Abstract

Artikel ini memperkenalkan kelas baru interval yang disebut kelas interval natural. Perlu dijelaskan bahwa kelas dalam artikel ini bukanlah kelas yang terbentuk karena relasi ekuivalensi dan kata natural tidak merujuk pada himpunan bilangan asli. Diberikan [x,y] adalah interval tutup dari Z atau Q atau R atau Z_n dengan n<∞. Interval tutup [x,y] disebut interval naik jika x<y, interval tutup [x,y] disebut interval turun jika x>y dan interval tutup [x,y] disebut interval merosot jika x=y. Hal yang sama juga berlaku untuk interval buka, interval buka tutup dan interval tutup buka. Koleksi interval naik, interval turun dan interval merosot selanjutnya disebut kelas interval natural. Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas struktur ring yang dibangun oleh kelas interval natural beserta sifat-sifatnya. Lebih lanjut akan diberikan syarat cukup agar suatu ring kelas interval natural merupakan -ring kelas interval natural.AbstractThis paper introduces a new class of interval called the natural class of interval. Throughout this paper, the word class does not refer to class that formed by equivalence relation, and the word natural does not refer to the set of natural numbers. Let [x,y] be a closed interval from Z or Q or R or Z_n where  n<∞. If x<y then define [x,y] as increasing closed interval. If x>y then [x,y] is decreasing closed intervals and if x=y then [x,y] define  as degenerate closed interval. The same thing applied to an open interval, half open  and half closed interval. Let the collection of all increasing intervals, decreasing intervals and degenerate intervals defined as natural class of interval. This paper discuss about structure of ring generated by natural class of interval and their properties. Furthermore  we also give  several conditions of ring of natural class of interval to be -ring of natural class of interval.

Abstract

Peramalan merupakan suatu usaha untuk meramalkan keadaan di masa mendatang melalui data di masa lalu. Peramalan tentang jumlah mahasiswa baru di suatu perguruan tinggi sangat penting dalam proses perencanaan dan pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan peramalan terhadap jumlah mahasiswa baru pada Universitas Pattimura Ambon, dengan menggunakan data 10 tahun terakhir. Proses penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Ramalan Penghalusan Eksponensial Orde Dua. Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis jumlah mahasiswa baru pada tahun 2017 berdasarkan data mahasiswa baru pada tahun 2007–2016. Hasil Penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu peramalan jumlah mahasiswa pada tahun 2017 sebanyak 5049 orang.

Abstract

Stroke is a neurological function disorder caused by disruption of blood flow in the brain that arises suddenly and acutely within a few seconds or more precisely within a few hours that lasts more than 24 hours with symptoms or signs according to the affected area. Early detection of stroke usually takes a long time. With advances in technology, stroke can be prevented by detecting the risk early so that it can be treated quickly and increase the chances of recovery. The discussion of this research is about early detection of stroke risk by comparing using fuzzy logic Sugeno method and Mamdani method and using patient data at Dr. Hospital. H. Isaac Umarella. By using input variables in the form of: blood pressure, age, LDL, and blood sugar levels. Based on the results obtained from the calculation of Error with Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), the level of truth of the calculation of the Sugeno method is 87%, while the truth level of the Mamdani method is 85% so that it can be said that both methods get good results but Sugeno's fuzzy logic is superior with a value of small MAPE. In conclusion, fuzzy logic with the Sugeno method can be used in early detection of stroke risk.

Abstract

Poverty is a condition where there is a condition where there is an inability of the community to meet basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, education and health. MTB regency is one of the regions in Moluccas Province with a relatively high percentage of the poor population reaching 28.31%. The purpose of this study is to conduct poverty analysis in MTB using the MARS method. The problem of poverty is thought to be very much influenced by many factors, therefore the selection of the MARS method is considered very appropriate because it has the advantage of being able analyze high-dimensional data. The results showed the best MARS model was a combination BF=18, MI=3 and MO=0 with a minimum GCV value at 69.587. Variables that have a significant effect are the percentage RTM that do not have public toilet facilities (X5), the variable percentage of RTM that is the type of floor of a residential building made of poor quality soil / bamboo / wood (X4), and the percentage of RTM that does not own the building (X1).

Abstract

Poverty is a complex issue, for it is not only related to the low level of income and consumption, but also to the low level of education, health and powerlessness to participate in development as well as various issues that are relevant to human development. According to the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), poverty is the inability to meet certain standards of basic needs, both food and non-food. The results of BPS survey on March 2017 showed that Maluku Province is ranked 4th in the poorest province in Indonesia with a poverty percentage of 18.45% of the total population in Maluku. This study aims to analyze the number of poor people in Maluku and its affecting variables by using backward method. The results show that Southwest Maluku Regency has the highest percentage of poor people in Maluku 31.01% and Ambon City has the lowest percentage of poor people with 4.64% of the poor. While the significant variables which affecting the percentage of poor people in Maluku are the percentage of households whose fuel for cooking is from wood; the percentage of population aged 7-24 years who is not / has never attended school; the percentage of population aged 7-24 years no longer schooling; the percentage of open unemployment rate; and the percentage of labor force participation rate per Regency/City in Maluku.

Abstract

Matriks didefinisikan sebagai susunan persegi panjang dari elemen-elemen yang diatur dalam baris dan kolom. Matriks dengan elemen-elemen penyusunnya merupakan bilangan kompleks dikenal dengan matriks bilangan kompleks. Salah satu bentuk khusus dari matriks bilangan kompleks adalah matriks Skew Hermitian beserta sifat-sifatnya yang menjadikan matriks tersebut berbeda dengan matriks real. Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana mengetahui bentuk dari matriks Skew Hermitian, serta sifat-sifat aljabar matriks yang berlaku pada matriks Skew Hermitian, dengan tahapan penelitian sebagai berikut: mengubah matriks Hermitian menjadi matriks Skew Hermitian dengan cara mengenakan operasi pergandaan skalar 𝑖 (bilangan imajiner) pada matriks Hermitian, menyusun sifat-sifat dasar matriks Skew Hermitian berdasarkan sifat dan definisi dari elemen-elemen penyusunnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebuah matriks bujursangkar merupakan matriks Skew Hermitian jika setiap elemen-elemen penyusunnya merupakan bilangan kompleks beserta transpose konjugatnya dan matriks tersebut identik dengan negatif matriks transpose konjugatnya. Keterkaitannya dengan bentuk matriks lainnya juga merupakan suatu sifat yang berlaku pada matriks Skew Hermitian.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas identifikasi struktur-struktur tersebut melalui definisi dan teorema dengan tahapan sebagai berikut : mengidentifikasi struktur ring dan perkembangannya seperti lapangan, near-ring dan near-field, mengidentifikasi struktur dasar Smarandache near-ring yang dibangun oleh near-ring dengan himpunan bagian sejatinya near-field, mengidentifikasi struktur dasar Smarandache near-ring lainnya berdasarkan perkembangan struktur dasar Smarandache near-ring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur Smarandache near-ring dapat juga teridentifikasi lewat himpunan yang merupakan Grup near-ring atas near-field 𝑍2 atau 𝑍𝑝 lainnya.

Abstract

Konsep koaljabar universal yang merupakan dualitas dari aljabar dapat dipandang sebagai suatu teori dalam sistem state based. Dalam kotak hitam (black boxes), automata dan struktur Kripke yang merupakan contoh sistem state-based, struktur koaljabar merupakan penggabungan dua pemetaan yang membawa suatu state s ke pasangan elemen dari hasil kali tensor dua himpunan.
