Abstract

To keep organization commitment hence leadership role and organization communication very needed in order to organizational goal can be reached. If organization commitment has been obtained then it will get loyal employee and they will able to work by well for organization purpose. To analysis the effect leadership, and organization communcation toward organization commitment and to find out the organization communication role in mediate leadership with organiztion commitment at PT. Bank Antardaerah as purpose of this study. Path analysis was data analysis method was applied to analysis the pattern of causality relationship between variables. Research questioner was obtained to collect data. All employee of PT. Bank Antardaerah equal to 51 people as population at same time as sample in this study. The result of analysis shows direct effect is positive and significant toward organization commitment, the same effect have by the leadership toward organization communication. Thus also organization communication variable shows same effect toward organization. Organization communication able to mediate leadership toward organization commitment

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran emosi positif dalam memediasi pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap pembelian impulsif studi pada konsumen Matahari Department Store Duta Plaza Denpasar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Matahari Department Store Duta Plaza Denpasar yang pernah melakukan pembelian impulsif. Ukuran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 70 orang, dengan metode non probability sampling khususnya purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis SEM berbasis component atau variance yaitu PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS 3.1.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa store atmosphere memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif dan emosi positif, serta emosi positif memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bentuk mediasi parsial yang berarti emosi positif memediasi secara parsial pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap pembelian impulsif.

Abstract

Mobile phone is the development of a home phone that can be taken anywhere, because it is a mobile phone and also can help human activities not only to make calls but can send sms/ message, internet, listening to music, and even perpetuate human activities with camera technology. In order to study this study seek to influence the promotion mix (promotional mix) through simultaneous and partially on the Oppo smartphone purchase decision through the sampling technique used is Non-Probability Sampling. Smartphone Oppo Denpasar Teuku Umar appointed as research sites by making the vulnerable age of 16 years and over 100 people in the sample. multiple linear regression analysis showed direct, simultaneous and partial impact on the promotion mix Oppo smartphone purchase decision.

Abstract

This research is developed to understand the potential of student entrepreneurs and to evaluate the factors that can influence potential student becoming entrepreneurs at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Udayana University. The data of this research is gathered through the use of questionnaires that are given to students as the main respondents of this research in which are 99 (nintynine students) from various categories of entry years, gender types and programs. The data that has been gathered is analyzed using a ‘Diskriptive Statistic’ that is analyzed to provide a broad picture or an empirical description of potential students becoming entrepreneurs. The data in this research is developed to create a scoring system for every question within the questionnaire by using an average that is based upon a relative load factor. The implications of this research are based upon the potential of students having significant influence in development of skills in the entrepreneurial sector. From this the increase and development of potential student entrepreneurs can provide a contribution which is positive in the application of operations and success of the student enpreneur individually.

Abstract

The aim of this study is 1) to analyze the direct effect of job characteristics and financial compensation to job satisfaction, 2) to analyze the indirect influence of job characteristics and financial compensation to employee performance through job satisfaction, and 3) to analyze the direct influence of job satisfaction on employee performance. This research was conducted at KPN. Kamadhuk RSUP. Sanglah located in Denpasar - Bali. Respondents in this study were all employees amounted to 77 people. Data collected by questionnaires that use 5-point Likert scale to measure 19 indicators. Data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis). The research proves that there is directly positive and significant job characteristics and financial compensation toward job satisfaction, there is the indirect effect of job characteristics and financial compensation to employee performance through job satisfaction and there is an influence job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

An organization's reputation can be seen from how attractive the organization in attracting potential candidates, who want to work in the organization. Therefore, the organization attractiveness from the employee perspective should be noticed. But until now, there was few studies that explore the role of the selection system in enhancing the organization's attractiveness. This study aims to understand the influence of selection fairness perception and information sharing fairness perspection of organization attractiveness.In this study, the selected content is a public organization in the Negara Distric, that is the village office. The amount of sample used in this study is 32 people. Data was collected by questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that the selection fairness perception and information sharing fairness percpetion related to the selection affects the organization attractivenss. In addition, it is known that the information sharing fairness perception have bigger influence rather than selection fairness perception of organization attractiveness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pengumuman dividen terhadap abnormal return pada perusahaan LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang tergabung dalam LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Terdapat 44 perusahaan yang diteliti dengan 50 jumlah peristiwa pengumuman dividen. Metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan sampel adalah metode Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Analisis t (t-test), dengan uji beda dua rata-rata untuk mengukur signifikansi perbedaan antara 2 kelompok data. Cara pengolahannya dengan menggunakan program SPSS (Statistic Produk Service Solution) dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengujian pada abnormal return sebelum dan setelah pengumuman dividen, mendapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata abnormal return yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman dividen, yang artinya pengumuman pembayaran dividen menunjukkan reaksi pasar dan informasi tersebut merupakan good news yang kemungkinan besar akan memberikan keuntungan bagi investor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived value and purchasing decisions through confidence in Herbalife green products related to do with environmental issues. Data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire which contains a declaration of the 16 indicators. Total sample size of 120 respondents was determined by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used was a path analysis (path analysis) accompanied Sobel Test is used to test the hypothesis formulated. Results of this research indicate that the perception of the value of positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions Herbalife green products in Denpasar. Perception of the value of positive and significant impact on the trust green products Herbalife in Denpasar. Confidence positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions Herbalife green products in Denpasar. The role of trust is positively and significantly mediates the relationship between the perception of the value of the green product purchasing decisions Herbalife in Denpasar

Abstract

Investor pada pasar modal umumnya akan menginvestasikan dananya pada saham-saham yang memiliki return tinggi dengan risiko yang minimal. Agar dapat mengurangi tingkat risiko maka saham-saham tersebut dapat dibentuk menjadi portofolio. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui saham-saham dari anggota Indeks LQ 45 yang dapat membentuk portofolio optimal dan untuk mengetahui proporsi masing-masing saham terpilih serta tingkat return dan risiko dari portofolio yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Indeks Tunggal. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Indeks Tunggal, saham-saham anggota Indeks LQ 45 periode Juni 2014 sampai Juni 2015 yang dapat membentuk portofolio optimal yaitu terdiri dari UNVR dengan proporsi sebesar 75.42%, JSMR dengan proporsi sebesar 10.17%, BBCA dengan proporsi sebesar 14.42% dan tingkat keuntungan (expected return) portofolio sebesar 2.67% dengan risiko sebesar 1.24%.

Abstract

This study aims to: Determine the influence of procedural justice on customer satisfaction Tjampuhan Ubud. Determine the influence of interactional justice on customer satisfaction Tjampuhan Ubud. Determine the influence of distributive justice on customer satisfaction Tjampuhan Ubud. This study used 75 samples, the method of collecting data through questionnaires, the study documentation and observation. Data analysis was performed with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed: Justice procedural and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, as evidenced by the t-test value of 3.950> t-table amounted to 1,993, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. Interactional Justice and significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the value of 2,310 t count> t-table amounted to 1,993, with a significance level of 0.024 <0.05. Distributive justice positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, this is evidenced by the value of 3.13 t count> t-table amounted to 1,993, with a significance level of 0.002 <0.05.
