Abstract

The development of a company lies in its human resources. The process for obtaining HR (Human Resource) obtained by selecting employees. Koperasi Asi Sedana Luwih is an organization in the economic field that is required for savings and loan services. To get good human resources, the recruitment selection process is carried out in accordance with the criteria needed from each division. To make selection faster and better to minimize DSS (Decision Support System) to help companies get quality human resources. To solve the existing problems, develop DSS using the Weighted Product (WP) method.The decision support system that is generated based on the website and can produce ranking results from each alternative by the Weighted Product method by looking at the results of the largest vector v value of each alternative that can be taken into consideration for companies that allow prospective new buyers. Based on the results of system testing using the blackbox testing method, the output requested by the system is in accordance with the input provided by the user.

Abstract

Internet Protocol Televisi (IPTV) adalah sistem layanan televisi yang dikirim menggunakan metode Internet Protocol (IP) melalui infrastruktur jaringan. Dengan berbasis IP address, memiliki keuntungan membuat tampilan TV menjadi lebih interaktif. Secara umum implementasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem jaringan IPTV sederhana dengan menggunakan layanan dari Emby Media Server sebagai server dari IPTV. Konten layanan IPTV menggunakan layanan Video on Demand (VoD) dan layanan Live Tv. Pengukuran parameter QoS pada jaringan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang ada di Universitas Udayana menggunakan software wireshark. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai Packet Loss, Throughput, Delay dan Jitter yang di dapat telah memenuhi standarisasi QoS dari TIPHON.

Abstract

Harmonics causes an increase in the current flowing in the neutral wire due to the use of unbalanced non-linear loads. THDi simulation was conducted in this study using MATLAB Simulink software and calculating power losses. Based on the measurement results it is known that THDi transformer one exceeds the standards set by IEEE 519-2014. THDi simulation results in the existing conditions show the percentage of phase R of 17.27%, S phase of 16.40%, phase T of 16.24% with a current flowing on a neutral wire of 19.64 A. Based on the results of simulations with earth resistance 11? shows the percentage of THDi in the R phase 15.69%, S phase 14.70%, T phase 9.83% and the current flowing on the neutral wire is 1.013 A. When the earth resistance is changed to 8? THDi in the R phase by 15.62%, the phase S 14.67%, T phase 9.81% with current flowing on neutral wire 1,297 A. While the earth resistance is reduced to 4? THIn the R phase 13.57%, S phase 14.51%, T phase 9.80% and the current flowing on the neutral wire is 2,518 A. The power losses in the one-time transformer when the existing conditions are 8,796 kW, while the earth resistance 11? is 6,079 kW, while the ground resistance 8? is 6,032 kW, and when 4? is 5,880 kW.

Abstract

The construction of the Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) 150 kV Pecatu is planned by PT. PLN (Persero) to get electricity needs in the area of Pecatu, Badung Regency, Bali Province. The Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) 150 kV Pecatu is located in a hilly area with a texture of limestone rocky soil and the resulting soil type resistance is ? = 263.76 ohm-meter. The results of calculations for the type of earthing system Plates earth resistance value of 0.95 ohms at a cost of Rp. 4,196,000,000, - (Four Billion One Hundred Ninety Six Million Rupiah), for the type of Mesh earthing system no results are obtained <1 ohm and for the Multi Grid-Rod earthing system type the grounding resistance value is 0.876 ohms at a cost of Rp 3,753,120,000, - (Three Billion Seven Hundred Fifty Three Million One Hundred Twenty Thousand Rupiah). The type of earthing system recommended is a Multi Grid-Rod earthing system with a distance between parallel conductors (D) of 1 meter, depth of conductor planting as deep as 4 meters above the ground surface, Rod electrode diameter of 0.015 meters, Rod electrode length of 4 meters and total conductor length of 12500 meters.

Abstract

Audit Energi merupakan cara yang digunakan untuk mengetahui penggunaan energi pada bangunan gedung serta mengetahui langkah langkah penghematanya. Pada penelitian ini audit dilakukan pada hotel Sun Island yang terletak di Jalan Kartika Plaza, Kuta Bali, Kabupaten Badung. Audit awal didapat bahwa tingkat Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) pada Hotel Sun Island Bali memiliki konsumsi energi listrik rata-rata 4.1 kWh/m2/bulan. IKE standar, berdasarkan ESDM No 13/2012 IKEuntuk bangunan gedung ber AC sangat efisien yaitu < 8 kWh/m2/bulan. Dari hasil penelitian,dengan melakukan penggantian lampu dan penggantian kapasitas AC berdasarkan teori didapatkan nilai IKE pada hotel Sun Island sebesar 3,1 kWh/meter2/ bulan.Sehingga terjadi penghematan konsumsi energi sebesar 1 kWh/meter2/bulan dan Pembayaran energi listrik dapat di hemat sebesar Rp17.700.497, - setiap bulannya atau rata rata pengehematan setiap bulanya sebesar 49 %.

