Abstract

The aims of the research are to know: 1) The significant influence between leadership andworkers’ job of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. 2) Thesignificant influence between leadership and supervision of workers’ job of PT Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. 3) Which variables between leadership andsupervision at once that giving dominant influence towards workers’ job at PT Kereta ApiIndonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. The population of this Descriptive researchis all of workers at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at office DAOP IV Semarang. It took114 workers as a samples by using random sampling technique. Data collection used questionaereand will analyzed by using doubled regresi linie ,test F, test t, test R2, and relative and efektivecontribution. Research conclusion, those are; 1)” There is significant leadership’ influencetowards workers’ job can be received. It is based on doubled regresi linier analysis (test/uji t) isknown that thitung ttabel, that is: 2,862 2,000 and significance value 0,05, that is:0,001 wth efective contribution 25,34%. 2) “ There is significant influence towards workers’job can be received. It is based on doubled regresi linier analysis (test/uji t) is known thatthitung ttabel, that is 3,653 2,000 and significance value 0,05, that is 0,000 withefective contribution 27,96%. 3) “ There is significant leadership’ influence and supervisionat once towards workers’ job can be received. It is based on variation doubled regresi linieranalysis (test/uji F) is known that Fhitung Ftabel,that is 11,914 3,150 and significance 0,05, that is 0,000. 4) Test result of determination coefisient (R2) is 0,533 showed that thesignificance of leadership influence and job supervision at once towards workers’ job is 53,3%,while 46,7% the rest is influenced by another variable that has not investigated.

Abstract

This study aims to describe preparation process for teaching factory, the implementation of teaching factory, and its evaluation to increase the student’s competency at Vocational High School 2 Surakarta.This is a qualitative research with phenomenology design. The research subjects were principals, vice principals in the curriculum, teaching factory subject teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, indepth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique with a model in interactive data collection step, data reduction, presentation of data and verification of data/the withdrawal of conclusion. This research result indicates preparation of learning based teaching factory to increase the competency students basically started by putting together lesson plans by teachers teaching factory in the form of soft file and handed it to the field of curriculum. The implementation of learning teaching factory uses the method of learning which he varied, material in the class directions to jobsheet conforming to a standard that is in industry, teachers conditioned practices that done students so that capable of producing quality products put into practice all day skill he would had, the facilities is can be used as well as possible and allocations time provided in accordance with each of their own individual subjects. Evaluation based learning teaching factory done by means of judgment covering the aspects of the discipline attitude, honest, responsibility, tolerance, mutual cooperation, confident, skill and knowledge.

Abstract

The stability of the financial sector of a country can be determined by the rate of people’s financial literacy in financial product which is should be no lower than 30% of people have good knowledge in financial products. The results of survey conducted by the financial service authority of Indonesia (OJK) in 2006 indicated that the Indonesian literacy is still very low (21.8%). People who have good financial literacy are able to arrange wisely their family and own financial. In fact, the young generation especially university students of accounting education in Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta are wasteful, following the current trend, and unaware of saving. The research aims to describe the implementation of literacy education for accounting education students in UMS through bank partnership to lessen consumptive behavior. This research was a literature study by using qualitative approach. The research found the wasteful behavior can be reduced by the literacy education in higher education. This solution can be implemented by several methods; (1) mobile financial literacy education, (2) bank products simulations, (3) developing curriculum design by adopting the financial literacy, (4) the technical assistance to the education institution, (5) thematic community service program, (6) providing OJK outlets in higher education. Through financial literacy education in higher education, the wasteful behavior can be reduced and the students’ understanding about financial literacy is advanced.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi permasalahan yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan Penilaian Kinerja Guru 2015 yang belum efektif dan program supervisi akademik di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga yang belum berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dari latar belakang tersebut permasalahan yang akan dibahas adalah; 1) Bagaimana Program Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) dan Program Supervisi Akademik di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga? 2) Apa kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Program PKG dan Program Supervisi Akademik di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga? 3) Bagaimana cara mengatasi kendala-kendala program PKG dan Program Supervisi Akademik di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga untuk menghadapi Penilaian Kinerja Guru 2016? Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk ; 1) Memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang Program PKG dan Program Supervisi Akademik di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga 2) Mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan program PKG dan Program Supervisi Akademik di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga 3) Memberikan masukan untuk perbaikan Program Supervisi Akademik untuk meningkatkan mutu kinerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. Jenis penelitian ini adalah evaluasi program dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menganalisis program Penilaian Kinerja Guru dan supervisi akademik yang dijalankan dalam bentuk studi kasus (case study). Model Evaluasi penelitian ini adalah Goal free Evaluation Model  (Scriven) dengan SWOT Analysis (Strengths Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) dan EFAS (Eksternal Factors Analysis Summary). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber informasi  penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru/ tenaga kependidikan dan tenaga non kependidikan di lingkungan SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data, penulis menggunakan teknik triangulasi, yaitu 1) Triangulasi data 2) Triagulasi teknik 3) Triangulasi sumber. Hasil Penelitian dapat dideskripsikan bahwa Program Penilaian Kinerja guru dan Program Supervisi Akademik Pendidikan di SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga dengan manajemen lama belum efektifsehingga perlu perbaikan. Diperlukan model supervisi yang tepat yang diharapkan mampu membawa perubahan positif kearah peningkatan kinerja guru, dari model kepemimpinan lama yang masih membayangi langkah kepemimpinan baru saat ini. Gabungan Model Supervisi Akademik Artistik dan Cooperative Development secara sinergis dirasa lebih tepat untuk kondisi SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga yang memiliki SDM yang cukup memadai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan beberapa faktor yang menunjukkanadanya kecenderungan ke arah negatif, membahayakan diri serta masyarakat. Remaja merupakangolongan yang rentan terhadap penyalahgunaan narkotika, karena masalah tersebut memiliki latar belakang yang komplek dan luas, baik dari sektor penyebab maupun akibat yang ditimbulkan, maka masalah penggunaan narkotika harus ditangani serara serius dengan melaksanakan berbagai penanggulangan dan pencegahan. Tehnik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakanwawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas data dilakukandengan cara : Triangulasi teori, review informan serta member check. Untuk menganalisa data digunakan cara berfikir induktif dengan analisis mengalir yang terbagai dalam tiga komponen (1) reduksi data, (2) sajian data, (3) penarikan kesimpulan atau ferifikasi baik sebelum, pada waktu, maupun sesudah pengumpulan data. Hasil dan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa, adanya kecenderungan memakai obat-obatan terlarang dipengaruhi oleh rendahnya intensitas hubungan dalam keluarga, makin tinggi intensitas hubungan dalam keluarga makin jauh dari kecenderungan memakai obat-obatan terlarang. Keluarga sebagai lembaga yang pertama kali dikenal oleh individu mempunyai peranan yang cukup penting di dalam sosialisasi anak sebagai anggota keluarga, sebab yang memungkinkan seseorang mulai menyalahgunakan obat pada dasarnya dapat dikelompokkan dalam dua bagian besar, pertama sebab yang berasal dari faktor individunya, dan kedua sebab-sebab yang berasal dari lingkungannya.

