Abstract

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment were important indicators to manager because it can maintain stable workforce. Employees with high level of commitment and satisfaction are believed not easy to leave their jobs. This study purposed to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on intention to quit in Made Ferry Motor Denpasar. This study used saturated sample where the entire population were sampled as many as 50 employees. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression. The findings of this study are: job satisfaction and organizational commitment has significant negative effect on intention to quit. The advices can be given included: Made Ferry Motor management should repairworkplace of employees to make them more comfortable; Made Ferry Motor management should make a better work atmosphere; Made Ferry Motor management should gave more better salaries and allowances to meet the employee's needs.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, leverage, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sektor properti dan real estate di BEI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor properti dan real estate di BEI sebanyak 49 perusahaan pada periode 2012-2014. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, sehingga sampel akhir yang didapatkan adalah 40 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam sektor properti dan real estate di BEI periode 2012-2014. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi non partisipan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari ICMD dan www.idx.co.id. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 22 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukan, ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, leverage tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

The analysis showed that the work family conflict and significant positive effect on turnover intention. Work family conflict and significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction and significant negative effect on turnover intention. The study also proved that job satisfaction mediates work family conflict towards a female employee turnover intention in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. London Branch. This research was carried out on female employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. London Branch. The purpose of this study was to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction in effect between work family conflict and turnover intention on female employees at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. London Branch. Samples taken as many as 103 respondents. The samples in this study using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to measure 11 question items. The analysis technique used is Path anaylsis. The bank should consider the level of work family conflict and job satisfaction felt by female employees. It is intended that the female employee has not thought related to the company's desire turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in Brand Equity’s elements on brand Adidas with Nike in Denpasar. The population in this study are all people in Denpasar who use the product brand Adidas and Nike. The samples that used in this study is 100. The sampling technique which used was purposive sampling. Methods of data collection in this research is participant observation. The method which used is different T test with SPSS 21.0 for windows. Results showed that there are significant difference between the three elements of Brand Equity from Adidas and Nike.They are brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, but the brand loyalty shown no significant difference.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pembentukan portofolio yang optimal pada saham LQ-45 dengan Model Indeks Tunggal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BEI, Yahoo Finance, dan BI. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 21 saham, dengan metode porposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan Microsoft Excel 2013 dan IBM SPSS 23.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapat dari 21 saham anggota Indeks LQ-45 diperoleh kombinasi sebanyak 2 saham yang dapat membentuk portofolio optimal dengan proporsi masing-masing, yaitu: Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. (AALI) dengan proporsi sebesar 52,51% dan Adaro Energy Tbk. (ADRO) dengan proporsi sebesar 47,49%. Tingkat keuntungan (expected return) dari kombinasi portofolio optimal tersebut sebesar 0,56% dengan risiko sebesar 0,30%.

Abstract

Bali is one destination tourism destination in Indonesia, and therefore a lot of tourists and foreign tourists who built the hotel in Bali especially Kuta area. The performance of good employees is necessary for improving guests' satisfaction and improve the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Asana Agung Putra Bali. The population used in this study were 45 employees. The data collection was done by interview, observation and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and using the F test and t test. The research results show that the compensation effect on employee performance Asana Agung Putra Hotel Bali and the support of influential organizations on employee performance Asana Agung Putra Hotel Bali. The implication of this is that companies should provide incentives and bonuses in accordance with the role or position of the employee and the employee must be given training.

Abstract

Niat beli ulang timbul ketika konsumen telah merasakan nilai dari suatu produk atau perusahaan melalui ikatan emosional dan dari pengalaman positif yang diperoleh sebelumnya. Agar konsumen berniat membeli kembali produk yang ditawarkan, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi niat beli ulang konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap niat beli ulang mobil merek Toyota di PT Agung Toyota Denpasar. PT Agung Toyota Denpasar dipilih sebagai tempat penelitian dengan jumlah responden 120 orang. Responden merupakan konsumen yang sudah pernah membeli dan ingin membeli ulang di PT Agung Toyota Denpasar. Dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda diketahui, kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan citra merek “berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli” ulang, ini berarti semakin tinggi kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan citra merek maka niat beli ulang semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Pasar modal tengah mengambil perhatian masyarakat Indonesia. Investasi saham memiliki peminat terbanyak. Motivasi utama investor adalah return. Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi return adalah Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA), Price to Book Value (PBV) dan ukuran perusahaan. Faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi return adalah tingkat suku bunga SBI. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh DER, ROA, PBV, ukuran perusahaan dan tingkat suku bunga SBI terhadap return saham. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan indeks Kompas 100 periode 2012-2014. Jenis data kuantitatif, bersumber dari situs www.idx.co.id dan www.bi.go.id. Sampel berjumlah 57 perusahaan dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi non partisipan. Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai alat analisis. Hasil analisis menujukkan variabel DER, ROA dan tingkat suku bunga SBI berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap return saham perusahaan indeks Kompas 100 periode 2012-2014 sedangkan variabel PBV dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham perusahaan indeks Kompas 100 periode 2012-2014.

Abstract

Career development is a process of improving the ability of individual work achieved in order to achieve the desired career. In order to increase employees' career development, companies need to consider the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience, education and training to career development. This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Bali. Total sample 64 people using stratified random sampling method. Data collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis finds that work experience positive and significant effect on the career development. Education and training positive and significant impact on career development. To enhance the career development of the company needs to pay attention to the experience of employees so that employees are able to complete the work presented smoothly. The company also must pay attention to and improve the implementation of education and training so that employees have the ability and a better insight about the field they pursue.

Abstract

Performance is the result of the work produced in terms of both quality and quantity of their work and can be accounted for in accordance with its role within the organization or company, and along with the ability, skills, and skills in completing the work and within a certain period. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development on employee performance through mediation work motivation. This research was conducted in Karya Mas Art Gallery. The number of samples taken are as many as 33 employees, with saturated or census sampling method. Data collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is path analysis and Sobel-test. Based on the analysis found that the career development and motivation positive and significant impact on employee performance, but motivational variables can not be said as a mediator variable relationship between career development and employee performance. This suggests that a good career development system will improve employee performance.
