Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini: Faktor anthropometri meliputi tinggi badan, berat badan, panjang tungkai, faktor biomotor yang meliputi kekuatan otot perut, fleksibilitas togok dan Faktor biomotor kecepatan, kekuatan power otot tungkai, koordinasi mata dan kaki, kelincahan, daya tahan berpengaruh dominan terhadap keterampilan bermain sepak takraw. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, data dianalisis program statistik komputerisasi Amos dan SPSS 22. Populasi dalam penelitian ini atlet pelatda PON sepak takraw putra Jawa Tengah. Instrumen penelitian:(1)lembar tes anthropometri dan biomotor (2)lembar tes (servis, sepak sila, sepak kura, heading, memaha, umpan, smesh). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor anthropometri tinggi badan tidak berpengaruh dengan probabilitas 0,572, berat badan berpengaruh dengan probabilitas 0,035, panjang tungkai berpengaruh dengan probabilitas 0,009, kekuatan otot perut tidak berpengaruh dengan probabilitas 0,728, power otot tungkai dengan probabilitas 0,003. Faktor biomotor kecepatan berpengaruh dengan probabilitas 0,044, koordinasi mata dan kaki berpengaruh dengan probabilitas 0,021, kelincahan berpengaruh dengan probabilitas 0,004, fleksibilitas togok tidak berpengaruh dengan probabilitas 0,760, daya tahan berpengaruh dengan probabilitas 0,029. Simpulan penelitian ini faktor anthropometri yang berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan bermain sepak takraw: berat badan, panjang tungkai, power otot tungkai, sedangkan faktor biomotor yang berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan bermain sepak takraw: kecepatan, koordinasi mata dan kaki, kelincahan, daya tahan.

Abstract

Tennis is a sport that has a high level of skill complexity. Therefore, increasing mastery of punch techniques especially the forehand groundstroke and the backhand groundstroke techniques is essential. The purpose of this study is to examine the level of forehand and backhand groundstroke skills of students of Physical Education, Sport, Health and Recreation (PJKR) department, Health science Faculty, Jenderal Sudirman University (UNSOED), using block and random practice training method. Research employs experimental methods. The research sample is 2017 class male students of PJKR FIKES UNSOED using the purposive random sampling technique. The research instrument employs Dyer Tennis Test, with a validity of 0.85 and a reliability of 0.90. Moreover, data analysis uses a prerequisite test consisting of normality and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing applies t test with a significance of 0.05. The results is random practice method has better effect compared to block practice method in improving the students forehand groundstroke and backhand groundstroke technical skills.

Abstract

This study aimed to overview student fitness as detected from the Healthy Fitness Zone with the aspects measured were Body Fat Percentage, Body Mass Index, and Aerobic Capacity. This research method is descriptive correlational. The subjects of this study were 68 physical education students. The norm used in this study is the Fitnessgram to observe the Healthy Fitness Zone (HFZ) in students. The results showed that the students' fitness was high-grade with the percentage of BFP who were in the HFZ criteria of 91.2%, BMI in the HFZ criteria of 72.1%, and Aerobic Capacity in the HFZ criteria of 80.9%. Meanwhile, the correlation shows a significant relationship, with the value of Correlation (R) = 0.570 and sig. = 0.000 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between Body Mass Index and Body Fat Percentage with the Aerobic Capacity of physical education students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of shooting free throws which were analyze biomecally using kinovea software and to find out details of the angle (degrees) resulting from shooting free throw. Design of this research is descriptive quantitative with persentage by analizyng the free throw shooting motion which is 4 categorized; result of point shooting by applying the BEEF principle, shooting result point not applying the BEEF principle, shooting result no point but applying the BEEF principle, shooting result no point and no applying BEEF principle. The population are who were members of the UKM basketball Jenderal Soedirman University. The sample in this reseacrh amounted to 30 people. The analysis shooting motion the incoming ball free throw by applying the BEEF principle gets the highest percentage results, 46.6%; Balance of 83.90°, Elbow 89.21°, all off sample of this category is focused on the target shooting, follow through 179.98°. Shooting free throw by applying the correct BEEF principle will get a greater percentage of balls in than not applying. Of course with the support other dominant factors such as mental, self efficacy and antropometry.
