Abstract

Urban development in Indonesia raises some urban problems. One of them is the switch function of agricultural land to residential and industrial. Meanwhile, the food needs of communities dependent on agricultural commodities which in fact require land as a place of production. The concept of urban agriculture emerged as an answer to deal with the problem of urban land and the sustainable development efforts. According to the Farm Bill and Trade Act of 1990, meaning the practice of sustainable agriculture crop production and livestock production systems integrated with certain rules so that it can continue in the long term. Sustainable Agriculture-System (SAc-S) is a proposed solution to address the sustainability of land and food in urban areas as well as a form of sustainable development by looking at the social, economic and environmental. Our idea to realize the urban farm located in one-story building that do not spend the urban land. In addition, the building will be surrounded by several other concepts, namely livestock, fisheries, horticulture and agroforestry. This concept can be applied in the city center to achieve food self-sufficient green city.Keywords: urban land issues, sustainable development, green city

Abstract

In Indonesia almost 20.000 woman died because of complication in giving birth (Stalker, 2008). Indonesia’s number of dead mother increase to 359/100.000 women in 2012 (SDKI, 2012). And also Indonesia’ s number of dead baby is reach 6th in ASEAN (SDKI, 2007). Indonesia’s number of dead baby is 32/1000 birth (SDKI, 2012). This condition far from MDG’s, which is the number of dead mother 102/100.000 and number of dead baby 23/1.000. One reason in highly increase number is because lack in finance. The government created solution like, Jampersal, Antenatal Care (ANC), and National Health Insurance (JKN). National Health Insurance (JKN) is a must health insurance from government for every Indonesian people. But National Health Insurance JKN aplied the system of conventional insurance which is have a problem, like over usage of country money (APBN) for poor people every month. There is another insurance system, it’ s Syariah Insurance. It’s growing widely in Indonesia. It shows good development when Indonesia’s economy grow slower betwen 2000 until 2012 it grows 50% every year. That is the reason why Indonesia need Syariah Health Insurance to give the financial needs in mothers’ health and baby. That is why we found JKN Syariah with Community of Nurse program as the pioneer team in decreasing number of dead mother and number of dead baby. And here we are give solution to solve the problem by our idea JKN Syariah (National Health Insurance with syariah insurance system) as the health Insurance to decrease the number of dead mother and number of dead baby to accomplish MDGs (Milleneum Development Goals) target.Keywords: Number of dead mother, Number of dead baby, Insurance, Syariah.

Abstract

River has strategic role as one of the natural resources that supports peoples lives. Ciliwung has the most widespread impact during the rainy season because it flows through the center of the city of Jakarta and across many villages, dense housing and slums. This paper aims to formulate a concept for managing a slum neighborhood on the banks or Ciliwung watershed. This concept is supported by the main concept of the Green Water Front. Based on the results of our analysis, it is known that the low citizens living in the area Ciliwung River in maintaining the environment. To increase awareness of citizens in maintaining the environment, we carry a concept of Green Water Front, which is the core of this concept will change as the river behind the house into the river as the front of the house. So the river will be a point of interest. On this concept there will be a bridge crossing over the river which we call the bridge "Rhombus". The concept of Green Water Front will increase the interaction between people separated the river because of its function as well as bridges. The public rooms are located in the middle of the Green Water Front can serve as a plaza, childrens playground, or farming. So that this concept can be implemented properly, it must be required cooperation from various parties including students and university, government, and communities around the watersheds that are subject to the application of this concept.Keywords: Green water front, Ciliwung river, seedy neighborhood

Abstract

Flooding in Jakarta has become an annual problem and also a national problem. Various factors causing flooding in Jakarta among other conditions which form the basin morphology Jakarta and many a former swamp area. The best way of dealing with flooding is the adaptation and friends with flooding. This is because in morphology, Jakarta will always inundated by floods. One form of adaptation and bersahabar with floods submerging parts of Jakarta is often flooded and make it as a city of water. City water Jakarta able to be the best solution for the future is predicted rising sea levels will be higher with the greater intensity of floods. The concept will provide other benefits such as the potential of tourism as well as other water cities in the world. This concept is based on the premise that development needs to see and recognising that the natural conditions can be done in a sustainable manner. Thought to be the concept is not done arbitrarily and written based on various studies and reports that can be proved. This concept is more realistic and better able to be implemented. The hope is that the concept of overcoming this flood to be a solution that is acceptable to the parties concerned and be that ideas from the nations children. Abstract

