Abstract

Research was conducted on employees LPD Kesiman. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and job satisfaction in LPD Kesiman, Denpasar. The population in this study were employees of LPD Kesiman totaling 38 employees called saturated sampling technique. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression techniques. The analysis showed that transformational leadership style berpengruh positive and significant impact on employee performance, it shows that the higher the level of perceived transformational leadership style employees, the greater the perceived performance of employees. For job satisfaction variables posotif and significant influence on employee performance, this shows that the higher the level of perceived employee job satisfaction, the greater the perceived performance level of employees. LPD Kesiman parties should always consider the level of transformational leadership style and job satisfaction felt by employees. It aims to improve the performance of employees at LPD Kesiman, Denpasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional, komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada Suriwathi Beach Hotel Legian Kuta-Bali. Pada penelitian ini, populasi berjumlah 40 karyawan. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan non probability sampling. Seluruh anggota populasi dalam penelitian ini dijadikan responden karena jumlah populasi yang relatif kecil yaitu 40 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini adalah keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, serta kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pihak Suriwathi Beach Hotel lebih menciptakan dan mempertahankan keadilan organisasional, komitmen organisasional, dan kepuasan kerja karyawan yang akan berdampak baik terhadap OCB.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Green Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility Brand Image on Tupperware products. The study population is consumer users Tupperware products. This study used a non-probability sampling techniques. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires, the number of respondents in this research were 100 respondents. The hypothesis was tested using the technique of path analysis (path analysis) and Sobel test. Hypothesis testing results showed that all the way down the hypothesis is accepted. Green marketing berpengaruf positively and significantly related to corporate social responsibility, green marketing and signikan positive effect on brand image, corporate social responsibility positive and significant impact on the brand image as well as green marketing positive and significant impact on the brand image through corporate social responsibility as mediation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention. This research is associative causative aimed mengetahuai influence or relationship between two or more variables. The study was conducted at the Sanur Beach Hotel Sanur. The number of samples taken as many as 93 employees, with a sample random sampling method. Data collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention. This shows that the higher job satisfaction felt by employees, the lower the level of turnover intention. The higher the organizational commitment of employees, the lower the rate of employee turnover intention because it already has a commitment to remain at the company.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menjelaskan signifikansi pengaruh leverage, ukuran perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas secara parsial terhadap nilai perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel 41 perusahaan selama periode penelitian yaitu tahun 2013-2015 menggunakan motode purposive sampling dengan kriteria perusahaan yang terdaftar secara kontinu dan perusahaan yang terdaftar penuh. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder. Regresi linier berganda adalah teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Setelah dilakukan pengujian maka diperoleh hasil leverage, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dimana variabel yang memiliki hubungan positif yaitu leverage dan profitabilitas, sedangkan variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan mempunyai hubungan yang negatif, namun ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikanThe role of this research is to identify the significancy of leverage’s impact on firm value, firm size on firm value, firm growth on firm value and profitability on property’s firm size which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research took 41 samples in research’s period from 2013 to 2015 with purposive sampling method which use the continuity and fully listed of the firm as the criteria of the sample. Multiple linear regression analysis used as the analysis technique of this reseach. After the research then could be concluded that leverage, firm growth, and profitability significantly affected the firm value, where leverage and profitability affect the dependent variables positively but the firm growth affected negatively. Meanwhile the firm size not significantly affected the firm value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah customer satisfacation mampu memediasi pengaruh variabel marketing mix terhadap repurchase intention. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada produk air minum dalam kemasan merek Nonmin. Jumlah responden yang digunakan berjumlah 100 responden yang berdomisili di Kota Denpasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji sobel merupakan teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitia ini . Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu variabel marketing mix dan customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Variabel customer satisfaction juga mampu memediasi hubungan marketing mix terhadap repurchase intention. Hasil penelitian tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik pengelolaan marketing mix akan meningkatkan customer satisfaction, dan dengan meningkatnya customer satisfaction akan meningkatkan repurchase intention. Dengan hasil penelitian ini maka perusahaan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pengelolaan marketing mix agar lebih baik lagi untuk dapat meningkatkan customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) determine the effect of work stress on turnover intention, 2) the effect of organizational commitment to turnover intention, and 3) the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention. The study was conducted at two hotels in the village of Mas, District of Ubud, Gianyar, Bali, Taman Harum and Hotel Bali Spirit. The number of respondents in this study as many as 83 people. Collecting data by questionnaires that use 5-point Likert scale to measure 30 indicators. The data analysis technique is a multiple linear regression analysis. Research shows that job stress positive effect on turnover intention. The results obtained subsequent ie, organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention. Research also get the results that job satisfaction negatively affect turnover intention.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh organizational justice dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Toko Nyoman yang berlokasi di Kediri Tabanan dengan sampel sebanyak 62 karyawan diambil dengan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner yang menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 11 pernyataan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa organizational justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Hasil penelitian mendukung seluruh hipotesis serta mengindikasikan adanya pengaruh negatif motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), sehingga disarankan pihak toko nyoman memperhatikan tingkat motivasi kerja yang terjadi di toko nyoman, Hal ini bertujuan agar karyawan tidak terjadi organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) yang rendah.

Abstract

McDonalds has the highest level of sales among its competitors in Denpasar. This study is intended to look at the role of customer satisfaction mediates the effect of product quality and reasonableness of the price on brand loyalty McDonalds fast food restaurant in the city of Denpasar. Through purposive sampling method specified sample size of 100 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires. SEM analysis techniques and Sobel test used in this study. These results demonstrate the quality of the product has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, price reasonableness influence on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty has a positive and significant influence, and there is positive and significant correlation between customer satisfaction on brand loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not directly influence and unable to mediate the effect of product quality and fairness of the price on brand loyalty. Loyal customer attitudes toward a brand is indicated by how much intensity caused repeated purchases on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan Corporate Social Responsibility dalam memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2011-2015.   Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 128 perusahaan dan setelah melalui metode purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menjadi 37 perusahaan dengan 185 total pengamatan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data annual report yang diunduh dari website BEI. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa leverage dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) sebagai variabel pemoderasi mampu memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas dan leverage terhadap nilai perusahaan tetapi tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
