Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-servicescape on trust and its impact on repurchase intention. The is all Tokopedia customers who live in Denpasar City who had already shopped at Tokopedia. The number of samples used was 120 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires online via Google form. The data obtained were analyzed using data analysis techniques, namely Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through the SmartPLS program. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it shows the following results: 1) aesthetic appeal has a positive and significant effect on trust, 2) layout and functionality has a positive and significant effect on trust, 3) financial security positively and significantly influences trust, 4) trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. The results of this study can be taken into consideration for Tokopedia in making strategies to increase consumer trust so that consumer repurchases can increase, especially through the e-servicescape section.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the role of brand awareness in mediating the effect of advertising attractiveness on purchase intentions of Toyota brand cars in Denpasar City. This research was conducted in Denpasar City by taking a purposive sample of 110 consumers, either those who do not own a car or those who already own a car but not the Toyota brand. Data was collected through an online survey using a questionnaire in the form of a google form in the period November 2020 and analyzed using calculated average statistics and path analysis. The results of the study show that all hypotheses are accepted. The advertising attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness, Advertising attractiveness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, Brand awareness significantly mediates the effect of advertising attractiveness on purchase intention

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explain the role of product innovation in mediating the influence of market orientation on competitive advantage in Silver MSMEs in Celuk Village, Sukawati Gianyar District. This study used a sample of 30 SMEs with the method of determining the sample, namely purposive sampling. The data collected is by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is PLS-based SEM. The results showed that, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, market orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation, product innovation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, and product innovation is able to positively and significantly mediate the effect of market orientation. against competitive advantage. Based on the results of this study, the SMEs of Silver in Celuk Village, Sukawati Gianyar District have carried out market orientation by maintaining customer commitment and have made product innovations, namely routinely adding new product designs.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with the highest rice consumption in the world, and Bali is one of the provinces in Indonesia. Even so, the farmers were not yet prosperous and were only as price takers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the distribution channels of post-harvest rice in Bali Province through supply and value chain analysis. This study uses supply and value chain analysis, marketing efficiency analysis, and analyzes the relationship between farmers and intermediaries. Data was collected using snowball techniques, initiated by farmers in Subak Pulagan (an agricultural area designated as a world cultural heritage by UNESCO). The results showed that the post-harvest rice distribution system in Subak Pulagan consisted of three distribution channels. The best distribution channel is the third distribution channel, because farmers get the highest percentage of the retail price of rice, and the price received by consumers is also the lowest.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the condition of East Java's exports during the Covid-19 pandemic; and (2) analyze whether the variable exchange rate, interest rate, and international trade price index simultaneously and partially affect East Java's exports during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data source used in this study is secondary data obtained from several government and non-government institutions such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Bank of Indonesia (BI), and the Indonesian Ministry of Trade (Kemendag). The data analysis technique used in this research is static panel data regression using East Java's exports to the 13 main export destination countries of East Java. The results of this study indicate that the variable exchange rate and international trade price index (IHPI) have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on East Java exports. Meanwhile, the interest rate variable has a simultaneous significant effect on East Java exports. Based on the results, policy policies are expected to maintain the exchange rate and the IHPI to an appropriate level.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the simultaneous or partial influence between display product and store atmosphere on impulse buying at Rip Curl Store Seminyak Kuta Badung? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial display product and store atmosphere on impulse buying at Rip Curl Store Seminyak Kuta Badung. The number of samples is determined by purposive random sampling technique, as many as 100 consumers at Rip Curl Store Seminyak Kuta Badung. Data were analyzed by classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between display product and store atmosphere on impulse buying at Rip Curl Store Seminyak Kuta Badung.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) Knowing the community's perception of the existence of a microfinance institution (LKM) in Pemecutan Kelod Village, 2) Describing the factors that hinder the existence of a microfinance institution (LKM) in Pemecutan Kelod Village. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis, which is research that aims to accurately describe the properties of an object, condition, symptom or group to determine the frequency of the relationship or influence between a symptom and other symptoms in society. Its purpose is to create a systematic picture. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the community states the importance of the existence of microfinance institutions to improve the community's economy and requires experienced, properly educated and honest managers. The suggestion conveyed in this research is that it is necessary to initiate the establishment of a microfinance institution in the banjar in Pemecutan Kelod Village and to recruit experienced, educated and honest managers so that they are trusted by the community.

Abstract

Government is an important element in the development of a country, In Islam, a country's policy must encompass life in the world and the hereafter, this can be reviewed through the perspective of sharia maqashid. Therefore the purpose of this study is to look at Indonesian government programs in the Maqashid Syariah review. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach where the data source used is Library Reseacrh. The results showed that the Indonesian government was able to make government policies in the form of various programs to solve problems and improve the welfare and development of Indonesia. From many of these programs, this research only discusses government programs that are in accordance with Maqashid Syariah. The results showed that Indonesia through its policies and government programs succeeded in maintaining 5 elements of Islamic maqashid namely hifdzun in (Religion), hifzhun nafs (Jiwal), hifdzul 'aql (Reason), hifzhun nasl (Descendants) and hifzhul maal (Wealth) where means that the Indonesian people are able to have the opportunity to achieve the good of the world and the hereafter.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of premiums, claims and investment returns on the profits of Islamic life insurance companies in 2014-2019. The population used in this study is a sharia life insurance company registered with the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) in the period 2014-2019 with a sampling method using purposive sampling techniques and gotted 9 sharia life insurance company samples were obtained that met the criteria for determining the sample. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that premiums have a positive effect on earnings, claims have no effect on earnings and investment returns have a positive effect on earnings.

Abstract

Compensation is used as a moderating variable in explaining motivation and competence towards employee performance. This research is meant in an explanatory research study which is used to prove the response of 97 employees to the variables studied. SEM analysis of WarpPLS 7.0 is used to answer the hypothesis in this study, the results show that low motivation is not able to improve employee performance and high competence has not been able to improve employee performance, on the other hand it explains that with good compensation support, it will be able to contribute which is real in increasing the influence of motivation and competence on performance to be significant, this is because the existence of a fair compensation system and in accordance with the workload of employees, will motivate them to work and maximize the competence of employees in completing their duties
