Abstract

This research aims to know whether there is an impact of the leadership from school headmaster, work motivation and teacher competency toward teacher working performance at SMP sub Rayon 03 in Bandar Lampung in 2013/2014 academic calendar. Methodology used in this research is verificative description with expost facto approach and survey. Teacher population in this research is 140 teachers with number of respondent chosen based on slovin formula as 104 teachers. To test hypothesis 1,2 and 3 using a simple regression and for hypothesis 4 using multiple linier regression. The result of analysis shows that: 1) there is an impact on leadership of school headmaster toward certified teacher performance, 2) there is an impact of working motivation on certified teacher performance, 3) there is an impact of competition on certified teacher performance, 4) there are impacts of leadership of school headmaster, working motivation, and competition on certified teacher performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi SMP Sub Rayon 03 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 140 orang guru dengan jumlah sampel berdasarkan rumus Slovin sebanyak 104 orang guru. Untuk menguji hipotesis 1,2 dan 3 menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan hipotesis 4 dengan menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (2) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (3) Ada pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi; (4) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pada guru sertifikasi. Abstract

The background of this research is whether there is any influence of teacher's teaching method, learning activity, and learning interest towards social learning achievement of MTS Al Fatah student’s grade eight (VIII) academic year 2013/2014. The aim of this research is to know positive influence of teacher's teaching method, learning activity and learning interest towards social learning achievement of MTS Al Fatah student’t grade eight (VIII) academic year 2013/2014. Population of this research is the students of MTS Al Fatah grade eight (VIII) academic year 2013/2014. This research used ex post facto and survey. First, second and third hypothesis were examined by simple linier regression and the fourth hypothesis is examined by multiple linier regression. Result of the research shows that there is positive and significant influence of teacher teaching method, learning activity and learning interest through social learning achievement of MTS Al Fatah student’s grade eight (VIII) academic year 2013/2014.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh metode mengajar guru, aktivitas belajar dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII MTS Al Fatah Lampung Selatan TP 2013/2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif metode mengajar guru, aktivitas belajar dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar ips terpadu siswa kelas VIII MTS Al Fatah Lampung Selatan TP 2013/2014. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII MTS Al Fatah Lampung Selatan TP 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dan survey. Hipotesis pertama, kedua, dan ketiga diuji menggunakan regresi linier sederhana, sedangkan hipotesis keempat menggunakan regresi linier multiple. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan metode mengajar guru, aktivitas belajar dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar ips terpadu siswa kelas VIII MTS Al Fatah Lampung Selatan TP 2013/2014.Kata kunci: aktivitas, hasil, metode dan minat belajar.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the factors that affect the performance of the teacher certification at the Junior High School rayon 03 Kalirejo Central Lampung are limited on the independent variable discipline, supervision, and motivation. The method used is the Ex Post Facto and Survey with descriptive research design verification. The sampling technique is probability sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling and calculated using the slovin’s formula. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression analysis unit and multiple. The object of this research is the teachers who have been certified within a population amount of 106 teachers and 84 samples of the population. Based on the analysis of data obtained statistic calculated using the formula: (1). There is an influence of disciplinary on performance. (2). There is an influence of supervision on performance. (3). There is an influence of motivation on performance.(4). There is an influence of discipline, supervision, and motivation on performance.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pada guru sertifikasi pada SMP Rayon 03 Kecamatan Kalirejo Lampung Tengah yang dibatasi pada variabel bebas disiplin, pengawasan, dan motivasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Ex Post Facto dan Survey dengan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik sampling adalah probability sampling dengan proportionate stratified random sampling dan dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan unit analisis regresi linier sederhana dan multiple. Obyek dalam penelitian adalah guru yang telah bersertifikasi dengan populasi sebesar 106 guru dan sampel 84 guru. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dihitung menggunakan rumus stasistik diperoleh: (1). Ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja. (2). Ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja. (3). Abstract

This study aims to determine : 1) differences in learning outcomes and the use of GI, SFAE. 2) differences in the results of the study of high -ability students early, medium, and low. 3) differences in learning outcomes and the learning and ability early students. 4) the interaction between the of GI, SFAE between students who have knowledge on the learning outcomes of the. 5) differences in the effectiveness of the of GI, SFAE. This study used an experimental method with a comparative approach. Means of collecting data in the form 53 students. The results showed : 1) there was no difference in the results of the study with students using GI, SFAE. 2) there are differences in learning outcomes between students who have the ability of early. 3) there are differences in learning outcomes and economic l ability early students using GI, SFAE. 4) there is no interaction between the of GI with SFAE and between students who have knowledge of on the learning outcomes of the.5) no difference in effectiveness between the GI, SFAE.                                                 Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui: 1) perbedaan hasil belajar menggunakan GI, SFAE.2) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa berkemampuan awal tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. 3) perbedaan hasil belajar antarmodel pembelajaran dan antarkemampuan awal siswa. 4) interaksi antara GI, SFAE siswa yang memiliki kemampuan awal tinggi, sedang dan rendah terhadap hasil belajar. 5) perbedaan efektivitas GI, SFAE. Metode eksperimen pendekatan komparatif. Pengumpul data tes 53 siswa.Hasil penelitian:1) tidak ada perbedaan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan GI dengan SFAE. 2)ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara siswa yang memiliki kemampuan awal. 3)ada perbedaan  hasil belajar antarmodel dan antarkemampuan awal siswa menggunakan GI, SFAE. (4) tidak ada interaksi antara GI dengan SFAE dan siswa yang memiliki kemampuan awal terhadap hasil belajar. Abstract

