Abstract

The high number of incidents of free sex that should not be necessary, abortion, transmission of sexual diseases, to the death rates of mothers and children caused by adolescent knowledge about sex education. The method used is the study of literature. Source searching is carried out systematically using electronic databases namely googlescholar, researchgate, and scienedirect. The initial theme is in accordance with the theme of the study of literature with the last 5 years publication, then the journal is filtered according to the theme. The author found 16 journals that fit the research topic. The journals used by the authors mostly use the Chi Square analysis technique. Respondent criteria used were adolescents who applied sex education. The results of the study are effective methods of providing sex education as desired. Methods of sex education targeting large groups will be more effective using lectures or seminars, while sex education targeting small groups can use individual methods, guidance and counseling as well as interviews. Sex education Giving to adolescents must be more emphasized and use the right methods, so that the attitudes of adolescents can be more positive and better.

Abstract

The phenomenon of promiscuity and public sex among Indonesian teenagers is increasingly worrying. Adolescents have the highest rate of STI infection compared to other age groups. The low level of knowledge among adolescents is one of the reasons why the  incidence of sexually transmitted diseases among adolescents is high. Health education through booklets is a way to increase knowledge for adolescents. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of health education using pamphlets in increasing adolescents' knowledge about sexually transmitted infections (STIs) in SMAS Diponegoro Tumpang, Malang Regency. The design of this study was a pretest design with a single-group pretest-posttest design. The population used was class XI SMAS Diponegoro Tumpang with a total of 89 people and a sample of 40 people using proportional stratified random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. Analyze the data using the Wilcoxon signed rank test and the results obtain p-value = 0.000, so we can conclude that the p-value is less than (0.000 0.05), we it can be concluded that there exists an effect of health education by media booklet to increase adolescents' knowledge about sexually transmitted infections (STIs) at SMAS Diponegoro Tumpang, Malang Regency. In addition to being easy to read anytime, anywhere, textbooks also have another advantage: they have images that can attract and arouse the interest of educational subjects in reading.

Abstract

Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) merupakan uji modern untuk menguji performa keterampilan klinis dan kompetensi mahasiswa secara terstruktur yang spesifik dan objektif. Persiapan penyelenggaraan OSCE di Jurusan Kebidanan Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang belum secara optimal memanfaatkan media informasi digital yang secara terintegrasi dapat memberikan informasi, data, gambar, file yang ditampilkan pada fitur-fitur di media digital, salah satunya website. Hal ini dapat berdampak pada tidak maksimalnya pencapaian nilai uji kompetensi mahasiswa yang berakibat pada menurunnya capaian lulusan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu mengembangkan website OSCE sebagai unsur penunjang dalam persiapan penyelenggaraan OSCE di Jurusan Kebidanan Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Malang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode R&D yang meliputi langkah: penggalian potensi masalah, mengumpulkan informasi, desain produk, pengujian desain, perbaikan desain, dan uji coba produk. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Agustus sampai dengan September 2023. Hasil uji coba website OSCE pada mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Profesi Bidan sebanyak 49 orang diketahui bahwa sebagian besar responden (67,35%) menilai bahwa website OSCE cukup layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran digital dalam persiapan OSCE. Perlu adanya langkah perbaikan website OSCE dari saran/ masukan responden dan langkah pengembangan website dengan melakukan uji pemakaian website OSCE menggunakan sampel penelitian yang lebih banyak sehingga website OSCE dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat luas.
