This study was conducted in Mays/d June 2015. Sampling using consecutive sampling with a sample of 30 people.Carbohydrate and fat intake data was obtained using a 24 hour recall form. Examinationof blood sugar levels is done by using the blood sugar measuring device Autochek. Thedata is processed carbohydrate and fat intake using nutry survey and analyzed innarrative form. The results showed that carbohydrate intake of 30 samples averaged 164grams per day with less intake category as much as 93%, more intake category as muchas 7%. While fat intake of 30 samples averaged 42.9 grams per day with less intakecategory and more each as much as 50%. On average the eating habits of people withdiabetes do not consume enough carbohydrates but high in fat

This number increased from2007 as many as 31.5% (Riskesdas, 2013). Overweight or obesity is often associated withserum uric acid levels and is one of the risk factors of hyperuricemia. This study describesthe relationship between macro nutrient intake and central obesity with elevated uric acidlevels in patients at Poli Endocrine outpatient department of Prof. Dr. RD Kandou. This research is a descriptive observational using cross sectional design. Poli Endocrineimplemented in the department of Prof. Dr. RD Kandou in May 2014. The subjects werepatients Hyperurisemia, totaling 31 respondents are determined based on the formulahypothesis test for a population proportion, taken by Consecutif sampling. These results indicate that statistically not all macro-nutrient intake, central obesityassociated with uric acid levels, but subjects with elevated uric acid levels, twice as manyare those who have a protein and carbohydrate intake exceeds needs. Results of LogisticRegression Analysis using methods Backward shows that central obesity is more variableeffect on uric acid levels compared to the intake of macro-nutrients. Currently , rosella used as herbs and can be processed intofood , one of which in the form of marmalade. To obtain a marmalade rosella quality both in terms ofvitamins, quality, organoleptic (taste, color, texture and flavor), physical quality ( viscosity and totalsolids ) and chemical quality ( moisture content and pH ) it is necessary to increase the sugarcomposition right .Research Purpose :To determine the level of joy and good quality marmalade red rosella flower withvarying sugar concentrations ( 7.5 % , 10 % , 12.5 % ) .Types of research:This type of research is a quasi experimental study with factorial design . Thedraft for the research carried out 3 times a treatment that 7.5 % of samples ( X1 ) , 10 % ( X2 ) , 12.5% ( X3 ) marmalade red rosella flower is seen in terms of water content, viscosity, total solids and pH. Organoleptic assessment includes an assessment of flavor, color, texture and flavor using ahedonic scale. And then performed the data analysis by t-test .Research result:The content of vitamin C marmalade red rosella flower with a sugar concentration of7.5 % ( X1) is 35.38 mg , 10 % sugar concentration ( X2 ) is 9.94 mg and 12.5 % sugar concentration( X3 ) is 9.68 mg , Good chemical quality of the water content of 46.2 % and a pH of 3.2 to 12.5 %sugar concentration ( X3 ) . Good physical quality CP viscosity of 0.59 and a total solidsconcentration of 59 % to 12.5 % sugar ( X3 ) . Organoleptic quality in terms of both taste and color ofthe sugar concentration of 12.5 % ( X3 ) in terms of texture and flavor sugar concentration of 7.5 %(X1 )
