Abstract

The performance of members of an organization is needed to support organizational performance. The performance of employees at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Development Planning Agency will affect the performance of these government agencies. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the role of organizational culture, motivation, and training in order to improve the performance of employees in the Regional Development Planning Agency of DKI Jakarta Province, both simultaneously and partially. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The source of the data in this study were employees of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Planning Agency. Primary data was collected by way of questionnaires and interviews with employees BAPPEDA Jakarta. Secondary data was collected by means searches the documents that are relevant to the problem under study. The results of descriptive data analysis on the research variables indicate that organizational culture, motivation, training, and employee performance in the DKI Jakarta BAPPEDA are in the good category. Organizational culture, motivation, and training have a significant role in order to improve employee performance , which is equal to 72.2%. Variable motivation has a role more dominant in order to improve the performance of employees of Bappeda Province of Jakarta as having beta value most 37.1%.

Abstract

The assessment of performance are subjective can have an impact on decreasing the job satisfaction of employees. when employees feel that they have worked well but based on the results of the assessment of their performance is not considered to provide optimum performance of them will feel disappointed. This study aims to evaluate the performance assessment by using the SMART method in PT. BNI Tbk. Main Branch Tangerang. The method used in this research is descriptive verificative, with a total sample of 98. Leverage data is done using kuesianer distributed to the employees of the bank PT. BNI Tbk. Main Branch Tangerang. The results showed that the performance assessment by using the SMART method can not be applied because some of the indicators SMART can not be implemented, while the job satisfaction provided by Bank BNI to the employee is still not optimal. The test results also indicate that performance assessment has positive and highly significant impact on job satisfaction of employees in the Bank PT. BNI Tbk. Main Branch Tangerang.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the developing countries that will enter the era of globalization so that competition will be tougher, especially in the industrial sector. Rapid changes in science and technology will lead to increasingly complex problems and activities faced by company leaders. The desires of organizational members need to be combined with the planned company goals so that there is an integrated movement in achieving company goals. Leaders are required to have the knowledge, understanding, and skills to lead the field of work wherever he is and how the conditions are. Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: To determine the level of influence of the implementation of existing education and training programs on employee productivity. Based on the data processing results, it is known that the elements of the implementation of education and training programs that must be considered and improved are as follows: Training Materials, Non-Formal Education, Training Schedules, Instructor Friendly, Training Variations, Training Methods, and Training Manual Books. Meanwhile, the elements of implementing education and training programs that must be maintained are as follows: Formal Education, Instructor Skills, Instructor Ability, Training Facilities, Training Curriculum, Training Evaluation. The implementation of education and training programs affects employee work productivity, and the implementation of training programs is more dominant. This is because the implementation of training programs is carried out more often and is more applicable even though it still seems theoretical on employees' work. Therefore, the right education and training program will impact increasing the productivity of its employees.
