Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of compensation and work environment on discipline of employees at PT. Altrak 1978 Branch Pekanbaru. As for the population in this study were employees of PT. Altrak 1978 Branch Pekanbaru 2015 as many as 87 people. Meanwhile, all the population are the respondent of this research, so the method is cencus. Analysis of the data using quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. From the testing that has been done, simultaneous test (F-test) showed that compensation and work environment simultaneously have significant effect on the discipline of employees, while the partial test (t-test) showed that compensation and work environment partially significant effect on work discipline employee. Companies should pay more attention to discipline the employee to work with the maximum as leaders must have the courage to act decisively to apply penalties to subordinates who violate the rules. If there are employees who do not comply with work rules, the company reserves the right to give strict punishment for those employees. Sanctions here could be a suspension or dismissal of employees when the employee is no longer care for work discipline and reprimand from the boss.Keyword : Compensation, Work Environment and Discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the variables influence service quality, pricing policy towards customer satisfaction and loyalty simultaneously or partially on international futsal field services pekanbaru. This study uses the technique of accidental sampling method sampling conducted by coincidence. To determine the number of samples using Slovin formula, and obtained a sample of 96 people from a total population of 2268 people. This study uses primary data, where the data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The method used is the analysis of the path (path analysis) with SPSS version 16. Simultaneous regression (F test) showed that the independent variables (quality of service and pricing policies) simultaneously have significant effect on the dependent variable (satisfaction and loyalty. Magnitude of the effect that (R2) by these two independent variables together amounted to 85% of the dependent variable, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that service quality contributes significantly to customer satisfaction, price contributes significantly to customer satisfaction , quality of service is directly contributed significantly to customer loyalty, price directly contributes significantly to customer loyalty, service quality, price and customer satisfaction simultaneously and significantly contribute to customer loyalty at 84.4%.Keywords: Quality of Service, Price Policy, Satisfaction, Quality of Customer

Abstract

The study was conducted at PT. Puskopkar Riau Pekanbaru, with the aim to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment eithersimultaneously or partially on Employee Performance in PT. Puskopkar RiauPekanbaru. This study is a correlational study to examine the relationship between variables. The sample in this study is an employee of PT. Puskopkar Riau Pekanbaru as many as 58 people, and the data of this research is primary data derived from the questionnaire. Methods of collecting quantitative data using descriptive methods, and analysis of data using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 17. As an independent variable in this study is Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment and the dependent variable was Employee Performance. Based on the results of the F test is known that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. While based on the results of the t test is known that Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment partially significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Puskopkar Riau Pekanbaru. Based on the test results obtained by the value of the coefficient of determination R Sguare in research, then this value will be changed to the shape percent. This means that the percentage contribution of the effect of variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance in PT. Pekanbaru Riau Puskopkar 60.6%, while the remaining 39.4% influenced by variables not examined in this study.Keywords: Performance, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this research to explain the effects of Training and Work Motivation simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance at The Branch of Pekanbaru This research used pimary data that obtained from interviews and the questionnaire to all employees at The Branch of Pekanbaru Secondary data relating to organizational structure. Population in this research were all employees that consist of 81 people. Methods of analysis used in this research is the method of multiple linear regression.The results of the testing that has been done, simultaneous regression test (uji-F) suggests that Training and Work Motivation variables simultaneously have significant effect on Employee Performance. On the partial test (uji-t) results indicate that the variables of Training and Work Motivation are partially significant efeect on Employee Performance. This writer concluded that the variable of Training and Work Motivation simultaneously and partially influenced positively and significantly toward Employee Performance PT. Abstract

awareness by simultaneously and partially to effectiveness of employees in Office Department of National Election Commission (KPU) District Palalawan. The population in this study were all employees of the office inOffice Department Of National Election Commission (KPU) District Palalawan many as 53 people. The sampling is done by making all employees in the sample. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis with quantitative analysis tools that multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00. Afteranalyzing the data, simultaneous test (F-test) showed that organizational culture and work awareness have significantly influence to effectiveness employees onOffice Department of National Election Commission (KPU) District Palalawan, while the partial test (t-test) organizational culture and work awarenessby partially have significant effect on the effectiveness employees onOffice Department of National Election Commission (KPU) District Palalawan. It is expected that the management of the Office of the General Election Commission (KPU) Pelalawan in order to improve employee satisfaction, for example by providing compensation in accordance with the needs of employees, allowances and other incentives. Thus employees will feel the spirit of the work and effectiveness of employees will also increase.
