Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bahwa seorang penderita penyakit fisik  terutama yang dikategorikan  akut,  tidak hanya membutuhkan pengobatan medis, tetapi juga membutuhkan pengobatan psikis dan religius. Pengobatan psikis-religius ini akan membantu penderita penyakit fisik untuk menguatkan mentalnya menjalani hari-hari dengan kondisi fisiknya yang sakit. Konseling Islam sebagai salah satu kegiatan membantu penderita penyakit fisik dalam mengelola problem psikisnya, akan sangat membantu untuk mempercepat penyembuhan. Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan dakwah yang perlu mendapat perhatian adalah dakwah terhadap pasien di rumah sakit. Dakwah terhadap pasien di rumah sakit seperti ini tentu memiliki cara (manhâj) dan pendekatan berbeda dengan dakwah kepada mad’u  yang terbilang “normal”. Secara normatif Islam sangat menganjurkan melakukan kunjungan kepada orang sakit. Berdasar hasil beberapa penelitian juga ditunjukkan bahwa 91% pasien mencari bantuan spiritual dan  kerohanian untuk  membantu  menyembuhkan penyakitnya. Penelitian yang lain melaporkan bahwa 70 % pasien percaya kekuatan do’a untuk penyembuhan, lebih dari 64 % pasien menyatakan bahwa para dokter hendaknya juga memberikan terapi psiko religius dan doa. Konseling merupakan pelayanan khusus dan unik yang tidak sama antara satu pasien dengan pasien yang lain. Salah satunya dapat diberikan kepada pasien kronis yang secara umum memiliki  “psychogical strenght” yang lemah. Adapun tahapan layanan konseling tersebut terbagi dalam tiga tahapan, yakni tahap awal, tahap pertengahan, dan tahap akhir. Konselor dituntut untuk dapat menciptakan hubungan yang baik dan memiliki kreativitas yang tinggi agar dapat membawa klien pada proses konseling secara aktif. Tahap awal ini dapat disebut pula sebagai tahap eksplorasi, karena pada tahap ini konselor harus dapat menerapkan berbagai teknik agar klien dapat secara bebas dan terbuka mengemukakan masalah yang sedang dihadapi. Terlihat jelas bahwa pada dasarnya para pasien membutuhkan terapi keagamaan, selain terapi dengan obat-obatan dan terapi medis lainnya. Pentingnya memberikan bantuan spiritual bagi pasien seperti itu mendorong peningkatan dan pengembangan model layanan bimbingan dan konseling bagi pasien di rumah sakit.kata kunci: Dakwah, Bimbingan Rohani Islam, Rumah Sakit.DAWAH    TOWARD    PATIENTS    (EXAMINATION    OF THE  MODEL OF  THE  DAWAH  THROUGH SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE SERVICE SYSTEM ISLAM IN HOSPITAL). One of the activities of dawah attention is the dawah toward patients in hospital. Dawah toward patients  in hospital such  as these  would have way (manhâj)  and  a different   approach   with  dawah to madyan’u  which numbered  “normal”. In normative Islam strongly recommends a visit to the sick. Based on the results of some research also indicated that 91 percent of patients seeking spiritual assistance and spirituality  to help cure disease. Other Research reported that 70 % patients believe the strength of prayer for healing , more  than 64 % patients stated that the doctors should also provide psychosocial therapy  religious  and prayer. Counseling  is a special  and unique service that is not the same between one patient with other patients. One of them can be given to patients with chronic in general have “psychogical strenght”  the weak. Now the  stages of the counselling service is divided into three stages of the early stages of the middle  ages, stage and the final stage. Counselors are required to be able to create a good relationship and have a high level of creativity in order to bring the client on the counseling process actively. This early stage can be called as exploration  step, because at this stage counselors must be able to apply the various techniques that the client can freely and openly expressing their problem which is faced. It is obvious that basically the patients need religious therapy, besides therapy with drugs and other medical therapy. The importance of providing spiritual assistance for patients like that encourage improvement  and development of service model guidance and counseling for patients in the hospital.Keywords: Dawah, Spiritual Guidance of Islam, Hospital.