Abstract

The aims of this research gender are to describe; 1) The women teachers background at Muhammadiyah school – Surakarta have no ambition to be principal and 2) the relation with doubled role as house wife and teacher. The research subject is case study of women teachers at Muhammadiyah school-Surakarta. Data collection used is: in depth interview towards premmier sources and regarded to know their attitude carrier, while data analysis used Capacities and Vulnerabilities Analysis (CVA) technique. The research result showed that; 1)Women teachers background at Muhammadiyah school – Surakarta have no ambition to be principals, the reasons are; a) Carrier development system and principal candidates recruitment process is conducted by Dinas or foundation is not transparent; b) The role as house wife spend too much times and energy. 2) The conducting of doubled role of women teachers as house wife created role conflict in her profession, thus, structural carrier development did not do in good way.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to increase the participation and learning outcomes of PPKn lesson for building Indonesian democracy for 3rd semester hospital department students class XI 2017/2018 academic year in SMK Negeri 3 Pati. This research was carried out through two cycles. in the first cycle, the action taken was the application of a Simple Ketos Learning Model individually and in the second cycle the action taken was the application of a Simple Ketos Learning Model in groups. This research was conducted for 4 months, starting from August 2017 to November 2017. Classroom action research subjects were conducted in 34 of 3rd semester hospital department students class XI 2017/2018 academic year in SMK Negeri 3 Pati. The method and design of the study used the classroom action research method. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis by comparing pre-action values with cycle I and cycle II. The results showed that individual learning participation increased significantly from pre-action 69.75% to 74.92% in the first cycle and increased to 82.92%. In the second cycle and group learning creativity increased from pre-action 69.93% to 75.67 % in cycle I and increased to 84.93% in cycle II. Furthermore, the learning outcomes also increased significantly from pre-action 76% (22 people) passed and the average grade of 76, then became 88% (30 people) passed and the class average 82.2 in the first cycle and increased to 97% (33 people) passed and on average 83 in cycle II. Student participation and learning outcomes about the building Indonesian democracy lesson can be improved through the application of Simple Ketos Learning Model.

Abstract

The problems discussed in this paper were; 1) why the Pancasila (the five Indonesian National Principles) values had not been fully understood and acted in the Indonesian, 2) how Pancasila Values could be revitalised so that it could be characteristically internalised in the daily society activities.Based on the deep review from some theories, the conclusions were: 1) the tentative manners were the main problems of unimplemented Pancasila values in the most Indonesian. 2) The Pancasila values must be revitalised trough seriously dissemination process with the appropriate strategies and scientifically instead of doctrine. Every effort of Pancasila values internalisations must use persuasion approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh positif kemandirian belajar dan persepsi tentang kompetensi keguruan terhadap prestasi akademik Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi. Sampel diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data yang diperlukan diperoleh melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi ganda.Dari analisis diperoleh persamaan garis regresi yang diperoleh adalah Y = -1,68 + 0,028X1 + 0,030X2. Pengujian dilakukan dengan uji F dan diperoleh harga Freg = 21,886 Ftab = 3,19 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil Freg Ftab berarti terdapat pengaruh yang positif kemandirian belajar dan persepsi tentang kompetensi keguruan terhadap prestasi akademik. Sumbangan efektif kemandirian belajar 28,33% dan persepsi tentang kompetensi keguruan 18,85%. Kemandirian belajar mempunyai kontribusi yang lebih besar daripada persepsi tentang kompetensi keguruan dalam mempengaruhi variasi perubahan prestasi akademik.

Abstract

Gender equality is a situation for women and men to take the same status, in order to fully realize their human right. It has the same potential both men and women regarding to the all aspects in their life, including for fisherwomen. This study aims to (1) describe the social culture of the coastal communities of Ponjalae where the fisherwomen lives and (2) identify gender equality and the role of women to get education opportunity. This is a case study research where the informants are the fisherwomen in the coastal communities of Ponjalae, Palopo. Interactive data analysis are performed in this research. Findings indicate that fisherwomen and their children have restricted access to get education related to economic difficulties. In line withthe previousfinding, there is a misleading social stigma to the proper position of women at home. Based on the results of this study, it could recommend for government through their policies which could improve the opportunity for getting an education, especially forfisherwomen to promote gender equality.
