Abstract

This paper aims to examine the effect of work involvement and organization commitment on organization change. This study was done at in penitentiary of Rangkasbitung. The responden were employee of penitentiary of Rangkasbitung. The respondents were 54 employee of the penitentiary of Rangkasbitung in Banten. The study showed that organization change is assumed to be significantly affected by the of work involvement and organization commitment. Adopting a quantitative approach, this cross sectional study applies a self-administered survey questionnaire for data collection. The result proved that the organization change was directly affected by the involvement and organization commitment in organization and organization commitment was, in turn, directly affected by the work involvement.

Abstract

Boarding school education system created programed to form a well-disciplined students in learning activities and religious activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication and personal approach to the interest in. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling analysis. The sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling amounted to 150 respondents. The results of this study are: (1) There is a positive and significant effect on the interest in communication students; (2) There is no significant positive influence and personal approach to the interest in students; (3) There is a positive and significant influence of communication and personal approach together towards an interest in students.

Abstract

Human resources is an important factor in achieving the objectives for private companies and government agencies. In fact, the performance of employees is often up and down, to that agency should be able to understand the ups and downs because of existing employee performance. Whether or not the employee's performance is strongly influenced how a leader influence and motivate the employees in order to perform a variety of jobs as expected.In this study the authors using Statistical Product and Service Solution SPSS Version20. Results of research on leadership style obtained t 4.201 with sig level. 0,000, because thitung greater than ttable or taccount 4.201 ≥ 2.042 ttabel then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and it can be concluded that there are significant leadership style on performance. So also the motivation variable obtained t 3.085 with sig level. 0,000, because thitung greater than ttable or taccount 3.085 ≥ 2.042 ttabel then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and concluded that there are motivational influence on performance. While From the results of test calculations f or anova test results obtained Fcount ≥ 74.858 Ftable 3:33 with a significant level of 0.000. It can be  concluded that there is significant influence between leadership  style (X1), and motivation (X2) with the same (stimultant) on employee performance (Y) and vice versa. The results of the correlation coefficient value relationship "Very Strong" and based on the R-square is found that variables can affect 83.8% while the remaining 16.2% is explained by other variables with multiple linear regression equation Y = 0,255 + 0.597X1+0.396X2.Based on the above results it can be seen that the style of leadership and motivation positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the office and village authorities Empowerment Board (BPMPD) Lebak.

Abstract

The purchase decision is one of the important things that must be considered and used as an evaluation material for the company, because the purchase decisionwill affect the level of sales which if the level of sales decreases will have an impacton the company's profit. This study aims to determine whether there is a large influence of price and type of promotional media on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee.The research method used is descriptive method using a quantitative approach,which explains a problem based on data in the form of numbers (statistical data). Thepopulation used in this study is consumers who have made purchases at e-commerceshopee in the Lebak Regency with a population of 2017 as many as 1,288,103, using the formula of Slovin with an error rate of 10%, the sample obtained by 100 consumers. Data collection techniques used are the list of literature reviews andonline questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis,multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and f test.Based on the calculation of multiple linear regression, the equation Y = 8,714+ 0,287 + 0,568 is obtained. This can be interpreted that the constant value of thevariable value of 0.8,714 states that if the value of the price and type of promotionalmedia is a constant = 0, then the constant value for the purchase decision is 8,714%and the value of the price regression coefficient that each addition of 1 score makes the purchase decision will increased by 0.287 (28,7%) and the regression coefficient value of the type of promotional media that each addition of 1 score then the purchase decision will increase by 0.568 (56,8%). Based on the Sperman rank correlation calculation shows that the price relationship to the purchase decision has a very low relationship that is equal to 0,473 and the type of media Promotion relationship to the purchase decision has a low relationship of 0.631. And based on the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.457. Which implies that the effect of price and type of promotional media on purchasing decisions is 45,7%. While 55,3% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers. Based on the t test results obtained that t-count> t-table (0.008 <0.05) for the price and (0.001 <0.05) for the type of promotional media. And the level of significance <significant level (0,000 <0.05). So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So there is an influence between price and type of promotional media on purchasing decisions on e-commerce shopee

