Abstract

The problem of inter-religious relations, especially in Indonesia, is actually always related to human life. This condition demands openness and community readiness to respect each other and accept all forms of interreligious relations. However, the existence of inter-religious relations turns out to make people trapped in group ambitions and deny other groups. In the current context, this phenomenon is categorized as the strengthening of identity politics in society. This study uses a qualitative approach that relies on sources of library data in the form of scientific texts, both printed and online, which are described by analyzing the issue of identity politics and inter-religious relations in Indonesia in depth and objectively. The results of this study reveal; there are still expressions of identity politics in Indonesia that are carried out in an irresponsible and immature manner that can threaten the interreligious relations that have been built. Therefore the expression and articulation of identity politics must be carried out on the basis of universal ideals and common interests.

Second, inter-faith dialogue is a vehicle to disseminate of the global teology. Third, in dialogue there is a subtle effort of christianization.

Abstract

Through the preparation of our research, we were able to show many and abundant results and we cannot return them, but to make it easier for the dear reader, we talk to you about a summary of it in the following points: We divided our research into two topics: The first topic: Muhammad is the Messenger of God in the Torah and the Bible and the Qur'an, and this title contains three demands, and the second topic: Muhammad is the Messenger of God in the semi-celestial books: the Kazanpura and the sacred books of Hinduism and Avista, as well as this topic as its predecessor contains three demands. It is worth noting: We brought in the three demands the texts of these heavenly books towards our Messenger Muhammad - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - that negate the suspicion, and which we like that the texts of these books are very close to the Seal of the Prophets and the Messenger - peace be upon them. • The noble reader warned us that the texts of the Torah and the Gospel have been subjected to distortion from two aspects: the first: deleting some texts altogether, and the second: distorting its meaning and carrying it to another meaning. • Also, in the three demands of the second topic, we brought the texts of Kaspara, Avista, and the sacred books of Hinduism towards the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - and we learned from those texts that these three religions are concerned with the Prophet of Islam and his Messenger, our master Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace - and consider it with consideration. • And we named the second topic: Muhammad, the Messenger of God, in the semi-heavenly books: Kazanbara and the sacred books of Hinduism, for the sake of the fact that those books were not descended from God Almighty and on this view the masses of Muslim scholars went almost to reach an agreement.

This research is a descriptive qualitative literature review. From this research, it is found that the new world order movement has an impact on religious beliefs by creating a new age movement. This movement is intended to create a new religious order that includes all religions by using theological liberalization. From it emerged various teachings and ideas that were contrary to the sacred doctrines of religions that originated from these revelations and holy books.

Abstract

Sin is the main obstacle to God’s salvation, because the wages of sin is death. But salvation is God’s free gift, not because of the kindness of those who receive it to God. Baptism was used by Paul to explain the death of sin and life for God. Believers are baptized into Christ, are baptized in His death, which means believers are drowned in Christ, into the death of Him. And by the resurrection of Christ, those who die in Christ will also experience a resurrection with Christ. From this resurection with Christ, this is the faithful person who has a new life and starts walking in that new life. This article attempts to explain Paul's words in Romans 6: 1-4 about new life. And it is in this new life that believers have a quality life knowing God who is new and full of wisdom. And a new life here is a very different life from a long life, where a long life tands to sin, but a life that tends to be old is a wise life.