Abstract

Pengaruh terapi ruqyah terhadap perubahan perilaku penderita dapat digolongkan sebagai psikoterapi Islam. Dalam praktiknya, ruqyah menggunakan ayat-ayat al-Qur’an. Dari sini ada asumsi bahwa ayat al-Qur’an memiliki energi yang dapat memberikan efek psikoterapi terhadap penderita yang mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental akibat kesurupan. Psikoterapi diartikan sebagai penerapan teknik khusus pada penyembuhan penyakit mental atau pada kesulitan penyesuaian diri setiap hari, lebih longgar lagi, psikoterapi dapat mencakup pula suatu pembicaraan informal dengan para menteri atau duta, penyembuhan lewat keyakinan agama,  dan diskusi personal dengan para guru atau teman. kegiatan pelayanan terapi ruqyah memiliki peran strategis dalam rangka mendukung upaya penyembuhan. Ini bisa dijelaskan lewat hubungan antara sistem kekebalan  tubuh pada diri seseorang dengan kesehatan psikisnya. Hubungan keduanya dalam dunia kedokteran modern, dapat diterangkan dalam sebuah cabang ilmu ”psiko-neuro-imunologi”kata kunci: Dakwah, Psikoterapi, Ruqyah RUQYAH PREACHING THROUGH PSYCHOTHERAPY SERVICES FOR PATIENTS WITH KESURUPAN. The influence of ruqyah therapy to change the  behavior  of the  patients can be classified  as psychotherapy  Islam.  In practice, ruqyah using  the verses  of the Qur’an. From  here there  is the  assumption  that the verse of the Qur’an has the energy that can provide psychotherapy effects of patients who experience mental health disorders caused by kesurupan. Psychotherapy was interpreted as the implementation of special technique on the healing of mental illness or on the adjustment difficulties themselves every day,  more  loosely again, psychotherapy can also include an informal talks with the ministers or ambassadors, healing through religious beliefs and personal discussion with teachers or friends. Abstract

Kematian merupakan suatu kepastian yang tidak dapat dihindari oleh setiap individu dalam rentang perjalanan hidupnya. Kesadaran akan datangnya kematian sering diterjemahkan dengan cara yang beragam bagi setiap individu.  Sebagian individu beranggapan bahwa bahwa kematian adalah suatu fase yang amat mengerikan sehingga ada reaksi penolakan, isolasi, kemarahan, bahkan depresi. Sebagian dari mereka bersikap positif dengan beranggapan bahwa kematian menjadi motivasi bagi tiap individu untuk berlomba dalam    memberi makna kehidupan mereka dan  kekuatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka.  Artikel ini ingin mengembangkan teori Logoterapi dari Victor E. Frankl tentang kebermaknaan  hidup dengan mencoba melihat  kontribusinya bagi sikap individu terhadap  kematian, dimana kehidupan dan kematian merupakan satu rangkaian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Menurut Frankl, individu akan mampu mencapai makna dalam hidupnya apabila ia berhasil merealisasikan tiga nilai yang menjadi sumber makna hidup yakni creative value (nilai-nilai kreatif ), attitudinal value (nilai-nilai  bersikap), dan experiental value (nila-nilai pengalaman).. Artikel ini merupakan pengembangan pada bidang kajian pengembangan kualitas hidup individu dalam perspektif Islam dimana didukung oleh kolaborasi antara teori Logoterapi dengan konsep tentang kematian yang terdapat dalam psikologi Islam.kata kunci: Makna Hidup, Sikap, KematianTHE  CONTRIBUTION OF  KEBERMAKNAAN LIVE FOR THE ATTITUDE OF THE INDIVIDUAL TOWARD DEATH. Abstract

