Abstract

Abstract– Dana BOS yang dikucurkan pemerintah ke sekolah harus dipertanggung jawabkan dalam bentuk laporan sesuai dengan format yang telah ditentukan. Namun sebagian besar sekolah masih melakukan pencatatan transaksi pembukuan dana BOS secara manual, sehingga  kadang  terjadi  human error seperti kesalahan dalam  penulisan  data  yang  menyebabkan  data  menjadi  tidak  akurat  dan relevan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi sistem informasi pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Oprasional Sekolah (BOS) yang memudahkan pencatatan transaksi pembukuan pada Buku  Kas  Umum (BKU), Buku Pembantu Kas (BPK), Buku Pembantu Bank (BPB), Buku Pembantu Pajak (BPP) dan membantu Manajemen SMK Negeri 2 Pontianak dalam pelaporan penggunaan dana BOS. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk digunakan oleh Bendahara BOS dalam melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan. Dengan mengunakan Aplikasi Pelaporan Dana BOS proses pekerjaan lebih menjadi singkat dari proses pekerjaan secara manual sehingga terjadi penghematan pemakaian kusumsi energy listrik. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode pengujian black box dan hasil pengujiannya telah berjalan sesuai dengan fungsinya yang diharapkan. Hasil akhir pada penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang mampu mengatasi masalah dalam pembukuan pada laporan BOS. Keywords- BOS, Aplikasi pelaporan, BKU, BPK, BPB, BPP

Abstract

Rule of law, democracy, political parties and general election arefundamental elements to build a constitutional democracy in Indonesianconstitutional system. Political party has function to put its electedcandidates in public officials through general election system. Therefore,its powers should be restricted by court system and law. Not only, apolitical party court which should be developed, but also a generalelection court in Indonesia constitutional system. Abstract

This research aimed: first, to analyze the Indonesian Legistative Assembly performance at Municipal level Palu City’s in making provincial regulation (case study of provincial regarding local taxes). Second, to know the factors influenced the Indonesian Legistative Assembly performance at Municipal level Palu City’s in making provincial regulation (case study of provincial regarding local taxes). The research method used was descriptive qualitative, population of this research was all members os Special Committtee of the Indonesian Legistative Assembly performance at Municipal level Palu City’s, executives of NGO were 37 persons with the sample were 13 respondents determined by using sampling, the collected data was analyzed qualitatively by describing in systematically and analytically concerning the individual characteristics, facts, condition, or group. The research result sjowed the obtained scores of thr four indicators of this research were catagorized good. While the supporting factors for the the Indonesian Legistative Assembly performance at Municipal level Palu City’s were first, the willingness of members of special committee in communication involvement with related parties towards their duties, second, the members of special committee attitude and behavior, and third, the members of special committee  seriousness in doing their duties. While the restricting factors were first, the members of special committee dicipline in doing their duties, second, lack of the members of special committee ability in understanding leader’s instructions, third, limited capability of the members of special committee in using the available aquipments.

Abstract

Waste banks are really important for Indonesian Government as they help the country to deal with household waste issues. And to make sure that the waste banks will continue to exist, the government has done some monitoring regarding its adaptability. Even so, the monitoring they had done wasn’t comprehensive enough, as it is difficult to do so. The difficulty remains on the rather complex calculation needed, which can be really tedious at times, so it deemed as time consuming and not worth the time. Monitori is designed to overcome this problem, to help the user determine the adaptability value of a waste bank. Using Microsoft Excel and its Visual Basic for Application function to design it, the application is able to do all the calculation automatically, and by doing so eliminate the calculation error possibility. The application also has some preventive measure to prevent error in the data inputting process. Monitori also designed to be flexible, so it can be used on any waste bank.

Abstract

Perubahan arus lalulintas satu arah (One Way Street)  pada ruas jalan yang diterapkan Pemerintah Kota Jambi tentunya akan berimbas pada pengguna jalan  yang  semakin meningkat karena  menghubungkan ke jalan utama. Dengan semakin meningkatnya para pengguna jalan (kendaraan bermotor) maka akan mempengaruhi kinerja dan tingkat pelayanan jalan tersebut. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini memiliki tahapan-tahapan, mulai dari studi literatur dan pengumpulan data secara primer dan sekunder. Selanjutnya pengumpulan data hambatan samping dilakukan dengan menghitung dan mencatat jumlah aktivitas samping jalan pada lokasi penelitian selama periode pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh beberapa surveyor. Hasil perhitungan kecepatan arus bebas Kol. Amir Hamzah yang menggunakan arus satu arah didapat sebesar 51 km/. Derajat kejenuhan ( DS) atau tingkat pelayanan  jalan satu arah (One Way Street) Kategori C dan Kategori B, berarti arus lalu lintas masih baik (lancar)

Abstract

The study of genomic diversity in molecular level on two sub-species i.e indica andjavanica rice types were represented by cv.Pelita 1/1 and Rojolele respectively.Javanica called padi bulu due to long aunt on the grain. Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)with 17 primers have been used for detecting genomic variation between these two sub-species.Results of experiment indicated that 12 out of 17 primers showed polymorphic DNA.This study would assist plant breeder to decide,whether to improve rice quality through crossing between javanica and indica is necessary.

