Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the use of Tik Tok social media on students of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang. To analyse the character of caring and responsibility and to analyse the impact of using Tik Tok social media on character in students of the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang. This research uses qualitative research methods. Data obtained using interviews, observation and documentation were analysed using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Tik Tok application at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang is quite large, where the users are students. The use of the Tik Tok application as a medium to get entertainment. The impact of using the Tik Tok application on its use on religious behavior is seen from several behaviours, namely: behaviour towards God, Parents, Self, and behaviour towards the community environment where there isnoso negative and significant effects that can change student behaviour. Students still take all actions in accordance with what is taught by parents and religion. Through the Faculty of Shari'ah and Law, Raden Fatah State Islamic University Palembang, it is hoped that it will be able to become a forum for creativity and maintain the behaviour of adolescents from the negative impact of social media.

Abstract

Sungai sangat penting perannya bagi kehidupan manusia. Kegiatan penambangan material sungai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan material konstruksi juga merupakan salah satu manfaat sungai bagi manusia dan juga akan menimbulkan kerusakan lingkungan apabila tidak di kendalikan secara baik dan benar. Air yang mengalir di dalam sungai akan mengakibatkan proses penggerusan tanah dasarnya. Adanya bangunan air seperti pilar dan abutmen jembatan juga dapat menyebabkan perubahan karakteristik aliran seperti kecepatan dan turbulensi sehingga menimbulkan perubahan transport sedimen dan terjadinya gerusan. Berbagai bentuk pilar jembatan telah dikembangkan untuk meminimalkan gerusan dasar akan tetapi belum memberi hasil maksimal, oleh karena itu perlu dicari solusi lain untuk menangani masalah gerusan lokal ini seperti dengan penambahan bangunan pengaman pilar. Untuk itu maka perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pola aliran dan gerusan di sekitar pilar jembatan dengan model tirai yang paling cocok untuk meminimalkan gerusan lokal yang terjadi, sehingga diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam perencanaan pembangunan jembatan. Pada penelitian lapangan ini berlokasi di Sungai Jenelata, Jembatan Jelenata Jalan Poros Bili – Bili, Sapaya, Kecamatan Manuju, Kabupaten Gowa, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, sedangkan tirai yang digunakan berbentuk persegi sisi depan melengkung dengan lebar 4 m dan tinggi 2 m, Panjang sungai yang diteliti adalah 50 m dari pilar jembatan. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah semakin tinggi kecepatan aliran maka semakin rendah tinggi muka air dan kedalaman gerusan yang terjadi di sekitar pilar tanpa tirai dan pilar yang menggunakan tirai mengalami peningkatan kedalaman gerusan di depan (hulu) pilar, sisi (kanan dan kiri) pilar dan belakang (hilir) pilar, yang pada awalnya besar kemudian semakin lama penambahan kedalaman gerusan semakin mengecil hingga pada saat tertentu mencapai kesetimbangan (equilibrium scour depth)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the pattern of self-understanding and personality of school principals in improving teacher discipline at MTsN 2 Padang Lawas. This research uses qualitative research methodology combined with descriptive techniques. Research data collection techniques include documentation, interviews, and observation. Based on the findings and results of the discussion, it was concluded that the pattern of self-understanding and personality of the principal in improving teacher discipline at MTsN 2 Padang Lawas is still not being implemented optimally as expected, for this reason, it needs to be evaluated so that it is better, because there are still weaknesses in terms of example, ability to embrace school community, lack of enforcement of discipline, and the leadership style used still needs to be improved according to competence as a leader. The obstacle for school principals in improving teacher discipline is the need for more communication and cooperation with fellow teachers. Causing increased discipline in schools to be very ineffective in its implementation. In conclusion, the personality pattern and self-understanding of the principal in improving teacher discipline at MTsN 2 Padang Lawas is still not implemented as it should be Keywords: Patterns of Self-Understanding, Principal, Teacher Discipline

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the communication strategies implemented by school principals to improve the quality of teacher work at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 1 Medan City. The quality of teacher work significantly impacts student achievement and the effectiveness of the learning process. This research method uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and related parties. Data was also collected through observations in the school environment and analysis of associated documents. Data analysis used content analysis techniques to identify patterns and themes from interviews and observations. The research results show that the school principal at MIN 1 Medan City applies various effective communication strategies to develop teacher work quality. In conclusion, this strategy involves open and transparent communication, regularly conveying the school's vision and mission, and providing constructive feedback to teachers. School principals also utilize regular meetings, training, and other means of communication to build collaboration and a spirit of working together. Abstract

The implementation of Islamic education planning is one of the important efforts in developing the education system at Al IQRA's Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIS) on Jalan PLTU No. 3 Belawan Sicanang. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Iqra' was founded on December 12, 1995 and has been around for about 28 years. The research method used in the Islamic Education Planning Implementation research (Principles, Objectives, Functions, Cycles, Models and Work as well as Planning Information) at MIS Al Iqra' Belawan is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. This research resulted that the implementation of Islamic education planning at MIS Al IQRA' Belawan has made a positive contribution in increasing the effectiveness and quality of Islamic education. However, there is still room for further development, such as increasing parental involvement, developing holistic Islamic-based assessments, and applying technology in Islamic learning.
