Abstract

Water is one of the basic needs that cannot be separated from living creatures. The location of this research is in Ampek Nagari District, Agam Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the need for clean water in the next 15 years. It needs to be analyzed by projecting the population, domestic needs, non-domestic needs, average water needs and water loss. The calculation methods used to project population numbers are arithmetic, geometric and exponential methods, while distribution network analysis uses Epanet 2.0. Based on category IV, namely small cities with household connection consumption of 130 liters/person/day, the calculation of clean water needs for PDAM Tirta Antokan for domestic needs in 2023 is 45,785 lt/sec, and in 2037 it is 46,595 lt/sec, non-negotiable needs. domestic in 2023 amounting to 6,867 lt/sec.Keywords: SR; Exponential; Geometric; Arithmetic; Epanet 2.0.

Abstract

Aktivitas keseharian mulai dari mandi, minum, memasak, mencuci baju, mencuci piring. melalui survey lokasi pada zona pelayanan Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jam Gadang Kota Bukittinggi yakni zona pelayanan Kubang Putih melayani dengan sistem pompanisasi memiliki kapasitas terpasang 6 l/d disuplai dengan pipa 75 mm PVC, Pipa 50mm GIP dan Pipa 37,5mm GIP. Wilayah pelayanan perumahan Kubang Putih wilayah tersebut memiliki jaringan yang sudah berusia 25 tahun jumlah pelanggan 221 Sambungan Rumah (SR) Penelitian ini dilakukan di Perumnas Kubang Putih Kecamatan Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif-kuantitatif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja jaringan pipa distribusi air bersih di perumahan kubang putih Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jam Gadang Kota Bukittinggi dengan menggunakan simulasi Epanet 2.2. Data pola pemakaian di perumahan kubang putih diperoleh dari pencatatan debit dengan water meter induk selama 14 jam yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui fluktuasi pemakaian air pelanggan di jaringan pipa distribusi. Dari hasil pembacaan Water Meter Induk diketahui debit total selama 14 jam operasional yang masuk pada jaringan distribusi Perumahan Kubang Putih dengan debit inout rata-rata sebesar 3,4 liter/det dan debit output rata-rata 1,51 liter/det dengan pemakaian 146,88 liter/orang/hari. Debit output yang sangat besar merupakan indikasi tingkat kebocoran yang tinggi pada wilayah pelayanan perumahan Kubang Putih.Kata kunci : Air, Sumber daya alam, Pipa, Debit

Abstract

The increase in the number of vehicles owned by the community today is not in line with the growth of transportation infrastructure. This has resulted in various problems, especially traffic jams that are difficult for the government to overcome. In the Regency area, especially in Pasar Pitalah located in Nagari Pitalah, Batipuh District, Tanah Datar Regency, it is a connecting road between districts / cities. Market activity in the area causes side barriers that affect traffic flow. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of side resistance and analyze its effect on the performance of the Padang Panjang-Solok road. The study was conducted through a side obstacle survey to see traffic disturbances and a traffic volume survey to see the density of vehicles passing through the area. The calculation is based on the Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines PKJI'14 for roads outside the city. The results showed that the weight of side obstacles that occurred was 878 events, with the highest degree of saturation reaching 0.46 and the total vehicle volume of 1075 skr / hour. The capacity of the road section is 2461,7 skr / hour. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Pasar Pitalah road section belongs to a very high class of side obstacles. Therefore, it is recommended to install traffic signs and put pedestrians in order during peak days of market activity.Keywords : Side obstacles, congestion, traffic volume, PKJI'14

Abstract

Zona pelayananan reservoar bangkaweh didapat data eksisting debit yang masuk ke reservoar bangkaweh yaitu sebesar 7,05 l/dt. sumber air ini disalurkan dari sumber mata air sungai tanang,Diperlukan perangkat lunak seperti EPANET 2.2 untuk dapat membantu menganalisa sistem jaringan distribusi, kemampuan pipa melayani pelanggan ± 4.728SR ( Sambungan Rumah ) terdapat pelanggan yang non aktif sebesar ±1167 unit. luas daerah pelayanan yaitu 11512159.95 m2 ( 1151.22 Ha) ketinggian elevasi 975mdpl, Data eksisting pipa pelayanan reservoar didapati ukuran pipa DN300mm, DN250mm, DN200mm, DN150mm, DN100mm, DN75mm, didapat jumlah pemakaian pelanggan sebanyak 113.348 M3/bulan Setelah dilakukannya running test software Epanet 2.2 dengan pemakaian pola air selama 24 jam dan didapatkan pemakaian puncak pada jam 17.00 WIB Ditemukan beberapa titik yang mengalami minus angka tekanan yang disebabkan  penurunan tekanan yang tidak memenuhi standar pelayanan dan tingginya elevasi pada daerah tersebut Tekanan terendah sebesar rata-rata 10 meter air (mka)/atau 1 atm.diperlukannya penyesuaian diameter pipa distribusi untuk saat ini, Dikarenakan Q rata-rata debit yang dibutuhkan 40,19 liter/detik. Saran penulis untuk penanggulangan kekurangan debit reservoar Bangkaweh Perumda Tirta Jam Gadang Kota Bukittinggi dapat dilakukannya penambahan sumber air bersih baru atau melakukan penggiliran aliran air agar pemerataan distribusi air merata dan menyarankan pemakaiann sistem pompa booster untuk menambah tekanan  Kata kunci : Reservoar,Epanet 2.2,Jaringan pipa,Debit,SR

