Abstract

User interface (UI)/user experience (UX) is one part of the stages in the development of the system to produce interactive and attractive web-based application layouts so that it is easy to understand and use by users. In this research, a case study was conducted on early childhood in PAUD Kuntum Mekar. The design of the UI/UX model for holistic integrative PAUD monitoring becomes one of the solutions to help parents and teachers. The method used to design UI/UX is the task centered system design (TCSD) approach starting from the stages; 1) identification scope of use, 2) user centered requirement analysis, 3) design and scenario, and 4) walkthrough evaluate, the method used for system testing is user satisfaction, and heuristic usability. The purpose of this study is the UI/UX design with TCSD can provide valid data needs of each actor based on the assignment and design of the story board of the developed system. The results of this research are UI/UX model design for integrative holistic PAUD monitoring application.

Abstract

In determining the decision needed an appropriate and fast method. One of them is the method that will be used in this research, the TOPSIS Method. in this case determine the assessment of student kindergarten model will be processed by the method. The first stage is to determine the criteria namely; creative, good manners, flexibility of speech, discipline and honesty. then each criterion is given a weight which is processed by the TOPSIS method. The importance of the criteria is determined by the assessment team or the teacher who is considered an expert here. After the weighting of the criteria evaluation is then conducted a validation test or competency test that determines whether or not the criteria are met. If it is feasible, student data can be made to determine the students' role models. The of student kindergarten are not students who are smart based on academics but rather are characteristic. Where the characteristics of education from an early age is very important to determine the development of a child's soul into a man of good character. From the results of the study as a recommendation to determine the assessment of student kindergarten can use the TOPSIS method. The results of calculations with the topsis method determine the criteria of the student kindergarten, the results are: M. Reyhan (4.009), M. Hilmansyah (1.220), Cindy Clarisa (1.139), Michael (0.560) and Alika (0.516). So that the highest preference in determining pupils or role models is M. Reyhan and the lowest is Alika.

Abstract

Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan oleh manusia sebagai media untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi secara tepat berdasarkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman seorang pakar kandungan dan pakar gizi. Proses pengetahuan data pakar disimpan dalam basis pengetahuan yang disertai aturan berdasarkan konklusi yang telah ditetapkan oleh kami untuk dijadikan sebagai referensi. Hasil dari pelacakan data kemudian diinformasikan kepada pengguna sistem dalam hal ini wanita hamil (wamil) yang ingin mengetahui menu sehat dan nutrisi tambahan. Banyak wanita hamil yang jarang berkonsultasi ke dokter kandungan atau ahli gizi karena sibuk dengan pekerjaan rutinnya dan biaya yang dikeluarkan cukup mahal. Hal ini mengakibatkan wamil tidak dapat mengontrol perkembangan dan kebutuhan gizi serta nutrisi bagi janin yang dikandungnya. Berdasarkan hal tersebut kami merancang aplikasi sistem pakar untuk mengetahui menu sehat wamil menggunakan metode cooper sebagai acuan perhitungan yang dimasukkan kedalam mesin inferensi. Parameter yang digunakan sistem pakar pada penelitian ini adalah: 1) usia wamil; 2) tri semester, usia kandungan; 3) perhitungan gizi; 4) berat ideal wamil berdasarkan tinggi badan; 5) hitung kalori minimal; dan 6) hitung kalori berdasarkan aktifitas wamil. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk aplikasi pakar menggunakan pendekatan forward chaining dengan DFS untuk mekanisme pelacakan datanya. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah berupa desain model sistem pakar kebutuhan menu dan nutrisi bagi wamil dengan pendekatan metode cooper yang bertujuan memudahkan wamil mendapatkan informasi dengan cepat dan tepat. AbstractThe expert system is one of the applications used by humans as a media to acquire precise data and information based on obstetricians and nutritionist’s knowledge and experience. The expert’s instruction is stored in a knowledge base accompanied by rules based on a fixed conclusion for references. The result of the data trace is informed to a system user. In this case pregnant woman who wanted to know the healthy menu and additional nutrition. Many pregnant women rarely consult obstetricians and nutritionist due to their routine and the high cost of it. This caused pregnant women cannot control their nutrition growth as well as and their baby’s nutrition. Based on that case, we design an expert system to know suitable healthy menu for a pregnant woman using cooper’s method. The menu of pregnant woman is calculated using the following parameters: 1) The age of pregnant women; 2) The third month of pregnancy; 3) Nutrition calculation; 4) Ideal weights of pregnant women based on their heights; 5) Minimum calorie count of pregnant women; and 6) Calorie count of pregnant women based on their activities. While the method used for the expert system application is based on forwarding chaining approach with DFS as it is data tracking system mechanism. The output resulted from this research is a model design of the expert system to find a suitable healthy menu and additional nutrition for pregnant women with cooper’s method as an approach, intended to help pregnant women to acquire quick and accurate information.

