Abstract

The problem of unemployment is also a crucial problem in Indonesia. Currently, the number of unemployed in Indonesia reaches 6.1 million people, where the largest unemployment rate occurs in the young group aged 20-29 years (World Employment and Social Outlook (WESO), 2022). The purpose of this study is to see whether entrepreneurial knowledge and attitude toward entrepreneurship can affect self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. Method research using quantitative methods with sampling techniques sampling purposive sampling. The questionnaires were distributed online via google form distributed to 200 respondents. The analysis can be in this study using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research result: There is a significant influence between entrepreneurial knowledge, attitude toward entrepreneurs on self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. Abstract

Stock return is something that investors and shareholders seek. Company management needs to increase the value of the company which aims to prosper the shareholders. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of earnings per share and debt to equity ratio on stock returns and the effect of earnings per share, debt to equity ratio, and stock returns on company value. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result of the research shows that for the first model only Debt To Equity Ratio has an effect , while for the second model all variables have an effect on company value . Abstract

Human Resources has become an important global issue and affects the government system in Indonesia. This condition is because human resources act as implementers of various activities carried out by the organization. Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties. Good employee performance will affect organizational performance. Factors that affect performance include compensation, employee placement, work environment, work motivation, organizational culture, leadership, work discipline, job satisfaction. This study is devoted to assessing the effect of placement, discipline and motivation on the performance of civil servants at the UPTD PPRD Bali Province in Gianyar Regency. Through research with a sample of 35 civil servants with survey methods and data collection instruments in the form of a 5 (five) Likert questionnaire containing questions about indicators that affect performance including placement, discipline and motivation. The data used are primary and secondary data, both quantitative and qualitative data. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that the placement had a positive and significant effect on performance. Placement has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Discipline has a positive but not significant effect on motivation. Discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation partially mediates the effect of placement on employee performance. Motivation cannot mediate the effect of discipline on employee performance. Keywords: Placement, Discipline, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine and investigate the effects of the Chinese automotive product brand on the Indonesian market. Based on the literature relating to the image of the country and the influence of the country of origin, a research model was developed to evaluate the image of the country, the image of the company and the image of the brand. To test models and investigate the influence of country, company and brand image on brand attitudes and purchase intentions, investigate the influence of country, company and brand image on brand attitudes and purchase intentions. State image consists of four dimensions: political image, economic image, citizen image and image of state relations. This research is expected to provide information and theoretical evidence for research on China's image, especially regarding Wuling and DFSK brand products, and also provide empirical evidence to support the "go global" strategy of Chinese companies. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of asset structure (X1), capital structure (X2), firm size (X3), corporate social responsibility(X4) on firm value (Y) with earning growth (Z) as an intervening variable in non-bank state-owned companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. 2018-2020 period. The sample companies are 10 non-bank state-owned companies. This research uses SEM-PLS, the software is smartPLS. Of the 13 significant hypotheses accepted, there are 3, namely asset structure on earning growth, capital structure on earning growth and firm size on firm value. There are 10 hypotheses that are not significant or rejected, namely asset structure to firm value, capital structure to firm value, firm size to earnings growth, corporate social responsibility to earnings growth, corporate social responsibility to firm value, earning growth to firm value, asset structure to firm value. firm value through earning growth as an intervening variable, capital structure on firm value through earning growth as an intervening variable, firm size on firm value through earning growth as an intervening variable, corporate social responsibility on firm value through earning growth as an intervening variable Keywords : Asset structure, capital structure, company size, corporate social response, earning growth, firm value.

Abstract

This explanatory study seeks to explain the impact of celebrity endorsement and reputation of the @OOTDFESS Forum as exogenous factors on customers' purchase intentions as endogenous variables. Using the questionnaire, the data was collected from 100 millennials aged 20 to 40 who are reside The Covid 19 pandemic had an impact on the world economy so that economic growth in countries has contracted. Indonesia did not escape the contraction of economic growth for 2 quarters. Indonesia has established large-scale social restriction policies to overcome the spread of Covid 19 for each of its regions, as well as Kupang City, East Nusa Tenggara. Almost economic sector was affected by the contraction in economic growth. This study aims to analyze the impact of the Covid pandemic on the service industry 4.0, especially Grab's online transportation service which operates in Kupang City. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to 130 respondents of Grab car and Grab bike partners. The results of paired t tests of 130 respondents showed a significant difference in the demand and income variables before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. The consequences of the Covid 19 pandemic on demand for online grab transportation services have decreased and have an impact on reducing the income of grab car or grab bike partners. Abstract

Covid-19 is a pandemic that is uncertain when it will end. This study aims to determine the factors of resilience during the Covid-19/Coronavirus Pandemic. This study used a crosssectional design, with purposive snowball sampling. Primary data collection is carried out for one semester starting in August 2021. Respondents fill out a questionnaire about individual characteristics, competencies, Covid-19 experience, and resilience. Resilience was measured using the 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Competence was assessed using five indicators. Respondents who participated in this study were 49 fresh graduates. Regression analysis was carried out to determine the relationship between the variables of resilience, and competence during Covid-19. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze empirically the effect of service speed and service scape on customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. Bank Mandiri Persero (Solo Branch). The analysis techniques used are validity and reliability, linearity, regression, path analysis, t-test, F, coefficient of determination, and correlation analysis. Hypothesis Test Results: service speed has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service scape has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The speed of service has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Service scape has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. The result of F in the second equation is known to be the magnitude of the value of F = 288.445 significance of 0.000<0.05, so it can be concluded that together the free variables have a significant effect on customer loyalty in PT. Bank Mandiri Persero (Solo Branch). The result of the value of R2 can be explained by the variables of service speed, service scape, and customer satisfaction as an intervening variable of 92.6%, and the remaining 7.4% is explained by other variables outside the research model in the form of interest rates, service quality, and so on. The results of the path analysis show that: The indirect effect of service speed on loyalty is an effective path. The service scape's indirect influence on loyalty is an effective pathway.

Abstract

The reason for this review was to examine the impact of work understanding and work inspiration on work inspiration at PT. Pelabukhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch, North Kalimantan. Likewise, the impact of work inspiration as an intermediate variable between understanding work and inspiration from working at PT. Pelabukhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch, North Kalimantan. The population in this center, as well as during the study, is mostly PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch with over 37 employees, including 1 chief supervisor, 5 boat directors and 31 employees. The logical procedure used is a path study using SPSS programming. The results showed that the work experience variable had a positive and critical impact on the work inspiration of the PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Tarakan branch. Variable work experience has a positive and tremendous impact on the exhibitor's trade show.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to anayzed the effect of Quick Ratio, Debt to Ratio, and Fixwd Assest Turnover on Financial Performance in the Food and Baverage Sub Sector of Manufacturing Companies Listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample in this study consisted of 20 companies into 54 financial reports and annual reports of 20 the food and beverage sub-sector of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020 using the purposive sampling method. The results of this study shows that the t-test calculation proves that partially Quick Ratio and Fixed Assets Turnover have no significant effect on Return On Assets, but for Debt to Equity Ratio partially have an effect on Return On Assets. The calculation of the F test results simultaneously proves that the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Fixed Assets Turnover have a significant effect on Return On Assets. The Coefficient of Determination test is known that the R square value is 0.328 or 32.8% which indicates that ROA can be explained by QR, DER and FATO while the remaining 67.2% is explained by other variables