Jakarta is the central part of governance, economic, and industrial aspect of Indonesia. This condition make Jakarta as the most populated metropolitan. DKI Jakarta covers an area 650 km2 wide and have population density around 12.495 people/km2. The population grow around 2.4 % per year. A fast-growing population and environmental capacity decrease causing high food demand and open land scarcity. Jakarta have an area 66.233 Ha with agriculture area around 1.102 Ha and non-agriculture area 65.131 Ha. Most food supply comes from Bogor, Bekasi and Tangerang which are three satellite cities of Jakarta. In consequence, a solution is urgently needed to overcome the whole problems. Jakarta Floating Farm and Fisheries (J3F) is the floating agricultural farm and floating fisheries. This concept is new alternative for agriculture and fisheries development utilzing coastal zone and act as an effort for creating a new leading, modern and eco-friendly agricultural and fisheries industry supporting an independent metropolitan concept. Jakarta Floating Farm and Fisheries (J3F) concept will directly integrate with Jakarta North coastal area development masterplan in form of Garuda giant seawall as a government program facing Jakarta north coastal zone protection from sinking. Various attempt in synergy with nature are applicated at most of the metropolitan system so that more marine and nature damage could be avoided.Keyword: Residence, Farming, Fisheries, Jakarta

Abstract

Tourism is the main economic activity that is developed on the Bali Island. Ngurah Rai International Airport is the main gate of economic activity of tourism in Bali and Indonesia. Rapid passenger growth, providing ideal conditions impact on the airport. Efforts were made to overcome this problem is the construction of a new airport in the north of Bali. In addition, the construction of the airport was used as an equal opportunity in economic development in Bali. Singaraja Mefloport is the concept of a floating airport that also has the advantage of modern and environmentally maid. This concept is very feasible to be developed in North Bali because (1) no require land acquisition on land, (2) is not blocked by the hills of North Bali is very near to the North Sea, and (3) no impact on the environment because it does not do reclamation process. Singaraja Mefloport consists of four components, namely a floating Pontoon placed wide structure, foundation reinforcement, bridge access from the land to the floating region, and breakwaters. The main components of a floating structure with a protective are precast slab, deck framing, column and diagonal support decks, buoyancy space, and the anchorage system. The concept is expected to remain Singaraja Mefloport can protect marine life and the ecosystem as well as through the airport engineering was able to create a comfortable and friendly environment.Keywords: Singaraja Mefloport, Airport, Megafloat

Abstract

Surabaya community faces serious water problems, such as drinking water, wastewater and rain water. Surabaya River has been polluted by domestic wastewater and does not meet the requirement as raw water of water treatment facility (PDAM). Otherwise, Surabaya does not have rain water utilization management system. This study is to determine a concept of Surabaya Underground Aqua Project that is a city-scale innovation of water management and technology. It is to create an idea of water recycle concept to obtain environmental sustainability. The concept includes networks planning and installation. Installation section is divided into two areas, namely area of wastewater treatment and rainwater and area of raw water treatment for drinking water. Furthermore, the piping networks are divided into two, namely drinking water supply systems and sewerage systems and rainwater collections system. The entire installations and networks are constructed underground building. From this idea, it obtains the concepts to improve the quality and quantity of drinking water supply in Surabaya. Abstract

Preparation and current conditions of the Sector Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in the ASEAN Economic Community in 2015 is very worthy to be observed. Indonesia has approved a blueprint of the agreement, would not want all of the elements of this nation must work together to face the upcoming challenges. It takes cooperation from various parties to support the economic sector that has been widely credited for Indonesia, SMEs. SME sector development goal is to improve the national economy. However, the need for specific strategies that build the SME sector, especially in strengthening SMEs product branding so widely known by the public. Cooperation between the various parties writer formulated through network policy strategy involving governments, private sector, communities and the establishment of an agency SMEs originating from academia. This policy is focused on how the management of SMEs product branding. One drawback is the poor management of SMEs in each product branding, and therefore a policy is needed to tackle this problem, because if the market is not flooded with Indonesia will continue to foreign products in the upcoming AEC. Abstract

Flooding and pollution are serious problem for metropolitan cities like Jakarta. Population density in Jakarta is considered as the second cause of the problem and the wrong attitude like habit of throwing garbage in rivers that triggered the closure irrigation and the use of fossil fuels for transportation and pollution of industry causing global warming. Urban forest planting is still minimal compared to the level of air pollution in Jakarta. Planting city forests requires large area, so we offer a new concept of urban forest that is effective and efficient place so it will not reduce development and community activities metropolitan. Underground Forest made by utilizing the concept of forest land for the construction of the underground by utilizing watershed and catchment water for hydroelectric energy and water uptake artificial lighting is collected in artificial lake, so to addressing the problem of air pollution are also addressing the problem of flooding. Abstract

Using cash money as a transaction media has many weaknesses, there are, the transaction will no longer efisien and easy, the costs to make e-money is really expensive, and so many fake cash money that are distributed. To prevent that weaknesses, since 2010 Bank Indonesia has create Less Cash Society program to promote the use of non-cash money to do the transaction, like e-money. Bank Indonesia give franchise to the Bank in Indonesia to produce e-money. However, because of many kinds of e-money is produced by many Banks, the society confuse in using and understanding it. That’s why to solve this solution, the writer create the Triple C (Centralize and Comprehensive Concept) as a strategic effort to apply e-money Indonesia. We use the method of literarute study, interview, and observation. The result of Triple C are e-money system that is centralized in Bank Indonesia and e-money smart societies, as the result e-money Indonesia can be implemented as fast and comprehensive.Keywords: transaction, money, e-money, bank, citizen
