Abstract

Government is an important element in the development of a country, In Islam, a country's policy must encompass life in the world and the hereafter, this can be reviewed through the perspective of sharia maqashid. Therefore the purpose of this study is to look at Indonesian government programs in the Maqashid Syariah review. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach where the data source used is Library Reseacrh. The results showed that the Indonesian government was able to make government policies in the form of various programs to solve problems and improve the welfare and development of Indonesia. From many of these programs, this research only discusses government programs that are in accordance with Maqashid Syariah. The results showed that Indonesia through its policies and government programs succeeded in maintaining 5 elements of Islamic maqashid namely hifdzun in (Religion), hifzhun nafs (Jiwal), hifdzul 'aql (Reason), hifzhun nasl (Descendants) and hifzhul maal (Wealth) where means that the Indonesian people are able to have the opportunity to achieve the good of the world and the hereafter.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to see tourist destinations in Prov. Lampung has the potential to become a sharia tourism, this is supported by an assessment of four aspects in tourist objects which include attractions, amenities, accessibility and ancillary. This research is descriptive analysis, the research data is obtained by distributing questionnaires, interviews and direct observation in 6 leading tourist destinations in Prov. Lampung which is the object of research. The results showed tourist destinations have advantages including adequate attractions by presenting scenic spots, supporting facilities and infrastructure for tourists, the availability of easily obtained information, and uniqueness with the concept of sharia in managing tourist attractions. However, there are still some weaknesses that need to be improved, including the absence of a guarantee of halal food products, the unavailability of adequate public transportation to get to tourist attractions, and no optimal cooperation between the government and managers. Halal tourism in Lampung Province has an opportunity due to the absence of sharia tourism in the Lampung area and it answers the needs of the Muslim community for Islamic tourism in Lampung. Keyword: Halal tourism, economic growth. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat destinasi wisata di Prov. Lampung memiliki potensi untuk menjadi wisata syariah hal tersebut didukung dengan penilaian empat aspek yang ada di objek wisata yang meliputi atraksi, amenitas, aksesibilitas dan ancillary. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analisis, data penelitian diperoleh dengan meyebarkan kuesioner, interview dan observasi langsung di 6 destinasi wisata unggulan yang ada di Prov. Lampung yang menjadi objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa destinasi wisata di Prov. Lampung memiliki potensi untuk menjadi wisata syariah hal tersebut di dukung dengan penilaian empat aspek yang ada di objek wisata yang meliputi atraksi, amenitas, aksesibilitas dan ancillary. Destinasi wisata memiliki keunggulan meliputi atraksi yang memadai dengan menyajikan spot pemandangan, sarana dan prasarana penunjang wisatawan, ketersediaan informasi yang mudah diperoleh, serta keunikan yang berkonsep syariah dalam pengeloaan tempat wisata. Namun, masih ada beberapa kelemahan yang perlu diperbaki yaitu meliputi belum adanya jaminan kehalalan produk makanan, belum tersedianya tranportasi umum yang memadai untuk menuju tempat wisata, serta belum terjalin kerjasama antara pemerintah dan pengelola secara optimal. Halal tourism di Provinsi Lampung memiliki peluang dikarenakan belum adanya wisata syariah di daerah Lampung dan memjawab kebutuhan masyarakat muslim akan pariwisata syariah di Lampung. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of entrepreneurial training on family income level in Islamic economic perspective. The research was motivated by low income levels in way sari village families, the majority of which are farmers. This research was conducted by quantitative method. The population in this study is way sari residents who have participated in entrepreneurship training of 130 participants, the number of samples in this study is 40 respondents. The data was collected using questionnaires and documentation of entrepreneurship training. The data obtained through the questionnaire was analyzed using a simple regression test. Data analysis shows that there is an increase in income in individuals after attending entrepreneurship training.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Islamic monetary instruments on Indonesia's economic growth. Statutory Reserves, Bank Indonesia Syariah Certificate (SBIS) and Outstanding Deposit Facility Syariah (FASBIS) are used as sharia monetr instrument variables in observations. this study is a quantitative study using monthly time series data obtained from the publication of Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian statistical agency in 2015-2019 using ARDL analysis. The results of this study indicate that both short-term and long-term modeling, instrument variables Islamic monetary does not have a significant relationship on economic growth. Although it has a very small effect, the Demand Deposits variable has an effect on the Indonesian economy, while the other variables observed have an inverse relationship with the variable of Indonesia's economic growth. the achievement of monetary stability through sharia monetary instruments can be optimized using policies on the minimum statutory reserves in banks that are useful for controlling the circulation of the amount of money in society so that it is more stable and the Indonesian economy can grow through the middle income trap.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Non-Performing Financing, Third Party Funds, Financial To Funding Ratio, Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio and Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer on the liquidity of Islamic Banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange List in the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2018 to the 1st and 2nd quarters of 2018. 2019. The research design used is a quantitative approach. The data analyzed is secondary data in the form of quarterly banking financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange List for the 3rd and 4th quarters of 2018 to 1st and 2nd quarters of 2019, data for each bank. The population in this study were 15 Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange List during the study period, with a sample of 12 Islamic banks during 4 quarters of observation, so that the final sample was 48 observational data. The results of the study show that the variables of Non Performing Financing, Financial To Funding Ratio have an influence on the liquidity of Islamic banking. While other variables, namely Third Party Funds, Macroprudential Intermediation Ratio and Macroprudential Liquidity Buffer, have no effect on the liquidity of Islamic Banking. Liquidity management in banking institutions is one aspect that becomes a top priority. Liquidity is a condition where banks are able to meet their obligations as they fall due and banks are able to meet the demand for funds by customers. Banks must be able to maintain their liquidity level in a safe and optimal position in accordance with the bank soundness level parameters set by Bank Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios, Sukuk structure, and corporate governance on the rankings of Sukuk issued by companies listed on the Sharia Securities List for the period 2014-2018. This study uses secondary data, namely financial reports and annual reports of companies listed in the 2014-2018 Sharia Securities List, Sukuk ranking data from the website of PT. PEFINDO and data on Sukuk were still circulating during the year of observation from the website of the financial services authority. A total of 34 Sukuk issued by companies listed on the Sharia Securities List during the study period became the population in this study. The sample obtained was 15 Sukuk during 5 years of observation, so that the final sample was obtained as many as 75 observation data. The research results prove that only the profitability ratio variable influences the Sukuk rating. Meanwhile, other variables, namely liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, activity ratio, Sukuk structure, and corporate governance, do not influence the Sukuk rating