Abstract

Our article focuses on the problem of job satisfaction and loyalty of permanent lecturers in accounting at private universities. This article aims to provide empirical evidence regarding: the relationship between financial transparency, continuing education, and job satisfaction on the loyalty of accounting lecturers at private universities. We were collected data using a questionnaire that distributed directly to 279 accounting lecturers, from 12 universities in Indonesia as a sample. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis was employed to investigate the form of construct reliability. After the construct of each variable was declared reliable, we analyzed the data based on the level of relationship and influence of each variable. Our results showed that transparency in financial, continuing education, and job satisfaction can increase the loyalty of accounting lecturers. Our findings are expected to contribute to higher education leaders in taking long-term strategic policies through increasing financial management transparency, and continuing education. Through the level of lecturer satisfaction will trigger loyalty as a force in achieving the vision and mission of the university.

Abstract

Mekarsari Puskesmas, Rangkasbitung District, is one of the technical health offices responsible for health development in its working area, where it works. In improving health efforts optimally, the Puskesmas must have good management, therefore every leader must be able to retain employees to feel comfortable while working. The way to maintain it between them is with a leadership style and compensation. This study aims, (1) To obtain empirical data that leadership style affects employee performance (2) To obtain empirical data that compensation affects employee performance (3) To obtain empirical data that leadership style and compensation affect employee performance at Mekarsari Health Center Rangkasbitung District. The research method used is the associative quantitative method. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Because the population at the Mekarsari Health Center is 40 employees, the sample used is also 40 employees. Data collection techniques used were observation, literature study, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multicolonierity test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, t test and f test with the help of Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) software Version 20.The results showed that partially leadership style has a positive effect on performance, and partially compensation also has a positive effect on performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously the two variables, namely leadership style and compensation, have a positive effect on performance, with the dominant variable affecting performance is compensation. The contribution of leadership style variables and compensation to performance was 72.4% and the rest was contributions from other variables not examined.

Abstract

This article proposes examining human resource management practices (HRMPs) and work motivation in influencing work commitment in the Indonesian banking industry. This research employs quantitative survey research. The survey data contains 277 employees from 11 Indonesian private commercial banks. To analyze the data, this study uses the multiple regression method. This study finds that HRMPs and work motivation positively predict work commitment. Results also identify work motivation as a positive predictor of work commitment. Therefore, HRMPs and work motivation make positive contributions to influencing work commitment. Research on links between HRMPs, WM, and WC is important but has not been studied. This article is hoped to be a novelty. It is expected to address an important gap in the human resource management literature. HRMPs, work motivation, and work commitment in the Indonesian banking industry can contribute to human resources management literature. Indonesia's banking industry is booming. As a result, there is a need for efficient and experienced human resource recruitment. This research will contribute to Indonesia's banking industry development.

Abstract

Employee performance is an important foundation for the company. Generally, companies always want their employees to have good performance or work performance to achieve the company's goals. The level of success of the company depends on employee performance. One of the efforts to improve employee performance is by paying attention to individual characteristics and work environment. The research method that I use in this research process is to use quantitative methods. The population in this study amounted to 60 people. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. Collecting data in this study using observation techniques, literature study, questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique in this study used the normality test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multicolonierity test. Hypothesis testing in this study used multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient test, t test and F test processed with the SPSS 21 program. The results showed that both partially and collectively individual characteristics and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The dominant variable that affects employee performance is the work environment. The contribution of individual characteristics and work environment variables to employee performance is 21.3% and the rest is contributed by other variables not examined. Meanwhile, both partial and simultaneous individual characteristics and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance..

Abstract

This study aims to find empirically services quality on customers satisfaction PT Ma’rifat Wisata Mandiri, Lebak. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with survey method. This study uses probability sampling method with simple random sampling. The sample consisted of 105 consumers. The results showed that there are significant services quality on customers satisfaction.
