Abstract

Arithmetic skills are often overlooked. The difficulties experienced by students is because teachers often use the lecture method of teaching without the use of appropriate learning media and appropriate. To improve mathematics learning achievement in the subject matter of multiplication, the authors use an image hero by learning methods group investigation. Through the medium of this study are expected to mathematics achievement in simple fractions of material can be improved. The design of this research action research (Action Research) by using the spiral model. The results showed that the use of images hero with the investigation group learning methods can enhance the learning achievement of multiplication in third grade primary school students Bandungrejo 1 Karanganyar District of Demak the 1st half of the school year 2013/2014. This is indicated by the results of the learning improvement obtained average value and completeness increased. The average value before the improvement of learning is then increased to 73.42 66.05 to 80.26 in the first cycle and the second cycle. Percentage of completeness students also increased, where before it was held instructional improvement, the percentage of completeness only 63.00% and then increased to 82.00% in the first cycle and 100% in the second cycle. Abstract

This research is motivated by how important requirement of education model, because of the successful nation only be generated through education. Education for early childhood in coaching efforts aimed at children from birth to six years old conducted through giving educational stimulation to help the growth and development of children's physical and spiritual in order to be ready to enter further study (Depdiknas: 2003). The objectives of this research is to find the integrated model based learning center at PAUD Rumah Kita Semarang. This study is a qualitative research by using phenomenological naturalistic approach. 1) Data collection 2) exploration 3) researchers conducted a focused research related to integrated model based learning centers. Data collection techniques applied in this study was: observation, interviews and questionnaires, documentation. The result of this research shown that Integrated learning conducted at PAUD Rumah Kita is a holistic learning system, which combines multidisciplinary of learning centered on an issue or topic or theme, both theoretically and practically, and combines institutional school and outside of the school who developed an integrated program based on students?óÔé¼Ôäó need, community?óÔé¼Ôäó needs and integrate learning activities to achieve the purpose of students?óÔé¼Ôäó personality development as comprehensive and integrated. Integrating learning implemented centers based. Learning centers model focuses on playing centers in learning. Playing centers is an activity area designed inside or outside of the classroom, contains a variety of playing activities with the necessary ingredients and prepared based on the ability of the child and in accordance with the theme developed and designed in advance. Abstract

From the results of preliminary observations made to the State 1ASD grade students Bandungrejo 1 Karanganyar District of Demak, the author feels there are still shortcomings in learning Indonesian with the subject matter of reading the short text lancer. Deficiencies in learning Indonesian is because teachers have not been using the medium of learning interesting and challenging student activity. This study uses a Class Action Research (PTK). The design of this research action research (Action Research) by using the spiral model. The stages in the implementation of this research is conducted through two cycles. In the classroom action research was used the analysis of quantitative data such as cognitive learning outcomes assessment. The average value before the improvement of learning is then increased to 74.80 66.67 to 80.40 in the first cycle and the second cycle. Percentage of completeness students also increased, where before it was held instructional improvement, the percentage of completeness only 67.00% then increased to 85.00% in the first cycle and 100% in cycle instructional media II. Abstract

The purpose of this research was knowing the effectiveness of project-based learning in a psychology enterpreneurship class. This quantitative research methods is using experimental pretest-posttest control group design. The population and sample that was used in this research were college students seventh semester of guidance counseling department in academic year 2014/2015 that was totaling 182 college students. The collecting data was used attitude scale enterpreneurship. The result in this research showed that difference between experimental group and control group in final evaluation showed a score of 14,36. The result were not much different also, it was demonstrated by t-test that was done which provide the result of thitung 16,201 while ttable 1,980 at significance level?é?á mistake at 0,05?é?á it can be said that thitung>ttable. It gave the illustration that project-based learning increases the enterpreneurship attitude of college students. Abstract

Mathematics as disciplines contributing to the development of the technology world has now reached the peak of sophistication in filling the needs of the various dimensions of human life. Evidence from the field suggests that the results of learning mathematics has always been at lower levels compared to other subjects. Facts on the ground indicate that the learning process is dilakukanoleh most teachers have only ranged delivery of content with lectures and notes. This resulted in the students quickly tired and bored with the learning of mathematics, especially for students in grade 1 primary school. To improve mathematics learning achievement in the subject matter of addition and subtraction of 2 digits, the authors use concrete objects learning media. Through the medium of this study are expected to mathematics learning achievement in the subject matter of addition and subtraction 2 numbers can be improved.This study uses a Class Action Research (PTK). The design of this research action research (Action Research) by using the spiral model. The stages in the implementation of this research is conducted through two cycles. Abstract