Abstract

Abstract:  The development of Islamic Banks increased rapidly. Based on assets, profitability, market share, and others. They were followed by internal management, such as an expansion of the facilities and services. On the other hand, considering Islamic Banks’ human resources is very important in realizing the vision and mission. As a result, they must be improving the worker's performance on the goals. This research used a quantitative approach with the independent variable are leadership, working discipline, motivation, and wages. The dependent variable used in this research is employee performance. The result showed that leadership, working discipline, motivation, and wages significantly affect the employee enterprise. It can be seen from the magnitude of t count of 45.804 t table of 2.51 with a significance (sig) of 0.000 0.05. Simultaneously critical in the leadership thorough giving higher wage and the reward encouraged workers’ motivation, discipline to increase workers’ performance. As a result, those variables can improve employee performance to achieve a manner together in Bank BRI Syariah Tugumulyo Branch, Bandar Lampung, South Sumatra. The conclusion stated that the independent variables affected the workers' enterprise. Therefore, as a result, these models are very suitable for improving banks’ workers to achieve their goals.Abstrak: Perkembangan Bank Syariah meningkat pesat. Berdasarkan aset, profitabilitas, pangsa pasar, dan lain-lain. Disusul dengan manajemen internal, seperti perluasan fasilitas dan layanan. Di sisi lain, mengingat sumber daya manusia Bank Syariah sangat penting dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi. Akibatnya, mereka harus meningkatkan kinerja pekerja pada tujuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan variabel bebas yaitu kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan upah. Variabel terikat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan upah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karyawan perusahaan. Hal ini terlihat dari besarnya t hitung sebesar 45,804 t tabel sebesar 2,51 dengan signifikansi (sig) sebesar 0,000 0,05. Sekaligus kritis dalam kepemimpinan menyeluruh memberikan upah yang lebih tinggi dan penghargaan mendorong motivasi pekerja, disiplin untuk meningkatkan kinerja pekerja. Sehingga variabel-variabel tersebut dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai untuk berprestasi secara bersama-sama di Bank BRI Syariah Cabang Tugumulyo, Bandar Lampung, Sumatera Selatan. Kesimpulannya menyatakan bahwa variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap perusahaan pekerja. Oleh karena itu, sebagai hasilnya, model ini sangat cocok untuk meningkatkan pekerja bank untuk mencapai tujuan mereka.

Abstract

The impact of the corona virus makes it difficult for teachers and students to adjust learning. The purpose of this study is to analyze as well to investigate the phenomenon of teaching English online amidst the re-emerging pandemic situation forcing the teaching learning process to be re-implemented online. The subjects were 10 cross-level English teachers situated in Java and Sumatra. Qualitative approach utilizing semi-structured interview method in obtaining the necessary data was chosen as the best method and approach in the study. The participants mainly agreed with the online learning system, though they faced challenges like limited subsidiary quotas, students' poor conditions, students' misbehavior and lack of better equipments. Besides various approaches and solutions in facing the challenges, it was also known that writing was considered the most challenging to teach among the four basic skills. The implication of this study endeavor the insights on tackling down the challenges of teaching amidst a pandemic. Synergy among so many elements like cross-level teachers, students, parents and policy makers was badly demanded to make the progress of online learning comes to betterment.

Abstract

Keadaan Indonesia saat ini sedang kesulitan karena pandemi Covid-19, dimana banyak kegiatan atau tempat-tempat wisata yang sangat terdampak pada banyak sektor kehidupan masyarakat seperti kesehatan, sosial, pendidikan, ekonomi dan pariwisata. Sektor pariwisata merupakan sektor yang sangat terpukul.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengelolaan desa wisata, dimana pengelolaannya yang berbasis masyarakat dan berkonsep green economy. Kemudian akan melihat bagaimana pandemi Covid-19 yang berdampak pada pendapatan masyarakat sebagai pengelola ataupun di sekitar desa wisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Obervasional analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian case control atau kasus kontrol. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Seluruh desa wisata telah melakukan pengelolaan dengan menerapkan kosep green economy dan Pandemi covid-19 yang melanda memberikan dampak yang signifikan pada pelaku usaha wisata, tak terkecuali pengelola desa wisata.
