Abstract

Berbagai organisasi terutama organisasi bisnis sudah banyak yang memanfaatkan teknologi internet. Menggunakan teknologi internet merupakan cara yang inovatif dalam melakukan kegiatan perusahaan untuk memasuki pasar di dunia maya yang disebut sebagai electronic commerce (e-commerce). Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi internet, pelaku bisnis dapat melakukan berbagai kegiatan usaha bisnis secara elektronik seperti misalnya transaksi bisnis, berbagi informasi dengan konsumen dan suplier untuk mempertahankan hubungan sebelum, selama dan setelah proses pembelian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan e-commerce dan promosi di media sosial terhadap kinerja pemasaran pegadang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah  pegadang di Pasar Pagi Kota Tegal yang berjumlah 100 orang. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kemampuan e-commerce berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pegadang, 2) promosi di media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pegadang dan 3)  kemampuan e-commerce dan promosi di media sosial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pegadang.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang memiliki nilai tambah yang tinggi, dianggap sebagai perusahaan yang memiliki kinerja keuangan yang bagus. Studi ini bertujuan menelaah kinerja keuangan industri rokok di Indonesia dengan menggunakan EVA dan MVA. Observasi dilakukan pada empat perusahaan rokok selama tahun 2013-2016 dengan mengamati laporan keuangan catur wulan 1,2 dan 3. Analisis statistiik deskriptif digunakan untuk menemukan nilai EVA dan MVA serta menggambarkannya dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil studi menunjukkan EVa industri rokok negatif sedangkan MVA positif namun keduanya menunjukkan tren penurunan yang sama sepanjang periode penelitian.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi (IT) saat ini sangat pesat di seluruh dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Hal itu membuat persaingan dibidang usaha ini sangat ketat. Perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang teknologi dan informasi harus terus berinovasi agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pelanggannya juga mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan sejenis. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand intention dan brand reliability terhadap brand loyalty dengan brand affect sebagai variabel mediasi pengguna android di Wilayah Surakarta. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah individu yaitu pengguna android di wilayah Surakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 250 responden dan sudah memenuhi kriteria  menggunakan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa: niat merek (brand intention) berpengaruh positif pada pengaruh merek (brand affect). kehandalan merek (brand reliability) berpengaruh positif pada pengaruh merek (brand affect). niat merek (brand intention) berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas merek (brand loyalty). keandalan merek (brand reliability) berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas merek (brand loyalty. pengaruh merek (brand affect) berpengaruh positif pada loyalitas merek (brand loyalty). Hasil analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa : pengaruh langsung niat merek (brand intention) terhadap loyalitas merek (brand loyalty) lebih besar dibandingkan melalui pengaruh merek (brand affect). pengaruh langsung keandalan merek (brand reliability) terhadap loyalitas merek (brand loyalty) lebih besar dibandingkan melalui pengaruh merek (brand affect)