Activity observed and tried in the stage scientific approach requires the availability of props to demonstrate concepts and try the content to be learned. The problem by prospective physics teachers is the difficulty in making simple physics props needed at this stage and try to observe the implementation of the scientific approach. The objectives of this research is that the physics teacher candidates have the skills to design a simple physics props relevant to 21st century skills. This study is a Research and Development (R&D). The result product is a package props to static and dynamic fluid. This study was conducted based on the analysis of the needs prospective physics teachers to have certain skills (soft skills) and the ability to facilitate learners to explore. This study resulted in an integrated props for the concept of fluid through projects such as Torricelli hydrostatic pressure, venturi pipe, hydraulic bridge, liquid viscosity, and hydraulic pipes. The results of the expert validation revealed that this integrated props recommended for use as props and lab equipmentin fluid concept. Validation of experts found that the relevance of the material props, the practically of the use of props, language and time including both categories. The results of limited test package props fluid shows that there is an increase in the study of students after using the fluid package props. Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this study is to develop the teaching aids of science subjects required, based on kurikulum 2013 at seven grade students in global warming material. In this study, it will be developed the teaching aids of science to support the implementation of kurikulum 2013. This is because of the teaching aids of science is one of supporting the learning effectiveness. Moreover of kurikulum 2013, the writer looked, there were not the teaching aidsof scienceavailability in learning yet. While the specific purposes are; 1) to determine the characteristic of teaching aids, 2) to determine the teaching aids validity. This study was conducted in June to August 2014. It was held in Physics Laboratory at University of PGRI Semarang. The method was mix-method design. The quantitative analysis has done statistically to determine the experts?óÔé¼Ôäó validation. While the qualitative analysis to the data of validation sheet, interview, observation and other qualitative data. Based on the study result, the conclusion is the teaching aids design of integrated natural science of seven grade students at global warning material was obtained the teaching aids appropriate to the valid minimal criteria, based on the analysis by physicist, biologist and chemist. The average of validator evaluation was obtained a perfectly valid criterion, making it feasible to use in learning.Key words: Teaching Aids, Integrated Natural Science, Global Warming

Abstract

The aims of the research were to identify understanding of parents, the implementations of 3P (Provision, Protection, and Participation) in family, and identify the caharacteristics of parents, as well as developing the intervention child-friendly model. The method of research was conducted Research and Development (R&D). The population of research was the parent of students in SD Negeri Secang I dan SMP Negeri 1Tempuran, Distric of Magelang and purposive technique sampling. Data collection was conducted with triangulation data (observation, interview, and questionnaires). The result of the research were (1) the understanding of parents about child-friendly was still limited toward duty and the obligation parents to students; (2) the form of implementation 3P (Provision, Protection, and Participation) was implemented of parents maximum yet because the diversity of understanding by the parents; (3) the parents of students in SD Negeri Secang 1 and SMP Negeri 1 Tempuran, district of Magelang still faced the obstacles in implementing child-friendly in their family; (4) the diversity of characteristic of parents mainly education and economic background. Abstract

From the results of preliminary observations made to the second grade students of SD Negeri Bandungrejo 1 Karanganyar District of Demak, the author feels there are shortcomings in the teaching of Mathematics with the subject matter of multiplication and division number to two angka.Kekurangan in learning mathematics is because teachers have to use learning strategies interesting and challenging student activity. This is evident from the low value of the average grade of only 69.72 and a low level of student mastery of the material, which means 72.00% of the 38 students only 28 students who completed while 10 students have not tuntas.Ketuntasan students in learning based on the value KKM each basic competency. For that need to be improved to make a macth models, the results obtained average value before the improvement of learning is then increased to 73.68 69.72 to 81.58 in the first cycle and the second cycle. Percentage of completeness students also increased, where before it was held instructional improvement, the percentage of completeness only 72.00% then increased to 87.00% in the first cycle and 100% in the second cycle. Model suitable learning including learning models make a match (look for the pair) for student achievement. In carrying out the study make a match teacher should prepare carefully, because if not properly design a lot of time wasted. Keywords: PTK, make a match, multiplication and division

Abstract

This research is motivated that the performance of the principal in academic supervision in elementary schools is still weak. To overcome this is done mentoring programs. Issues examined how to increase the performance of the principal on the competence of academic supervision after guidance programmed by researches, and the objectives of penelitian school action are (1) to increase the performance of principal in carrying out academic supervision after guidance programmed by researches, (2) describe the change in the behavior of the principal after getting guidance from researches programmed. This study is an action research school with two cycles, each cycle consisting of four phases, namely : planning, pelaksanaan, observation and reflection. Constituting the subject of this study all the heads of primary school in the District Cluster Dwija Bhakti Tembarak 2013. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by comparing the results of pre-cycle, the first cycle and the second cycle with indicators of success of at least 75% or 6 school entrance on both criteria or obtaining a value betweem 70 to 85. The results showed that : (1) an increase in the average value of the whole dimension of the performance of principals in implementing the academic supervision of pre-cycle into 19.92 to 6.76 in the first cycle and increased significantly in the second cycle into 70.55, results this has reached the target, and (2) the behavior of school principals become more open to accept input in carrying out academic supervision, with a value of 67 in the first cycle increased to 77 in the second cycle. It can be concluded that through programmatic guidance can improve the performance of school principals in implementing academic supervision in elementary schools Dwija Bhakti force District of Tembarak in 2013.