Abstract

A haploid breeding program was initiated to develop doubled haploid blast tolerance rice breeding via anther culture.Blast tolerant variety (Laka) was crossed with Kencana Bali (sensitive to blast).Anthers from F1 were cultured on two kind of media (combination of N6 macro salt and MS micro salt) containing 1 mg/l NAA + 0,1 mg/l kinetin called medium-1 and another one containing 1 mg/l 2,4-D + 0,1 mg/l kinetin called medium-2.Anthers were treated with cold shock (4 °C)for 5 and 10 days before cultured.Results of experiment showed that F1 plants derived anthers were able to form call Number ofplantlets were produced during anthers culture consisted of 482 green plants and 50 albinos. Most of green plants did not produced root.Root growth of plantlets were induced with 1.5-4.5 mg/l IBA in MS medium.

Abstract

Genes which were associated with flowering time to indicate the early maturity is known as heading date (Hd). Heading date six (Hd6) gene was identified from rice mutant varieties were Atomita 2, Atomita 3, Atomita 4, Bestari, Cilosari, Diah Suci, Sidenuk, Kahayan, Mayang, Meraoke, Mira-1, Pandan Putri, Superwin, Suluttan Unsrat 1, Suluttan Unsrat 2, Winongo, Woyla, Yuwono, while the rice var. Nipponbare was used as a positive control. All of rice mutant varieties derived from mutation induction by the dose of 0.2 kGy. The aim of this experiment was to find out the data base of mutant varieties which could be used as parent material with earlier maturity trait genetically. To obtain the DNA of plants, young leaves of each variety were extracted by liquid nitrogen, and then lysis and extracted by Kit Plant Genomic DNA. The amplification of DNA with 7 primers of Hd6 conducted of 40 cycles by PCR and were continues to separated by 1 % agarose. The results were shown that the rice Mira-1 and Bestari varieties obtained from mutation of Cisantana highly different from one to another on 7 primers of Hd6 used. Mayang variety from mutation of cross breeding between Cilosari and IR64, Pandan putri from Pandan wangi and Woyla from mutation of cross breeding from Atomita 2 and IR64 were highly different with those of their parents. Identification of Hd6 gene on Sidenuk variety was shown the same bands pattern with Nipponbare as control positive toward all primers used, this variety would be better for earlier maturity parent material compared to others. The information could be useful for breeding programs aiming to develop early maturing widely adaptive and high yielding rice cultivars.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak curah hujan terhadap produktivitas tanaman padi Di Desa Lambo-lemo. Dan agar dapat menemukan solusi yang tepat dalam melakukan upaya-upaya menghadapi curah hujan di Desa Lambo-lemo. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berdomisili di Desa Lambo-lemo dan pengambilan sampel dari 123 Kepala Keluarga (KK) yang menjadi populasi kemudian dipilih 25% sebagai sampel penelitian (31 Jiwa). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pembagian kuisioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dampak Curah hujan merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang menjadi penyebab menurunnya produktivitas tanaman padi desa Lambo-lemo, Hingga sampai saat ini pertanian padi Desa Lambo-lemo baru berkembang pesat dengan skala kegiatan yang sudah maju pula dan mengarah pada model bertani moderen, dan mendapatkan perhatian pemerintah setempat. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, pertanian padi Desa Lambo-lemo diharapkan dapat lebih meningkat lagi sehingga bisa memberikan peluang pekerjaan untuk masyarakat dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, juga perekonomian di desa tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat bahwa curah hujan sampai saat ini masih menjadi faktor naik, turunya produktivitas tanaman padi di Desa Lambo-lemo.

Abstract

Kegagalan suatu material yang digunakan dalam berbagai peralatan diupayakan mencari berbagai alternatif pencegahannya. Untuk mempelajari kegagalan Baja Tahan Karat Austenitik (BTKA) yang tersensitisasi akibat serangan Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) dalam larutan NaCl 297,2 gpl yang diinhibisi Na2CrO4, perlu dilakukan serngkaian pengujian yang mendukung tujuan penelitian ini. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode penambahan konstan pada temperatur 80oC, dengan varibel konsentrasi inhibitor dan tegangan starik. Hasil pengujian dalam larutan NaCl 297,2 gpl ini menunjukkan gejala adanya penurunan laju regangan dan menaikkan waktu patah material uji dengan peningkatan konsentrasi inhibitor. Pada pengujian ini dengan variasi konsentrasi dari 1 hingga 60 gpl pada tegangan awal konstan 216 MPa memberikan laju regangan terendah terjadi pada konsentrasi inhibitor 20 gpl. Untuk pengujian dengan variasi tegangan statik dari 196 hingga 268 Mpa dan konsentrasi inhibitor tertentu dalam larutan NaCl 297,2 gpl menunjukkan peningkatan laju regangan dan menpersingkat waktu patah material yang sangat signifikan. Dari hasil foto SEM dapat diketahui bahwa kegagalan material disebabkan oleh korosi intergranular yang dibantu tegangan.Kata Kunci : BTKA, SCC, inhibisi, intergranular
