Abstract

Lembaga Prekreditan Desa is one element that runs Pakraman institutional financial potential with the aim to encourage rural economic development manners . The ability to generate profits is called profitability , to gain a high profit to consider the factors that affect profitability . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of growth in earning assets , deposits , and company size on profitability LPD in Badung . The results of simultaneous testing ( F-test ) showed that credit growth , deposit growth , deposit growth and the size of the company and a significant positive effect on the profitability of LPD in Badung . Partial test ( t-test ) showed that the credit variable positive and significant effect on profitability , while growth in savings deposits and no significant negative effect on profitability . Partially firm size and significant negative effect on profitability LPD in Badung . Keywords : credit growth , deposit growth , deposit growth , firm size , profitability , LPD

Abstract

Job performance is one of the measurement of a person to gain career development. Without a satisfactory job performance it is difficult for the employee to develop his career. Education and training and work experience are some of the factors that affect the job performance. This research aims to know the influence of education and training and work experience on the job performance as well as their impact on employee career development. This research was carried out at the Balai Karantina Pertanian Kelas 1 Denpasar. The data was collected through interviews, observations and questionnaires. The hypotheseswas tested by using path analysis techniques, the results showed that education and training and work experience  partially has positive and significant influence on job performance. Education and training, work experience and job performance partially has positive and significant influence on career development. Abstract

The research aims to know the influence non performing loan, loan to deposit ratio, return on equity and  net interest margin to capital adequacy ratio in partial. The banking sector in Indonesia stock exchange period 2009-2011 is this research case studies. T-test was used in the multiple linear regression analysis technique. Research described that NPL have no significant influence to the CAR. LDR have negative significant influence to the CAR. ROE have negative significant influence to the CAR. NIM have positive significant influence to the CAR.

Abstract

The establishment of a firm aimed to obtain maximum profit, the welfare of the owner of the firm or its shareholders and maximize the firm value. In order for the purpose of the firm can be achieved with the maximum, a firm needs to consider the variables that affect the firm value. This research conducted to determine the significance of the effect of asset growth and the interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates ( SBI ) on dividend policy and firm value. The study was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The sample was determined by purposive sampling method and obtained 11 companies that meet the criteria. The analysis technique used path analysis or path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that assets growth significant negative effect on dividend policybut has no effect on firm value, interest rate of Bank Indonesia Certificates (SBI) significant positive effect on dividend policy but significant negative effect on firm value, dividend policy significant positive effect on firm value. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know how much influence the compensation and job training to job satisfaction and great influence of job training, compensation and job satisfaction of the employee Cooperative achievements All-round Effort Mimba Kuta. This research was conducted in a cooperative Effort All-round Mimba Kuta by using all employees as respondents. The number of respondents in this study of 75 people. The technique used is the analysis of path analysis (path analysis) considering the research aims to find the great influence of endogenous variables exogenous to the between variables. The research found that job training and compensation effect significantly to job satisfaction of employees. job training, compensation and job satisfaction influence positively and significantly to the achievements of the work of employees. Abstract

Job satisfaction is an emotional state that is considered pleasant or unpleasant for employees in carrying out their work. An organization must consider the factors that may affect job satisfaction which are financial incentives, non- financial incentives, and environmental working situation. The purpose of this research is determining the effect of financial incentives, non- financial incentives, and environmental working situation on employee job satisfaction. The research is conducted in PT. Tiara Cipta Nirwana which is a private electrical contractor company in Bali, with a total population sample of 101 respondents. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. financial incentives, non- financial incentives, and environmental working situation simultaneously have significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Partially non-financial incentives is the only variable that has no effect on job satisfaction and environmental working situation is the most dominant influence on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Research located at Baleka Resort Hotel & Spa Legian, with a sample of 70 people. Analysis techniques are used path analysis. Test path analysis showed a positive effect of transformational leadership and significant impact on job satisfaction, organizational commitment and a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership and significant positive effect and indirectly through job satisfaction on OCB, organizational commitment and significant positive effect and indirect through job satisfaction on OCB, and job satisfaction and a significant positive effect on OCB

Abstract

Trans Sarbagita is a provider of transportation services who attended to resolve the traffic problems that occurred in Bali. Services quality provided by Trans Sarbagita greatly affects customer satisfaction and loyalty. Knowing the effect that the service quality to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Trans Sarbagita is the purpose of this research. The questionnaire is a data collection techniques used. The research used a sample of 100 respondents drawn through purposive sampling technique. Path analysis is a method of analysis used in this research. Path analysis is useful to determine the direct and indirect effects that occur between variables. The results from this research is the service quality has influence directly and indirectly through consumer satisfaction on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Retail business is growing so rapidly . Retailer sales turnover obtained can be sourced from impulse buying . Impulse buying can occur due to the influence of stimulus spending in the form of external stimuli . This study focuses on the influence of external stimuli such as merchandising , promotions and store atmosphere against impulse buying customers Tiara Dewata Supermarket Denpasar . Purposive sampling was used for the sampling technique that takes 114 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis as a technique of data analysis . This study found that merchandising , promotions and store atmosphere simultaneously significant and partial significant positive effect on impulse buying . Management is advised to continue to maintain and enhance the activities of merchandising , promotions and store atmosphere that has been done in order to survive in the fierce competition . Abstract

ABSTRACT Store environmental stimuli is done promotional techniques to increase consumer spending is not planned to certain product groups.Social environmental factors may include employee assistance and employee perceptions. The two variables that influence impulsive buying an entire purchase made without a plan is usually due to the stimulation of interest in Carrefour Sunset Road in Denpasar.The purpose of this study was to determine how significant the effect of environmental stimuli stores and social environmental factors on the behavior of impulse purchases at Carrefour Sunset Road in Denpasar. This study used a questionnaire as data collection techniques were measured using a Likert scale with 11 indicators.In this study using 110 respondents were taken by purposive sampling technique. Analytical methods used are descriptive statistics, which are used to describe the characteristics of respondents and inferential statistics such as multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that environmental stimuli stores and social environmental factors have a significant effect simultaneously on impulsive buying behavior at Carrefour Sunset Road in Denpasar.