Abstract

The transformer is the main equipment that is very important at the substation. However, sometimes there can be damage to the transformer used. Damage to the transformer will be able to disrupt the distribution of electricity, so it must get the right security, determining the right relay setting is an attempt to protect equipment, system security and consumer needs from possible disruption in the distribution system.In some roles, efforts to protect the power transformer if there is a short circuit between phase and phase to the ground, then this study will study the coordination of the security system of power transformers in Padang Sambian main substation.The results of the calculation of overcurrent relay (OCR) on the 150KV transformer that has been done is obtained the results of the CT primary side current setting of 254.1 A and for the secondary side of 3.178 A. For the actual working time of the relay is 0.91 seconds, if the current exceeds value of this setting there will be a trip. The results of the calculation of overcurrent relay (OCR) on the 20KV transformer that has been done is obtained the results of the CT primary side current setting of 1905 A and for the secondary side is obtained for 4.76 A. For the actual working time relay result is 3.69 seconds, if the current exceeds the value of this setting there will be a trip.

Abstract

Melia Bali-Indonesia Hotel is the first hotel of Sol Melia's management, which subsequently becomes the Bali Sol Hotel. This hotel was supplied from transformer 1 of the Melia Bali Hotel via MDP1 with 9 SDPs, with priority to supply electricity to rooms and villas. Based on the measurement results obtained currents: at each phase namely: phase R = 456 A, phase S = 445 A, phase T = 412 A and power factor of 0,84. A power factor of less than 0,85, based on the determination of an electric power tariff adjustment from PT PLN, may be subject to excess reactive power usage fees (Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia Number 28 of 2016). Based on these data, an analysis of the installation of capacitors was carried out to increase the power factor in transformer 1 of Melia Bali Sol. The method used is to use simulation modeling with ETAP. Based on the results of the analysis of the installation of capacitors can increase the power factor by 11% to 0,95, already exceeding the minimum average power factor determined by the PLN electricity tariff adjustment. In addition, the load current decreased 12% from 442.3 A to 389.5 A.

Abstract

Parking space is a facility that must be available in public places, both in shopping areas, offices, hospitals and other places. In general, parking lots only provide parking slots to occupy cars without a system that provides information to the driver about the availability of parking slots, often the driver must surround the parking area to determine whether there are still parking slots that can be occupied. Design and build this application using the Computer Vision method, with the help of CCTV cameras. In making this application, the reference object for detection is a four-wheeled vehicle and the detection uses the Structural Similarity Index Measurement (SSIM) method by taking photos of full parking slots and empty parking slots with four-wheeled vehicles. Then two sample photos will be compared with the threshold method. After getting information about the availability of parking slots, the data will be sent to the server which will then be forwarded by the android application in real time. The results of designing this application have several things that are very influential on the level of detection, namely the intensity of light and camera position. Resistance to light changes of at least 50% of the template that has been made, while the distance of the camera to the parking slot is very influential. The farther the camera the smaller the precision produced by the system.

Abstract

Hotspots are signaled areas that refer to certain places (usually public places) and have internet services using wireless local area network (WLAN) technology. Because the installation of the device and the user who is accessing it is indoors, of course it will be faced with a barrier / barrier in the form of a wall that prevents the entry of the radio signal so that the hotspot signal coverage is unable to cover optimally. This condition occurs in the WLAN network of Agrokomplek Building, Udayana University. So it is necessary to measure the coverage area of the hotspot signal so that no blank spots occur. The results of the measurement of the 4th floor coverage of the Udayana University Agrokomplek Building showed that the signal coverage experienced a lot of attenuation caused by distance and barriers in the form of walls. To increase the signal level value, an access point is added in an area that does not get signal coverage.

Abstract

The selection of lightning rods in the Nusa Dua Highland housing estate aims to secure the housing area from lightning strikes, because the housing has not been protected by lightning rods and earthing system components which are very difficult because they have rocky soil types. The average number of lightning strikes per year with a density value of 31 per km2 and population density, land use for houses and buildings have a very high level of vulnerability, so lightning rods are needed to secure the Nusa Dua Highland residential area. Lightning rods to be used are conventional lightning rods or Evo Franklin (E.F). The selection of the type of lightning rod is done by analyzing technical and economical. The results achieved in this study are the type of lightning rod suitable for housing Nusa Dua Highland is the E.F lightning rod with an earthing system. Because from technical analysis, 1 E.F lightning rod is able to protect the entire residential area with 37,994 m2 of protection area from the 22,444 m2 housing area, while 1 conventional lightning rod is only able to protect 1 house from a total of 147 housing units. In terms of economical cost of installing E.F lightning rods is much cheaper at a cost of Rp. 104,450,000. Conventional lightning rods cost Rp. 14,390,000 for 1 housing unit and to protect the entire housing using conventional lightning rods needed 147 lightning rods at a cost of Rp. 2,115,390,000.