Abstract

Abstract. The Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 Year 2008 About Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) One point in clause 4 says that empowerment for UMKM is very necessary in order to increase self-reliance, togetherness and entrepreneurship, and one item in clause 5 says that grow and develop the ability of UMKM into a strong and independent business. Based on the above, the objectives and targets of the program of community service activities performed by servants in the sub-district of Cigadung subdistrict Karang Tanjung Pandeglang Banten are: 1) to increase the growth rate of sales of home business actors by utilizing ICT as a medium of marketing products on-line; 2) to improve the quality of life, independence, and economic welfare hence required assistance and big involvement of the local government tools, as well as various parties including institutions of higher education as a form of dedication to the community is needed concrete support. The methods to be used in this PPM program are lecture / exposure methods and practices to provide insight into marketing strategies by utilizing ICTs, and creating e-commerce websites. The resulting output is a product of e-commerce website that can be utilized by home-based business actors to be able to update products offered at any time with reference to marketing strategy.Keywords: UMKM, e-commerce, on-line salesAbstrak. Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2008 Tentang Usaha Mikro, Kecil, Dan Menengah salah satu butir pada pasal 4 mengatakan bahwa pemberdayaan bagi UMKM sangat diperlukan dalam rangka meningkatkan kemandirian, kebersamaan dan kewirausahaan, serta salah satu butir pada pasal 5 mengatakan bahwa menumbuhkan dan mengembangkan kemampuan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah menjadi usaha yang tangguh dan mandiri. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tujuan dan target dari program kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan pengabdi diwilayah kelurahan Cigadung kecamatan Karang Tanjung Pandeglang Banten adalah: 1) untuk meningkatkan laju pertumbuhan penjualan pelaku usaha rumahan dengan memanfaatkan TIK sebagai media memasarkan produk secara on-line; 2)  untuk meningkatkan  kualitas hidup, kemandirian, dan kesejahteraan ekonomi maka diperlukan pendampingan dan keterlibatan yang besar dari perangkat pemerintah daerah, serta berbagai pihak termasuk institusi perguruan tinggi sebagai wujud pengabdian kepada masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan dukungannya secara kongkrit. Metode yang digunakan dalam program kegiatan PPM ini adalah metode ceramah/paparan dan praktek untuk memberikan masukkan tentang strategi pemasaran dengan memanfaatkan TIK, dan membuat website e-commerce. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah sebuah produk berupa website e-commerce yang bisa dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku usaha rumahan untuk dapat mengupdate produk-produk yang ditawarkan setiap saat dengan mengacu pada strategi pemasaran.Kata Kunci: UMKM, e-commerce, penjualan on-line,

Abstract

Community service in the field of e-commerce aims to strengthen the purchasing power of Small and Medium Enterprises products, one of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) targeted is Rumah Jambu Bojong Gede Bogor through the implementation of Web-based E-Commerce and assistance using the use of information technology on the Business Small Medium House Guava in District Bojong Gede - Bogor, thus increasing economic independence through surrounding communities in order to improve the utilization of information technology and internet in marketing activities globally. The issues raised are the improvement of sales service, marketing, product ordering from consumers. The solution offered is the creation of E-Commerce application made based on web technology by introducing wordpress as one of the websites and blogs that can be used partners for free or paid, the introduction of online stores so that Small and Medium Enterprises can also register online stores for free. Application of the application to partners through transfer knowledge through training and partner assistance in using E-commerce applications. Stages of the implementation of dedication starts from the Identification and Situation Analysis, Information Exclusion of Partner Problems, Website Creation Training, Uploading and Content Filling Training Website so that in the future the partner of Small and Medium Enterprises can fill the content independently in the future, and Evaluate Use of Website. The expected results of the dedication of Small and Medium Enterprises can promote the product and increase the sales results that have been prepared through e-commerce.Kata Kunci: Model Endapan, Karakteristik Lokasi, Good Mining Practice

