Abstract

Expert systems are widely used in various types of fields, one of which is in the field of animal husbandry. The number of chicken farms that appear is not comparable with information and knowledge about raising chickens, so dependence on experts is the only solution in handling chicken disease problems. Expert systems can be a solution to problems that arise in terms of handling chicken disease. Expert systems that are built using the forward chaining method can work like an expert who can deduce the problem from the symptoms given. With the existence of an expert system, dependence on experts is no longer a solution in dealing with the problem of chicken disease, because ordinary people can also provide action like an expert.

Abstract

The development of technology and information is felt very rapidly and this affects aspects of work that make work easier, one of which is the development of mobile technology, information media can now be made in the form of mobile applications, using mobile technology in the form of tourist applications, which provide information - information about tourism in the district of Solok Selatan, the search for tourism information in the district of Solok Selatan will be more practical to use and users can use this application wherever they are, this application can be used as a medium of knowledge about tourism in Solok Selatan district. This Solok Selatan tourist application is expected to be able to provide more knowledge about Solok Selatan tourism to the wider community, especially the people of Solok Selatan District.

Abstract

Hemangioma is a type of disease caused by active glands in the body. Hemangiomas occur in newborns up to the age of five (BATITA). This disease is indicated when a toddler has a fever or body temperature of more than 38°C. This condition affects the nerves and motor organs of the body that are attacked. This condition is sometimes undetected but develops quickly so it is necessary to consult an expert. This study aims to provide building a system in providing early education to parents in identifying toddlers with hemangiomas. This research makes it easy for parents to carry out further consultations with experts regarding the condition of toddlers. The processing of data and facts in this study was carried out by combining several methods (hybrid) in tracing each symptom according to the conditions experienced by system users. This method is continued by giving a weight value in the form of a percentage for each symptom experienced. The results of this study provide new knowledge in the form of information about Hemangioma with a confidence value in the form of a percentage of the patient's condition. This research provides the latest breakthrough in the form of presenting a system using an application that provides an accuracy value to ensure that patients have Hemangioma. This system can provide maximum value for users in gaining new knowledge for patients before further consultation with experts to get action.

Abstract

Abstract: Tract disorders are disorders caused by abnormalities in the digestive system. This disorder is triggered by food or a person's physical condition. Digestive disorders cannot be diagnosed quickly, but mostly occur in the digestive system. Because the knowledge that will be suspected as a disease is still lacking, it takes experts or doctors to diagnose digestive disorders. The goal is to help produce a diagnosis of the disease experienced by the patient based on the symptoms experienced. The research data is processed based on the symptoms felt by the patient. Patient data using the Certainty Factor method or the value of disease certainty. This Certainty Factor method is a system that is able to run according to needs and produces a high percentage of accuracy results. The system design stage is implemented in the Hypertext Preprocessor programming language and My SQL database. The results of the diagnosis with this method produce a level of confidence in the patient's disease. From the results of the tests carried out, it can produce information about the diagnosis of the disease and help patients and medical personnel in knowing the condition of the disease that is being experienced.            Keywords: certainty factor; digestive tract disorders; expert system,  Abstrak: Gangguan saluran merupakan gangguan yang disebabkan oleh kelainan pada sistem pencernaan. Gangguan ini dipicu oleh makanan atau kondisi fisik seseorang. Gangguan pencernaan ini tidak bisa dilakukan diagnosa dengan cepat, tetapi sebagian besar terjadi pada sistem pencernaan. Dikarenakan pengetahuan yang akan diduga sebagai penyakit masih kurang, maka dibutuhkan tenaga ahli atau dokter untuk mendiagnosis gangguan pencernaan. Tujuannya untuk membantu menghasilkan diagnosa penyakit yang dialami pasien berdasarkan gejala yang dialami. Data penelitian diolah berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan oleh pasien. Data pasien menggunakan metode Certainty Factor atau nilai kepastian penyakit. Metode Certainty Factor ini merupakan sistem yang mampu berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuha serta menghasilkan persentase akurasi hasil yang tinggi. Tahapan perancangan sistem diimplementasikan ke dalam bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor dan database My SQL. Hasil diagnosa dengan metode ini menghasilkan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap penyakit pasien. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan  sudah dapat menghasilkan informasi tentang diagnosa penyakit dan membantu pasien serta tenaga medis dalam mengetahui kondisi penyakit yang sedang dialami. Kata kunci: certainty factor; gangguan saluran pencernaan; sistem pakar

Abstract

Gingivitis is a disease in the form of abnormalities in the gingiva that can cause bleeding accompanied by swelling, redness, exudate, changes in normal contours which are sometimes considered normal by some patients even though it is considered serious by the Health Department. This study aims to educate the public in understanding the importance of knowing the condition of the body, especially the teeth that are most vulnerable to experience by the community. The lack of time required for consultation with experts resulted in this disease being left unattended. So it is necessary to develop IT-based consulting in the form of an expert system. The system is built using the certainty factor method. Certainty factor works by reading all the data submitted by the expert and gives the result in the form of the percentage of confidence the patient has gingivitis. Experts used in this system are dentists / dental specialists. The data were obtained from direct experts and the results of the consultations obtained new knowledge in the form of the percentage of the patient's confidence level with gingivitis. Data collection was obtained from Acute Gingivitis, Sub-Acute Gingivitis, Recurrent Gingivitis and Chronic Gingivitis as well as symptoms and solutions obtained from experts. This study contributes to a new service for patients who experience dental disease (gingivitis) without having to come directly to an appointed specialist. The level of accuracy of this system is quite helpful because the data source comes from direct experts so that the solution obtained can be an initial reference for patients before further treatment is carried out. The results of the study were in the form of softcopy and hardcopy that could be used as needed, based on the test data given to the patient, a 95% confidence level was obtained for the system trial results based on the patient's condition at that time. So that the results of the consultation are obtained in the form of information about the disease and the desired solution.

Abstract

CV. Muaro Radio is a trading company that meets the needs of the community for the needs of electronic goods. All traded goods are imported from distributors in the form of not built up. So it takes time to assemble (production) before being marketed. This process will hamper sales if the goods are not available. So, this research helps companies in maintaining the stability of the availability of goods in order to increase sales. The method used is Economy Order Quantity and Reorder Points. The data that is processed is inventory data and the sale of goods every day. The results of this study can maintain the supply of goods very well in managing stock of goods. So this research is very helpful for CV. Muaro Radio in increasing the company's revenue.