Abstract

A road intersection is a place for traffic flow from two or more roads to meet. The performance of the intersection must take into account the delay due to the existence of both signalless and signalized intersections. At unsignalized intersections there is congestion caused by side barriers, the high number of vehicles that are not matched by the availability Adequate road infrastructure. Analyzing the capacity and level of performance of an unsignalized intersection requires data from the field, in the form of intersection geometric data (width of each foot of the intersection), type and number of vehicles crossing the intersection after being multiplied by the passenger car equivalent number ( emp), so that the value in passenger car units (SMP) is obtained. Then the capacity and performance level of the intersection is calculated which includes the degree of saturation and delay of the intersection using the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual method (MKJI 1997). The results of the analysis showed that the capacity value (C) was 2321.033 pcu/hour, the degree of saturation (DS) was 0.41 sec/pcu, and the delay value (D) was 3.022 sec/pcu. Then obtained the level of service at the intersection of Jl. The Padang-Bukit Tinggi Sumatra route is still able to accommodate traffic volumes, because the degree of saturation (DS) is still small and the level of delay assessment is still in criterion C, so there is no need to re-calculate at the Jl. Abstract

Highways are infrastructure built to facilitate mobility and accessibility of socio-economic activities, both between cities, villages and other areas. Good road conditions will facilitate community mobility activities, if there is damage to the road, community activities will be hampered and accidents can occur. The aim of this research is to determine the types of damage and pavement index values for the Bukittinggi-Padang Highway, Pasar Koto Baru, X Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency, so that it can compare the condition values of these road sections based on two predetermined methods. The methods used are the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method and the Bina Marga method. The assessment of road conditions using the PCI method is ranked from 0-100, while the Bina Marga method is based on the order of road priority with a value range of 0-7. The types of damage found on the 2.0 km long Bukittinggi-Padang Highway, Pasar Koto Baru District Using the PCI method, the average value obtained is 77.90, which is very good road condition. In the Bina Marga method, a priority order value of 9.30 is obtained, meaning the road is under routine maintenance. Abstract

The Rectorate Building of Muhammadiyah University of West Sumatra located in Pasir Jambak, Padang City. This building is situated in a coastal area. Prior to commencing construction, a feasibility study of the land must be conducted to determine the content and condition of the soil upon which the building will be erected. To address soil subsidence caused by clayey soil, substantial bearing capacity is required to avoid significant settlement. In this case, the bearing capacity is provided by shallow foundations reinforced with bamboo piles, thus ensuring substantial support. The method employed is evaluation, which involves analyzing foundation bearing capacity using foundation bearing capacity equations, and then assessing settlement with several options for the number of bamboo piles using the Plaxis application. Based on the analysis results, soil liquefaction occurs at ground elevations of 0-3 meters. The foundation bearing capacity without piles, as determined by the Terzaghi equation, is 478 kN with a settlement of 54mm. Meanwhile, with bamboo pile reinforcement, the foundation bearing capacity for option 1 and option 2 are 705.7 kN and 925.5 kN respectively. Settlement with option 1 and option 2 is 25.7mm and 18.5mm respectively. The installation of bamboo piles at the base of this shallow foundation provides a twofold increase in soil bearing capacity compared to the original, thereby reducing settlement experienced by the shallow foundation after reinforcement.Keywords: Settlement, Foundation, Soil, Bamboo Pile.

Abstract

Roads play a very important role in people's lives in supporting the pace of the economy and regional development. If there is damage to the road it can cause an accident. The aim of this research is to determine the types of damage and index values for the Nagari Talu road, West Pasaman Regency, so that it can compare the road condition values based on two methods, namely, the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method and the Bina Marga method. The assessment of road conditions using the PCI method is ranked from 0-100, while the Bina Marga method is based on the order of road priority with a value range of 0-7. The types of damage found on the 2 km long Nagari Talu road included holes, crocodile skin cracks, longitudinal cracks, transverse cracks, patches, loose grains and wavy ones. In the PCI method, the average value of 57.14 is good road conditions. In the Bina Marga method, the priority order value is 5.35, so the road is under periodic maintenance.Keywords: Road damage analysis, PCI method, Bina Marga method, Jalan Nagari Talu West Pasaman Regency.

Abstract

Road conditions damaged on Jalan Belubus include potholes, patches, cracked crocodile skin, loose granules, cracked edges, thus disturbing the comfort and safety of road users. In this research, 2 methods are used to calculate the thickness of flexible pavement, namely the Bina Marga 2002 method and the Bina Marga 2017 method. In the 2002 Bina Marga calculation method, it was found that the thickness of the layer D1 = 5 cm, D2 = 15 cm, and D3 = 38 cm with a RAB of IDR 2,580,642,372.00. Meanwhile, in the 2017 Bina Marga calculation method, the AC WC layer = 4 cm, AC BC = 6 cm, AC Base = 10.5 cm, and LPA class A = 30 cm with a RAB worth IDR 2,382,747,906.00.
