Learning to Analyze Electric Circuitheld atPublic vocational high school 1 Pariaman, teachers still using conventional learning model with whiteboard and markers, this medium was only able to present the instructional in the one direction. It doesn't challenge students to understand instructionally well, so instructional goals not reached optimal.To overcome this,it need to be developed that makes students learn interactivelyand independent.In the form of interactive learning multimedia based on ICT valid, practical and effective.This is Research and Development, with the 4D model that is Define, Design, Develop and Desseminate. Based on the research results obtained data validity of the validator,1st validator 88.33%, 2ndvalidator 93.33%, and 3th88.33%, overall is valid. Test practicalities by teacher80.31%, and student 87.50%,overall is practical. The effectiveness test result is 91,89% with practical category. This research has resulted in Information Communications Technologies media isvalid, practical and effective.

This research aims to get web-based learning media with a valid, practical, and effective on subjects the basic computer and network. This web-based learning media designed to improve the understanding of students thus increasing the learning results. This research uses research methods Research and Development (R and D) with 4-D development procedures (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis techniques for describing validity, practicalities, and web-based learning media efetivitas. The results obtained from the research of development: (1) the validity of a web-based learning media declared valid on aspects of media and materials, (2) a web-based learning media practicalities based on the response of teachers and students expressed very practical, (3) the effectiveness of web-based learning media declared effective in improvinglearning outcomes. Based on the findings of this study it was concluded that a web-based learning media declared valid, practical, and effective way to used as learning materials on subjects the basic computer and network.

In Indonesia, internet users reach 150 million people with 56% penetration spread throughout the region. This number is only slightly different from the number of mobile internet users which amounted to 142.8 million people with a penetration percentage of 53%. E-Commerce is a process of buying and selling transactions carried out by buyers and sellers electronically from companies to other companies by utilizing communication and computer networks. At Eco Farming Bukit Lawang has great potential with the existence of excellent natural products, the surrounding community takes advantage of the results. Plants that exist in the Bukit Lawang area, but become in vain because the marketing of information on the results of these plants is not good.

At this time to face various challenges, especially in the era of information digitalization, of course, one must be smarter in choosing the strategy that will be used for the process of running a company, currently many companies are using business-to-business and business-to-consumer models. In other words, many companies have used the business transaction model for vendor companies and other business organizations such as manufacturers and wholesalers. Lippo Wholesale Store is a trading business which is engaged in selling ATK (Office Stationery). In the sales system procedures still use a manual system, where data processing is still using SpreadSheet, with the increasing number of merchandise, problems arise, namely the difficulty of getting inventory information quickly, precisely and accurately. The cause of the emergence of these problems is the processing of transaction data requires several stages and frequent recording errors in invoices, forms and reports are made, in the customer data section there is often an error in recording the number of orders, this causes losses that are owned by lippo wholesale stores. Utilization of retail information systems combined with model driven development methods canoptimize performance and time efficiency, so as to increase sales at Lippo Wholesale Stores.

Incoming mail is a letter received by a company or agency originating from another party, be it individuals or companies/agencies. While outgoing letter is a letter made/issued by a company or agency to be given to other parties, both to individuals and companies/agencies.. At the Wampu Besitang Irrigation Management Unit, there are difficulties in managing the archiving of incoming and outgoing letters where the administrative section is the part that concerns a lot of data or correspondence. In the process of data collection of incoming and outgoing letters, letters are archived into bundles of incoming and outgoing mail files, this makes paper scattered and the required letters are difficult to obtain, therefore a solution is given by building an Archive Information System for Incoming and Outgoing Letters at the Wampu Besitang Irrigation Management Unit which aims to facilitate the management and processing of incoming and outgoing letters.

Mastery of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is very important in improving the performance and professionalism of teachers who are responsive to the dynamics of learning. CAR can also improve the learning process and not interfere with the teacher's task in learning at school. For this reason, teachers are required to be able to develop their professionalism, one of which is through Classroom Action Research (CAR). However, teachers often have difficulty in conducting Classroom Action Research (CAR). The limited knowledge of teachers regarding procedures for preparing CAR, strategies, models, learning methods that can be applied in learning, as well as proper data collection, processing, and analysis are obstacles that are often encountered in the field. Therefore, in line with the description above, various efforts are made to improve teacher performance in improving teacher professionalism, namely by holding an activity in the form of socialization to assist teachers in preparing Classroom Action Research (CAR). The results of the service showed that all the socialization materials had been thoroughly explained and the participants were able to understand the material presented. This activity is expected to foster the habit of researching and pouring the results of their research in the form of scientific works to teachers. In addition, teachers have confidence in carrying out their duties and obligations. So that by carrying out classroom action research, teachers can improve the quality of their learning in the classroom.

Pembuatan data kependudukan merupakan tanggung jawab pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota dimana dalam pelaksanaannya diawali dari Desa. Dalam pelayanan pengurusan administrasi baik itu pendaftaran penduduk maupun pembuatan surat keterangan yang lain harus datang ke Kantor Desa Parit Bindu. Pada sistem pelayanan pengurusan administrasi di Desa Parit Bindu, pembuatan data kependudukan masih secara manual atau kata lain, pemohon harus langsung datang ke Kantor Desa Parit Bindu untuk bertatap muka dengan staff maupun operator komputer sehingga mengakibatkan waktu dalam pembuatan data kependudkan tidak efisien dan lama. Maka dari itu dalam penelitian ini penulis merancang sistem berbasis web yang bertujuan untuk membantu dalam hal pengurusan administrasi data kependudukan di Kantor Desa Parit Bindu. Dengan adanya website ini, maka penulis berharap dapat membantu memudahkan masyarakat Desa Parit Bindu dalam membuat Data Kependudukan

Penggunaan internet menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang tidak bisa dihindari. Internet menjadi kebutuhan utama kita saat ini, terutama siswa di sekolah. Baik siswa dan guru sama-sama membutuhkan internet untuk bisa menambah ilmu dengan mudah, karena dengan internet siswa dan guru bisa mencari informasi dengan sangat cepat dan akurat. Maka dari itu sekolah harus memiliki akses internet yang baik. Kendala yang sering terjadi adalah tidak terpantaunya siswa dalam mengakses situs-situs yang selayaknya tidak boleh dilihat oleh siswa. Selanjutnya juga kendala yang terjadi adalah lambatnya internet jika ada pengguna yang mendownload file besar ataupun bermain game yang menyedot banyak bandwidth. Maka dari itu perlu solusi yang baik untuk bisa menyelesaikan masalah tersebut. Mikrotik merupakan perangkat router yang bisa memblokir situs berdasarkan url dan membagi bandwidth. Maka dari itu siswa SMK Putra Anda diberikan pelatihan untuk mengkonfigurasi perangkat mikrotik untuk memblokir situs dan membagi bandwidth di 3 lab yang berbeda dengan masing-masing perangkat router dan wifi. Hasil yang didapat berdasarkan pelatihan ini siswa SMK Putra Anda kelas XI mampu mengkonfigurasi mikrotik. Seluruh siswa mampu melakukan semua tugas, mulai dari merancang hingga mengkonfigurasi mikrotik dan wifi. Seluruh wifi mampu menampung IP Address sebanyak 60.
