Abstract

Efforts to achieve improved quality of service and increase the degree of optimal health for the community, organized through maintenance approach, health promotion (promotion), disease prevention (preventive), healing (curative), and the restoration of health (rehabilitation), which implemented a comprehensive, integrated , and sustainable. One of the efforts in the field of health care is to improve the quality of service through increased accuracy, rationalization and efficiency of the use of drugs, preparation of a list of essential drugs which put emphasis on cost optimization with these medicines are absolutely essential. List of Essential Medicines, which is a general list of standard drugs that have been published and are set by the Minister of Health. The evaluation process requires a method that can facilitate the assessment and decision making, as in decision making related to the criteria and the number of alternative suppliers, it is necessary to use a valuation technique that is effective and not too complex, but gives accurate results. This evaluation also involves an assessment of the hospital management or parties related to the supplier so that the accuracy of ratings given by each respondent is essential.AHP is a method to rank alternative decision in choosing one of the best when decision makers and have a wide criteria. In AHP-making hierarchy is used to decompose the problem into the smallest section. Abstract

The rapid growth of data accumulation has created the conditions for data-rich but information poor. Data mining is the mining m or discovery of new information by looking for certain patterns or rules of a number of large amounts of data are expected to treat the condition. By utilizing the data of prospective students and student data, is expected to yield information about the resources used by the candidate that can be used by management in making efforts associated with an increase in the number of students by choosing the appropriate media campaign through data mining techniques.The algorithm used is the a priori algorithm, the information displayed in the form of support and confidence value of each pattern is formed. Of tests on the data of prospective students and student data with the model Association rules generated some rules with a maximum value of confidence level of 81.1% for resources from newspapers and media level maximum value of 77.8% confidence sebesarb to resources through the media brosur.Saatini right promotional media for use by TIMP emasaran in recruiting new students are media newspapers and brochures with not ignore other promotional media. Keywords: data mining, Association rules, a priori algorithm, confidence, support

Abstract

To be continued competitive with competitors, STMIK Dharma Wacana continues to improve the quality. One of the efforts is to improve the quality of faculty performance, by assessing a lecturer for the Tri Dharma University and Personality. Referring to the faculty priorities, STMIK Dharma Wacana assessing academic performance of faculty of year by using Key Performance Indicators to determine a lecturer with the best quality and ability that will ultimately affect the determination of the faculty with the best performance. Constraints faced is the lack of information systems that can specifically provide support for decision-makers, namely the Chairman STMIK Dharma Wacana and management, making it difficult generate optimal decision. For data analysis, this study using descriptive analysis techniques and instruments used to determine policy priorities, namely Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and in this study proposed a decision support information system or Decision Support System (DSS). The results of data processing in mind that the criteria Tridarma Higher Education and Personality. Affecting the determination of the performance of lecturers teaching each year. The results are then simulated through a hierarchical method. Abstract

 Informatics and Business Institute (IBI) Darmajaya is one of the private institutes in Lampung which has some organizations called Student Organizations (ORKEM) and under the lead of Vice Rector III and the Bureau of Student and Marketing. Student organizations existing in IBI Darmajaya is 20 organizations that are divided into six departments and two high-campus institutions. With a number of organizations, it would be very difficult to give a good or bad assessment about the organization, because the criteria used only rely on the deadlines of making proposals, and gathering for reports. Decision support systems in determining student organization management achievement of the IBI Darmajaya student organizationz designed in this research is expected to provide benefits in replacing the current assessment system. The method used in this research is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) with a weighting for each assessment criteria. The result of this research can assist in determining and selecting student organization management achievement in a period of tenure also making the  process of assessment and giving rank easier. Abstract

The usage of Information technology in education institution needs good management. Information technology audit is a correlation structure and a process to guide and control of education institution in reaching out the goal by adding of the value and balancing the risk toward information technology and the processes, information technology audit covers the planning process, implementation and evaluation. In audit information technology implementation, in order to the applying can be done maximally, it needs a good planning and implementation otherwise the control must be done continuously, so the applying of information technology audit will be in accordance with education institution’s vision and mission. Reaching the whole ones need good  management and arrangement system (IT Governance).The evaluation toward management and arrangement can be used any kind of methods, one of is using COBIT (Control Objectivesfor Information and Relaated Technology). COBIT is a standard model which provides best practice documentation of information technology management which can help management and user in order to bridge of discrepancy between business risks, control needs, technical problems.This research used COBIT framework to know information technology’s maturity level in IBI Darmajaya so it can made the strategy to increase academic information system service quality (SIAKAD) in IBI Darmajaya.    Key Word :  Information Technology Audit, COBIT, Academic Information System