Persimpangan antara  instruktur  dan  penasihat  adalah  dua studi aspek biasanya muncul dalam studi Dakwah. Label da’i di mubaligh kesatuan Dakwah digunakan untuk menjadi annunciated studi sebagai penasihat ajaib. Kenyataan ini tidak setuju dengan terminologi Dakwah sebagai subyek untuk mengirim pesan dari prinsip-prinsip Islam untuk menciptakan ketenangan bagi pihak- pihak berkuasa. Sementara itu, terminologi ini telah disertakan dalam kesatuan istilah  dari instruktur.  Untuk akibat dari dua paradigma,  semua penentuan adalah menyimpang dari unsur publik. Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bahwa shalat merupakan media komunikasi vertikal transendetal. Komunikasi transendental ini dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai macam media yang biasa dikenal dengan ritual ibadah, baik itu ibadah wajib maupun sunnah. Salah satu media komunikasi transendental yang terjalin untuk berkomunikasi dengan Allah  adalah shalat. Habsilnya adalah bahwa shalat sebagai tiang agama. Shalat merupakan ibadah rutinitas harian yang akan merugi jika ibadah yang telah rutin dilakukan tapi esensinya terlupakan, yaitu terjalinnya komunikasi yang harmonis antara seorang hamba dan Sang Khalik. Langkah yang paling tepat agar komunikasi transendental melalui shalat ini berhasil adalah dengan shalat secara khusyuk. Khusyuk bermakna kesadaran penuh akan kerendahan kehambaan diri kita sebagai manusia di hadapan keagungan Rububiyyah (Ketuhanan). Sikap khusyuk ini timbul sebagai konsekuensi kecintaan sekaligus ketakutan kita kepada Zat Yang Maha Kasih dan Maha Dahsyat ini. Sebagai implikasinya, orang yang memiliki sikap seperti ini akan berupaya memusatkan seluruh pikiran kepada Kehadiran- Nya dan membersihkannya dari apa saja yang selain Allah.kata kunci: Shalat, Komunikasi Vertikal, TransedentalTHE PRAYER AS COMMUNICATION  MEDIA VERTICALLY TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION. This  article aims  to explain that prayer is communication  media vertically transendetal. Communication  transcendental meditation this can be done through various media that used to be known as the ritual of worship, either of worship  and the sunnah.  One  of the  communication  media transcendental  meditation  interwoven  to communicate with God is prayer. Habsilnya  is that the prayer as a pillar of the religion. The prayer is worship of the daily routine will be lost if the acts of worship that has been routinely done but politico-wonder, the establishment of a harmonious communication between a slave and the Khalik. The most appropriate steps to communication transcendental meditation through this prayer is successfully with the prayer in humility. Humility means full awareness of the humility  kehambaan  ourselves as human beings before the  majesty  of Rububiyyah (Godhead). This humble attitude arise as a consequence of love as well as fear us to Substances That Is Full Of Love and the most terrible. Abstract

Pasien yang diperlukan rawat inap di rumah sakit akan perlu seseorang yang dapat  memberikan dorongan  dan  stimulus untuk mempercepat pemulihan. Selain untuk keluarga sebagai encourager,  tentu  saja,  diperlukan personel terampil  mampu menyediakan panduan, arah, dan saran-saran pasien. Jika hal ini harus terjadi di rumah sakit-terutama rumah sakit Islam-harus memiliki kekuatan rohani yang dapat memberikan petunjuk spiritual untuk bantuan-Nya bahkan ketika diperlukan untuk memperkuat pasien mental dalam proses penyembuhan. Karya ini menjelaskan metode yang bisa digunakan dalam panduan rohani terhadap pasien. Abstract

Bunuh diri merupakan tindakan (oleh dan pada diri) untuk mengakhiri hidup  dengan berbagai cara, motif, dan  faktor. Naskah ini  bersumber dari  enam pemberitaan koran yang ‘tersadap’ penulis dengan teknik kliping selama tahun 2007. Dari harian Kompas 33 pemberitaan,  Jawa Pos 66, Suara Merdeka 12, Republika 7, Wawasan dan Malang Pos sekali pemberitaan. Pemberitaan terbanyak pada harian JP 66 kali, ditemukan 96 kasus bunuh diri dalam negeri, 9 kasus bunuh diri di luar negeri, dan 13 kasus bom bunuh diri di luar negeri. Jadi total pemberitaan bunuh diri dari dalam dan luar negeri 118 kasus. Hasil temuan berupa bentuk, teknik dan motif, jenis kelamin dan usia, strategi dan piranti, waktu, dan penemu/penolong bunuh diri. Data tersebut, idealnya seorang penyuluh memahami pertama, tiga fungsinya yakni informatif dan edukatif, konsultatif, dan advokatif. Kedua, memahami metode penyuluhan dari aspek enam M yakni man, matter, media, market, money, dan methode. Adapun cara yang dilakukan  penyuluh agama dalam menyumbangkan  karyanya untuk meminimalisasi terjadinya bunuh diri dengan menjaring klien yang mengidap ’penyakit’ agar diluruskan dengan data riil bahwa bunuh diri berdampak buruk,  terutama bagi keluarga atau lingkungan yang ditinggalkannya. Dengan suntikan pesan agamalah usaha menjaring pada klien (yang berinisiatif atau tidak) agar tidak melakukan bunuh diri.kata kunci: Kontribusi, Penyuluh, Bunuh DiriTHE   CONTRIBUTION   OF    THE DISSEMINATORS  IN MINIMIZING SUICIDE. Abstract