The background of this research was the lack of assessment of the affective domain of learning subjects IPS Terpadu, particularly the attitude of the students towards the social   environment in SMP N 2 Marga Tiga East Lampung. The objectives of this research are; student attitudes to environmental differences between students who are taught using a contextual model with inquiry model with attention to the learning interest of students. This research use experiment method. Samples were taken using Cluster Random Sampling. Data were analysed using Two-Way Variant Analysis test and T-test. This results; (1) there is a difference in the attitude of students towards the social environment in the IPS Terpadu learning between students who are taught using contextual model and inquiry model; (2) student attitudes towards the social environment in learning the lesson that IPS Terpadu using contextual model better than inquiry models on higher learning interest in students. Whereas, in the interest of student learning, students are taught to use contextual model lower than inquiry model; (3) there is an interaction between the learning models with an interest in student learning.Kata Kunci: inkuiri, kontekstual, minat, sikap siswa

Abstract

This study have a purpose to know :1) is there any differences of learning outcomes average result using the Integrated Social learning method of Discussion and Script. 2) are the average results of Integrated Social learning using learning method Discussion more higher than Script. This study used an experimental method with a comparative approach. Means of collecting data in the form of a multiple choice test of 45 questions to 87 students . The results showed : a) there is a difference in average of learning outcomes using the Integrated Social learning method of Discussion and Script. Based on the analysis of data obtained significant 0,00 0,05. b) the average results of Integrated Social learning using learning method discussion more higher than Script. Based on the comparison of the average of each items on the experimental class and the control is 0,62 0,45.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) apakah ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu menggunakan metode pembelajaran tipe diskusi dengan tipe Script. 2) apakah rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu menggunakan metode pembelajaran tipe diskusi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan tipe Script. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Alat pengumpul data berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 45 soal kepada 87 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; a) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu menggunakan metode pembelajaran tipe diskusi dengan tipe Script. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh signifikan 0,00 0,05. b) rata-rata hasil belajar IPS Terpadu menggunakan metode pembelajaran tipe diskusi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan tipe Script. Berdasarkan perbandingan rata-rata hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol yaitu 0,62 0,45. Kata kunci: hasil belajar, diskusi, script.

Abstract

This research is purposed to identify whether or not there is influence between lesson plan, teaching style, and teaching skill to certified teacher work productivity. In doing this study, the writer used descriptive verificative method with ex post facto and survey approach. The population of this research is all certified teachers of the state senior high school in Tanjung Karang Barat sub-district that consisted of 93 teachers and the sample of this study is consisted 75 teachers. Hypothesis testing used simple linear regression model and multiple linear regresion model. From the analyses of the study it is found that (1) there is influence of lesson plan to certified teachers work productivity. (2) there is influence of teaching style to certified teachers work productivity.(3) there is influence of teaching skill to certified teachers work productivity. (4) there is influence of lesson plan, teaching style, and teaching skill to certified teachers work productivity. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya  pengaruh perencanaan pembelajaran, gaya mengajar, dan keterampilan mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi. Dalam peneiltian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri bersertifikasi di Kecamatan Tanjung Karang Barat berjumlah 93 guru dengan jumlah sampel 75 guru. Uji hipotesis menggunakan model regresi linier sederhana dan linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh perencanaan pembelajaran terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi (2) Ada pengaruh gaya mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi (3) Ada pengaruh keterampilan mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi (4) Ada pengaruh perencanaan pembelajaran, gaya mengajar, dan keterampilan mengajar terhadap produktivitas kerja guru bersertifikasi.Kata kunci: gaya, keterampilan, perencanaan, produktivitas

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences social value of planting Integrated social studies using picture and picture examples and non examples with respect to interest in learning. Population 170 students and sample 80 students. Quasi-experimental research methods. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using two-way analysis of variance and t-test two independent samples. Results showed (1) first hypothesis testing is known to have differences in social value teaching students who are taught using picture and picture and students who were taught using examples non examples. (2) second hypothesis testing known cultivation of social value students who have high interest in learning who are taught to use picture and picture is higher than that was taught using examples non examples. (3) third hypothesis testing known cultivation of social value students who have  high interest in learning who are taught to use picture and picture is higher than that was taught using examples non examples. (4) fourth hypothesis testing found no interaction between of learning with social studies learning interest towards planting Integrated social value. kata kunci: ene, pap, nilai sosial.

Abstract