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make decisions using the Analytical Hierarchy Prosess (AHP) method in determining the best village. Criteria for determining the best village; namely Community Economy, Public Health, Education, Security and Order and Community Institutions. The results of the calculations using the AHP method in the paired criteria comparison matrix, calculate the eigenvalue until the consistency test. The results of the calculation criteria obtained are: Public Health (45%), Community Economy (24%), Education (16%), Security and Order (9%) and Community Institutions (6%). So that the highest criteria obtained are public health and the lowest, namely community institutions

Abstract

The use of information technology, especially in education, is very important today, because almost all educational institutions use technology to support the performance of employees and teachers. Academic data processing in educational institutions, especially in early childhood education needs to be considered because currently in implementing student data processing is still done manually. Manual data collection is considered quite slow because it requires very high accuracy to reduce the occurrence of errors, duplication of data, and to maintain the accuracy of the data. Data recording and reports on ledgers often experience loss because each year the data continues to increase and it is difficult to find and require long student data. The solution to the problems that occur in early childhood education is to build a website-based academic data processing information system that can adjust to needs and overcome problems that occur. So, the purpose of this study is to design a website-based academic data processing information system to facilitate PAUD in processing student academic data. In developing this system using the prototype method and the programming language PHP. The results of the study show that the use of the prototype method is very helpful in the design process where it functions in the relationship between the user and the designer in order to know what is needed so that the application built will be appropriate and can function as a medium of information and communication to parents of students with schools and to help PAUD processing student data

Abstract

Kemajuan dan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang begitu cepat, teknologi informasi mentransformasi diri keberbagai aspek kehidupan. Seperti sekarang banyak lembaga atau instansi yang memanfaatkan sistem informasi sebagai alat bantu yang digunakan untuk menunjang perkembangan dan kinerja khususnya pada aspek pendidikan. Lembaga bimbingan dan konseling pada SMA Malahayati memberikan berbagai layanan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran dan pengembangan serta pembentukan karakter siswa di sekolah. Diantara layanannya adalah melakukan peminatan dan alat ungkap masalah (AUM). Belum adanya sistem aplikasi yang membantu Guru BK dalam menentukan peminatan dan alat ungkap masalah siswa sehingga proses pengumpulan dan pengelolaan informasi membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Berdasarkan hal tersebut tujuan dari rancang bangun sistem informasi konseling ini adalah untuk membantu Guru BK dalam mengatasi permasalahan mengenai pengumpulan data, pengolahan hasil tes AUM, pengolahan peminatan siswa dan penyajian informasi yang cepat dan akurat. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu Rappid Application Development (RAD) dan menggunakan alat penggambaran sistem Unified Modelling Language (UML). Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem aplikasi sistem informasi konseling berbasis web menggunakan Framework Codeigniter dan MySQL.

Abstract

Sistem Validasi merupakan suatu perkembangan teknologi informasi bidang industri penerbangan untuk menunjang suatu maskapai penerbangan dalam menjalankan proses bisnis yang sesuai dengan tata kelola perusahaan yang baik atau Good Corporate Governance (GCG). Fungsinya dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan kebutuhan suatu maskapai penerbangan. Tujuan penelitian dan perancangan ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Analisis Data AIRCOM Datalink dan Sistem Validasi Tagihan Biaya dari Penyedia Layanan Komunikasi Datalink yang dapat mengelola dan menghitung data AIRCOM Datalink pada suatu maskapai penerbangan. Sistem Validasi dirancang menggunakan framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP dan HTML dan Bootstrap untuk tampilan sistem. Sistem Validasi dapat menampilkan hasil perhitungan penggunaan layanan komunikasi Datalink sehingga proses validasi tagihan lebih mudah dilakukan.

Abstract

Proses pendaftaran program MBKM pada Fakultas Ilmu Komputer masih menggunakan google form sebagai media untuk mengisi formulir, oleh karena diperlukannya teknologi informasi untuk membuat suatu sistem berupa aplikasi pendaftaran kegiatan program MBKM. Aplikasi pendaftaran kegiatan program MBKM menggunakan framework Laravel yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk membangun situs web untuk mahasiswa melakukan pendaftaran program MBKM, memilih dosen pembimbing, mendapatkan informasi seleksi, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data pendaftaran. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metodologi prototyping yang berfungsi sebagai gambaran dari aplikasi yang dibuat, kemudian dirancang menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) dan dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dengan MySQL sebagai server basis datanya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi pendaftaran kegiatan program MBKM yang dapat digunakan oleh mahasiswa, admin, dosen pembimbing, wadek bidang 3, dan ketua program studi. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat meminimalisir masalah yang ada seperti duplikasi data dan rentan terjadinya kesalahan.