Tulisan ini dari hasil penelitian teks keagamaan berbasis pengkajian Islam yang dikaitkan dengan upaya medis untuk penyembuhan penyakit jantung koroner. Alasan melaporkan penelitian ini dalam bentuk tulisan artikel  ilmiah, karena bertujuan memudahkan tersebarnya secara lebih luas konstribusi bagaimana proses penyembuhan penyakit jantung koroner. Dengan demikian, tulisan ini diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan solusi ‘ikhtiyari’ bagi praktisi bidang kedokteran maupun subjek penderita penyakit jantung koroner. Temuan singkat dari penelitian  ini, ternyata psikoterapi Islam mampu menunjukkan solusi praktis-psikologis untuk penderita jantung koroner. Dalam perspektif psikoterapi Islam, pendekatan yang seharusnya dilakukan  bagi penderita penyakit jantung koroner, adalah dengan cara bertaubat dan kembali sepenuhnya kepada Allah swt.kata kunci: Psikoterapi, Taubat, Jantung Koroner. THE MEANING OF REPENTANCE IN THE PROCESS OF THE HEALING OF CORONARY HEART DISEASE PSIKOTERAPIS PERSPECTIVE  THROUGH THE  MEDIA OF  SURAH AL- FATIHAH. Thus, this article is expected to help provide solutions ‚ikhtiyari‘ to practitioners in the field of medicine as well as the subject of coronary heart disease patients. The findings of this study short, psychotherapy Islam is able to show the practical solution of psychological for patients with coronary heart disease. Abstract

Artikel ini mencoba mendeskripsikan salah satu aktivitas dakwah pada ranah kehidupan manusia yaitu pada setting rumah sakit. Fokus kajian pada sistem pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling Islam yang dilaksanakan  di rumah sakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang.  Sebuah pelayanan  bimbingan dan konseling  Islam pada dasarnya merupakan sistem yang terdiri dari berbagai unsur yang terlibat dalam pelayanan tersebut. Dalam konteks pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di rumah sakit, sistem yang dimaksud setidaknya terdiri dari penyelenggara, petugas, pasien, materi, media, metode,  sarana prasarana,  pendokumentasian/ pengarsipan dan evaluasi.  Berdasarkan unsur  dalam sistem pelayanan inilah, akan diurai lebih lanjut berkaitan dengan sistem pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling Islam bagi pasien rawat inap di RSI sultan agung Semarang. Dimana pada realitasnya setiap unsur dalam pelayanan tersebut memegang peran penting dalam pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling Islam oleh bagian Bimbingan dan Penyuluhan Islam melalui satu unit yang bernama Bimbingan Kerohanian Islam.kata kunci: Dakwah, Sistem Pelayanan Bimbingan Konseling Islam, Pasien Rawat Inap. DAKWA IN HOSPITAL SETTINGS :(DESCRIPTIVE  STUDY OF   THE  SERVICE SYSTEM  GUIDANCE COUNSELING ISLAM FOR PATIENTS HOSPITALIZED IN  RSI SULTAN AGUNG SEMARANG).   This article attempts to describe one  of the missionary activity in the realms of human  life is in the hospital setting. The assessment focused on the system of Islamic guidance and counseling services are carried out in hospitals Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. A guidance and counseling services Islam  is basically  a system that consists  of various  elements involved  in these services. In the context of guidance and counseling services in hospitals, the system that is at least composed of the organizers, officials, patients, materials, media, methods, infrastructure, documentation / archiving and evaluation. Based on the elements in this service system, will be parsed further relates to a system of Islamic guidance and counseling services  for inpatients in RSI Sultan  Agung Semarang. Where  in reality every element in these services play an important  role in the implementation of guidance and counseling  services by the Islamic Guidance and Counseling section Islam through a unit called Islamic Spiritual Guidance.Keywords: Dakwa, System Services Counseling Islam, Inpatient.
