Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is how the simultaneous or partial influence between display product and store atmosphere on impulse buying at Rip Curl Store Seminyak Kuta Badung? The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial display product and store atmosphere on impulse buying at Rip Curl Store Seminyak Kuta Badung. The number of samples is determined by purposive random sampling technique, as many as 100 consumers at Rip Curl Store Seminyak Kuta Badung. Data were analyzed by classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determination analysis, simultaneous significance test (F-test) and partial significance test (t-test). The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously between display product and store atmosphere on impulse buying at Rip Curl Store Seminyak Kuta Badung.

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions is the occurrence of sales fluctuations in the past four years. Product differentiation, promotion, and price are factors that have been pursued by the company but have not been able to provide a maximum contribution to consumer decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product differentiation, promotion, and price on fashion product purchasing decisions. The sample was determined by purposive random sampling technique, with 105 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire (questionnaire). The analysis technique used the SPSS version 22. The results showed there was an effect of product differentiation, promotion, and price simultaneously on the decision to purchase fashion products. Based on the partial test results it can be seen that product differentiation, promotions, and prices have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for fashion products. The conclusion from this research is the higher product differentiation, promotion, and price, the decision to buy products fashion will increase. Suggestions for further researchers is to be able to conduct research on different subjects and by developing other independent variables.

Abstract

The role of social media is increasingly recognized in boosting business or brand performance. Developing creativity in entrepreneurship among students with the use of social media is a positive impact on the use of social media itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of use of social media and motivation towards entrepreneurship interests. This research was conducted at the College of Management Study Program located in the city of Denpasar. The sample used was as many as 100 people or about 90% of the total active students of management courses in high schools in the city of Denpasar. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient, F Test and t Test. The results of analysis in this study indicate the level of use of Social Media has a positive and partially significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, it can be seen from the t-value of the variable Organizational Commitment is 8.417 is greater than the t-table value of 1.661. Motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest, it can be seen from the t-count value of Organizational Culture variables is 5.736 greater than the t-table value of 1.661.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui layak tidaknya investasi penambahan villa yang dilakukan PT. Bagus Agro Pelaga ditinjau dari aspek pemasaran dan keuangan, dengan teknik analisis menggunakan Market Share, Payback Period, NPV Profitability Index, IRR, dan Average Rate of Return. Strategi pemasaran yang digunakan ialah mempertahankan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi, relationship marketing, dan penyiapan produk komplementer dengan konsep one stop shopping. Strategi penetapan harga yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan perceived value pricing yaitu harga ditentukan oleh kesan pembeli (persepsi) terhadap produk yang ditawarkan, dengan harga yang kompetitif sehingga semua pelanggan dapat terlayani dengan baik, dengan strategi promosi yang dilakukan berupa periklanan (advertising), personal selling, dan public relation. Hasil pengukuran aspek keuangan menunjukkan bahwa Payback Period = 5 tahun; Net Present Value positip = Rp. 9.201.370.532,-; Profitability Index = 2,06; Internal Rate of Return = 26,12% dan Average Rate of Return = 36%. Ditinjau dari berbagai aspek studi kelayakan yang diteliti, dengan lebih mendalam pada aspek pemasaran dan keuangan menunjukkan hasil yang positip. Sehingga rencana investasi penambahan villa pada PT. Bagus Agro Pelaga layak untuk dilaksanakan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of savings and credit loans and current ratio on the Time Result Operational Results (SHU) partially and simultaneously at the Bali Sinar Pandawa Cooperative, Sukawati Gianyar-Bali. The sampling method used in this study is saturated sampling. The number of samples in this study is 7 years of research data on credit loans, current ratio and Time Result Results (SHU). Data analysis techniques used include: Classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (adjusted R2), t test and F test and the data is processed using SPSS version 25.0 for windows. The results of the analysis show that savings and loan loans and the current ratio have a significant effect simultaneously on the Time Result Operating Results (SHU). Savings and loan variable and current ratio have a positive and partially significant effect on the Time Result Operating Results (SHU).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of recruitment and training on employee performance. Sampling method using saturated sample. Data were collected using the method of observation, interviews, and quitionaires. Respondents of the study by 55 employees at the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative analyses. The program were used to perform data analysis is SPSS version 22 for Windows. These results indicate that recruitmen effect on employee performance at the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. Training effect on employee performance at the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa. Recruitment and training has a positive affect on employee performance at the PT. Most Blue Resort and Spa.

Abstract

The economy in Bali relies on tourism sector, but due to the Covid-19 outbreak, regional income in Bali decreased in 2020. The tourism accommodation sector is one sort of business involved in the affected tourism industry. Bali has a large number of hotels, particularly chain hotels such as Aston, Ibis, Harris, Fave, and Horizon Hotels. When compared to local hotels, the hotel chain has the strength of a strong brand because it is more well-known. However, hotel chains in Bali were also affected by the Covid-19 outbreak, as seen by the decreased occupancy rate. As a result, the researcher investigated the role of brand image in mediating the effect of social media marketing on chain hotel booking intentions in Bali. Data was gathered by having 70 domestic tourists fill out google form questionnaire. Purposive sampling was utilized as the sample technique. SMART-PLS 3.0 was used to analyze the data. The findings of this study show that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on brand image, that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on booking intention, that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on booking intention, and that the brand image variable can mediate the influence of social media marketing on booking intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara fasilitas wisata dan harga terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik pada Bali Safari & Marine Park di Era New Normal Covid 19. Pengambilan sampel, dilakukan dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 96 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas wisata dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik pada Bali Safari & Marine Park. Fasilitas wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan domestik pada Bali Safari & Marine Park. Harga berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan berkunjung wisatawan pada Bali Safari & Marine Park.

Abstract

Bali has a lot of potential for strong local wisdom and culture as a provision in creating an alternative economy so that it relies not only on one tourism sector. One alternative is to develop Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes). Based on the results of observations with the BUMDes administrator Bhuana Amerta Sari, Tampaksiring Village, Gianyar Regency, it was found that the business development managed by BUMDes Bhuana Amerta Sari, Tampaksiring Village, Gianyar Regency is still not optimal. In addition, management is still conventional, and product marketing is not optimal and has not implemented digital-based marketing in the face of increasingly fierce business competition. To overcome these problems, activities are designed that can answer the problems of partners, namely Bimtek and FGD of village potential in business development in the face of business competition. The results are various village business potentials that BUMDes can develop, mapping of village potential using SWOT analysis to measure the scale of business priorities.