Abstract

Academic activities in IAIN Raden Intan Lampung are growing (growing trend). The growth of students and lecturers needs (growing demand) demanding the information about Academic Information System (SIAKAD) for a faster and better information system, and the growth in the performance and capacity, system security and skill of the Human Resources, are expected to be in the highest performance, thus, academic information system audit is required in IAIN Raden Intan Lampung, particularly on the scale of performance and capacity measurement, system security, and Human Resources Training about SIAKAD. This research evaluated the application of SIAKAD by the management and user by applying COBIT Framework 4.1.  Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of DS3: to continually accumulate user trainings, evaluation and motivation are done weekly. Available working facilities have to be boosted up to 95% in order to keep the information system technology updated. Key Performance Indicators of DS5 are to provide skill training for the administrator or user in system security maintenance, and to design software SIAKAD that is not easy to be hi-jacked. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) of DS7 is to supervise the users training activity. Monthly evaluation/monitoring will ensure the performance of the activity will be boosted more by the management.The results of the research lead to a conclusion that the process of DS3, DS5, and DS7 in Monitoring and Evaluate given by Pusat Komputer IAIN Raden Intan Lampung is generally in the level of readiness of defined process. There is an indication that the institution knows the existing matters to be solved. Being processed using the standardized method in execution, has significantly defined the steps to be used in supporting the service. Abstract

Research on License plate detection system will be developed in this research. Vehicle plates detection will use a camera that mounted on parking gate. Detection process starts with collecting data using the camera. Preprocessing includes rescale the image into (640.480) pixels, converting the image into grayscale. Smooting process with blur method is used to reduce the image noise. Edge detection using Sobel on the vertical direction and thresholding. Segmentation process will combine 2 methods, Morphology Filter and Connected Component. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to test whether the candidate is a plat plate or not. Parking System Testing obtained the following results: Parking System Accuracy in detecting motorcycle plate is 78% and the accuracy car plate detection is 78% Key words— nomor plat kendaraan, Filter Morfologi, Connected Component, Support Vector Machine (SVM).

Abstract

Analysis of computer networking is very important and necessary to help improve network performance. Many companies are designed their networks are not in accordance with its business goals, so the performance of the existing network of the company is not as they expected. Therefore required an analysis on existing computer network within the company, both in terms of performance as well as network design. Existing network designs are closely related to the performance of the network. In this study the parameters that exist in a computer networking such as delay, jitter, bandwidth, packet utilization, packet loss and throughput will be measured to determine the performance of the network and then these parameters are used as information to redesign the network to get better network performance and generate more structured network design according to the needs of the company. Keyword : network performance, Top-Down Network Desain, delay, jitter, bandwidth, paket loss, thoughput, network design.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the steps cluster analysis method with Ward method and K-Means method, and compare the results of the analysis of the two methods for clustering student data related decision-making to determine the students are eligible to receive a Peningkatan PrestasiAkademik (PPA) scholarship and Bantuan Biaya Akademik (BBA) scholarship in STMIK Pringsewu. Cluster analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Version 23. Cluster Analysis results of both methods were compared using standard deviation ratio in the group (Sw) and the standard deviation between groups (Sb). Based on this research the ratio of the value of the standard deviation in the cluster and standard deviation between the cluster shows that the method of Ward and K-Means has the same performance when used in clustering scholarship PPA, both methods have a ratio value (Sw/Sb) are the same, 0.749959584 %. Therefore the results of the cluster that will be used as a reference in determining scholarship recipients PPA is the result of cluster analysis using Ward method or K-Means as they both have the results and performance of the same cluster. While on scholarship BBA clustering,Ward method has better performance than the KMeans method because the method of Ward have value of the ratio (Sw / Sb) 0.5346668% smaller than the value of the ratio (Sw/Sb) K-Means method 0.831525302 %. Therefore, the results of the cluster that can be used as a reference in determining BBA scholarship recipients is the result of cluster analysis using Ward method.Keywords: Cluster, K-Means, Scholarship, Standard Deviation, Ward.

Abstract

Academic achievement of students evaluated each semester to determine learning outcomes. If the student can meet certain academic criteria to be declared worthy of continued study of the student passed the course. The high number of students in college can be maximized by Scholarship. Therefore, the number of participants who submitted many scholarships, as well as indicators of the many criteria, a system is needed that can help to determine who is entitled to receive a scholarship from the college.In this research, formulated by research question, as namely applying C.45 algorithm, which aims to select the candidates in Post Graduate Program IAIN Raden Intan Lampung to obtained the scholarship recipients with a high degree of accurance. The methodology used by the authors to determine the candidates in the Post Graduate Program IAIN Raden Intan Lampung using Algorithm stages C.45, the classification process of grantees using the five steps in the KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases), which includes several activities, namely selection, preprocess, transformation, data mining, interpretation and evaluation.The sample of the research are 40 (forty students) awardees at the Graduate Program IAIN Raden Intan Lampung and has been produced based on the calculation algorithm C.45 total of 18 (eighteen) students who do not deserve to be recipients for having a GPA <3.00, then as many as eight (8) students who do not deserve to be recipients because they have tenure <5 years and noncivil service workers, to produce as many as fourteen (14) students who deserve to be recipients forhaving met the criteria for scholarship recipients darisegi GPA, work and tenure predetermined.Keywords: Algorithm C.45, Scholarship
