the customer and the company, the customer can be called true or loyal customer. If the company can build its customers, so that customers can be loyal or called customer loyalty, then certainly that the entrepreneur will be successful in doing business.

Abstract

The education has a very important role for the development of a country. The purposes of this research are to analyze and get a picture about the influence of compensation on organizational commitment, the influence of compensation on job satisfaction, organizational commitment influence on teacher professionalism, the influence of the compensation for their professionalism, the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment, the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, customer satisfaction work on the professionalism of teachers, and the influence of the organizational culture on teacher professionalism. This research used Explanatory Research namely clarify the causal relationship between the independent variable and dependent variable. The research conducted in MTs and MA Miftahul Banyuputih Kidul Jatiroto Lumajang. Populations in this research are 115 teachers at MTs and MA Miftahul Ulum Banyuputih Kidul Jatiroto Lumajang. The sampling used a table developed by Isaac and Michael with 1 % error rate and the sum of samples in this research are 100 respondents. This study used primary data and secondary data obtained. The primary data is done by means of observation, interviews and questioner, and the secondary data have done by collecting documents on the Institute. The analysis in this research used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) that is technique statistic that allows testing of a relatively complex network of relationships simultaneously.The results of the analysis showed that the compensation effect significantly to job satisfaction, but compensation didn’t influence significantly on organizational commitment. Then organizational commitment significantly influence the professionalism of teachers, the compensation didn’t impact significantly on teacher professionalism. Organizational culture significantly influence the organizational commitment, organizational culture a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction was significantly influential on teacher professionalism, and organizational culture significantly influence the professionalism of teachers.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of communication on the Organizational Commitment, financial compensation on Organizational Commitment, Non Financial Compensation on Organizational Commitment communication on employees performance, financial compensation on employees performance, non financial compensation on employees performance, and analyze the effect Organizational Commitment on Employees Performance at PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Purna Bakti Region Jember. This research study is categorized as an explanation (explanatory research) or research causal (causal research), because this study intends to clarify the causal relationship (cause and effect) between variables by testing the hypothesis that has been formulated with samples Simple Random Sampling technique is based on the number of employees Broiler Farms as many as 110 people. Based on these tests it can be stated that the compensation financial (X2)has the greatest total effect on Employees Performance (Y) in PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Purna Bakti Region Jember.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To identify trends harvest area, production, and productivity of soybean in Indonesia. (2) To determine the tendency of soybean demand in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data (1995-2011). The data were obtained from the Deptan, BPS, and FAOSTAT. Data analysis using the least squares method . The results showed that: (1) The harvested area and soybean production in Indonesia tend to decrease, but the productivity tends to increase. (2) The level of soy consumption will still higher than the level of soybean production, so without the right policies, soybean self-sufficiency target will not be achieved.

Abstract

The existence of the area around the power plant (Power Plant Steam) Paiton in District Paiton Probolinggo power plant has been the object of activity, which is carried by Paiton has caused its own problems for society. On the one hand Paiton activity has become one of the economic sources for some people, but this activity has many negative impacts in the form of environmental degradation and changes in people's behavior around Paiton. To lift the local community economy still has enormous economic potential to be developed, namely agriculture, especially tobacco and fishing (fishing) as well as the beach and nature tourism activities .The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Data were collected by observation techniques and interviews with structured questions that supported the informant questionnaire enclosed in hearing about the existence of Paiton region, using snowball sampling method. To find a solution in order to lift the local economy both for the existence region directly or indirectly benefit the local community, especially people Paiton districts. As the region closest to the location of the power plant, industry development opportunities based SMEs Supporting local communities to determine the strategy and policy in the development of Supporting Industries conducted a SWOT analysis approach.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product, distribution, pricing, promotion, sales personnel, procedures, services sales, promotion, the market share of food flavoring in Jember city. This study design was an explanatory research. The experiment was conducted in December - January 2014. Location of research conducted at City of Jember includes District Kaliwates, Patrang, and Sumbersari. The population in this study is a flavor enhancer product customers in the city of Jember. The study sample as many as 105 people. Methods of data analysis using logistic multinomial. Product variables significantly influence the consumer market flavoring Biomiwon over 1,848 times compared with Sasa. The results showed that the distribution of the variables do not significantly influence the trend of consumer market share Biomiwon flavor of 1.103 times compared with Sasa. Variable rates do not significantly influence the trend of consumer market share for flavoring Biomiwon 1,230 times compared with Sasa. Promotion variables significantly influence the trend of consumer market share Biomiwon flavor of 0.760 times compared with Sasa process variables significantly influence the trend of consumer market share for flavoring Biomiwon 1,830 times compared to Sasa promotion variables significantly influence the trend of consumer market share for 0.460 flavoring Biomiwon times compared with Sasa .

Abstract

This research is intended to evaluate the relationship between financial ratios and profit change. The financial ratios examined in this study include Current Ratio (CR), Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Liability to Inventory (CLI), Operating Income to Total Liabilities (OITL), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO). Profit change is measured as the different between gross profit in year t and year t-1. Sample used in this research is firm in agroindustry sector listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The selection ofagroindustry firm is based on the contribution in Indonesia economy. Population of agroindustry company was 21 in which 12 company were selected as the sample. The data cover a period from 2008-2012. The technique of analyses to test the hypotheses was multiple linier regression. The results of this research indicate that Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Operating Income to Total Liabilities (OITL) are positive significantly effect profit change, while Current Ratio (CR), Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Current Liability to Inventory (CLI), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) aren’t significantly effect profit change.

Abstract

Advertising by radio broadcast is a kind of promotion strategy to get closer brands to their customer and for reach up sale power. Advertising production on media radio have special character which is different with another media. The way to get success on promotion by media radio can be depends on loose spot’s attributes, characteristics and duration. Precise of this research is Diapet’s loose spot which broadcasted on PT. Radio Suryo Bojonegoro aim of this research are to know direct and indirect impact of loose spot’s attributes, characteristics and duration to motivation, also to know those impact to brand loyalty. This research is an explanatory research and use survey method. The population are Bojonegoro’s citizen who are Surya Radio’s listeners, listen Diapet’s loose spot and got loyal to Diapet Brand. Sample have taken by stratified proportional sample and gotten 110 sample. This research is using description analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) for data analysis method. Variable of this research are loose spot’s attributes, characteristics  and duration  as exogen variable, brand loyalty as endogen variable also motivation as intervening variable. Summary of this reasearch is showing that loose spot’s attribute, character and time have direct and indirect impact to brand merk.