Abstract

The existence of Laweyan Batik has been around since before 1500M (Mlayadipuro, 1984), with Laweyan Market and Bandar Kabanaran as a center of trade and sell of clothing material (lawe) of Pajang Kingdom which is busy and strategic at that time (Priyatmono, 2004). A visit to Laweyan proves that Laweyan is a batik area that has existed long ago, it can be seen from the form of buildings in the area (Aviarini Indrati, et al, 2011). The policy of Surakarta City Government has established Kampoeng Laweyan as a tourism area under the name of "Kampoeng Batik Laweyan", and the obligation of Civil Servant in wearing batik dress at certain time made the development of batik industry in Laweyan very good (Atiqa Sabardila, et al, 2008). Entrepreneurs in "Kampoeng Batik Laweyan" actually have been able to export to foreign countries, especially in Asia, Europe, Middle East and America. But most of them are still product without brand, so there is no increase in product competitiveness to enter international market with local brand. (Siti Rahayu Binarsih, et al, 2013). Brand Kampoeng Batik Laweyan, with the support of technology today, makes the site "Kampoeng Batik Laweyan" exists, in addition to expand the marketing area of the product, it also make easier for prospective of buyers. The data in this study were taken from all batik entrepreneurs in "Kampoeng Batik Laweyan" which amounted to 56 entrepreneurs by using questionnaires that have passed the validity and reliablitas test. After passed the classic assumption test include multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and normality test, then multiple regression analysis and regression with moderation obtained result: 1) The variable Batik Laweyan Product Significantly Improve the Batik Industry Competitiveness "Kampoeng Batik Laweyan" in Kota Solo, 2) Brand "Kampoeng Batik Laweyan" is Significantly Influence on Improving Competitiveness of Batik in Industry Kampoeng Batik Laweyan in Solo, 3) Brand "Kampoeng Batik Laweyan" Significantly Strengthening the Laweyan Batik Effect in Improving Batik Industry Competitiveness "Kampoeng Batik Laweyan" Solo , So the three hypotheses proved to be true. The results of this study can be used as a reference in establishing policies about the development of "Kampung Batik Laweyan", it is very necessary to conduct research to sharpen the role of the brand (cluster branding) to batik industry competitiveness in both national and global markets.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment and job satisfaction with procedural justice as mediating variable. The role of the leader is very important given the nature of the leadership taken by these leaders can exert influence on employee commitment and job satisfaction, building on the principles of justice. This study uses a quantitative approach using a survey method and questionnaire instruments. Sampling of this research using purposive sampling that employees who have worked at least two years and subordinate superintendent in Coal and Processing Handling Division (CPHD) PT KPC. Hypothesis testing is conducted using hierarchical regression methods to test mediation in accordance with the rules of Baron and Kenny (1986). Questionnaire data processing taken by SPSS Statistics 21. The results of this study indicate that procedural justice is partially mediates the influence of transformational leadership on organizational commitment and job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of financial literacy of lecturers in Palembang. The method of analysis in this research is descriptive analysis. The number of respondents in this study were 153 respondents. Data collection techniques used survey techniques with questionnaires. Financial literacy index is determined through four stages: (1) Grouping of financial literacy variables in 2 groups, namely basic financial literacy and advanced financial literacy, (2) giving score 1 for correct answer and 0 for other answer that is unknow, wrong answer and refused to answer, (3) Calculate the weight of each variable by using simple weight, (4) Calculate index of financial literacy. The results showed that on average the basic financial literacy of lecturers in Palembang was included in the moderate category, while the average advanced financial literacy was in the low category. The level of financial literacy or Financial Literacy Index as a whole including the low category. Distribution of basic financial literacy based on gender and age average dominant in high category reverse dominant advanced financial literacy distribution in low category.

Abstract

Abstract : This research is aimed to find out how far the improvement of store operation excellence, the increase of store communication effectiveness (visual merchandising), area trading optimization, focused marketing activity and community involvement have been built in clothing stores in Tegal city so that the retailers can win market competition.This study used a sample of 100 clothing stores in the city of Tegal as respondents. Respondents answers to the closed questions about the variables studied in this study were then analyzed by using Multiple Regression Test while the answer to the open question was analyzed qualitatively.The results of this study indicate that increased communication effectiveness in the shop, focused marketing activities and community involvement significantly influence the strategy to win the clothing store retail market in the city of Tegal. For that it should be clothing store retailers can further improve these three variables to win more competitive market.Of the five variables above, the community involvement variable has the greatest effect for retailers to win the competition market with a score of 0.251. So a retailer to be more active in social activities by providing compensation to the poor and orphans. Keywords: Market winning strategy, excellence store operations, visual merchandising, area trading optimization, focused marketing activities and community involvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect customer loyalty to customers of Bank Papua Branch Yogyakarta. Customer loyalty in this research is influenced by trust, switching barriers and bank image. Respondents in this study are all students who have savings in Bank Papua branch of Yogyakarta and domiciled in Yogyakarta. This research is a survey research by using questionnaires. The analytical tool used for hypothesis testing is SEM-PLS. The results of data analysis show that trust has a significant positive effect on switching barriers and image. Trust has no significant effect on loyalty. Switching barriers affect loyalty. The image is not proven to have a significant effect on loyalty.

Abstract

Stocks are an investment that many investors choose because they are able to provide an attractive rate of return. Holding period is a period that indicates the length of this study was to determine the factors that affected the holding period of shares partially on the companies listed into to LQ45 index. This study used a descriptive method, with the purposive sampling technique and it obtained 21 companies as the research sample. The result of the research showed that the market value and the trading volume were partially significant to the holding period of stock with  and sig value was smaller than 0,05 (sig < 0,05) that was 0,000 and 0,005, while the bid-ask spread, variance return, and dividend payout ratio partially had no significant effect on the holding period of stock with the value of   and the sig value was greater than 0,05 (sig > 0,05) that was equal to 0,414, 0,706, and 0,673. The value of the adjusted r square (R²) of 0,381 or 38,1% indicated the the bid-ask spread, the market value, the trading volume, the variance return, the dividend payout ratio could explain the holding period of 38,1%, while the remaining 61,9% was explained by other variables outside the study.
