<![CDATA[as economic growth, infrastructure and government policies. Infrastructure is built by the state through capital expenditure. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital expenditure allocation and economic growth to human development index in Riau district/city 2014-2016. Data processing by path analysis using SPSS version 21. The result of research shows that capital expenditure allocation has direct influence to economic growth in district/city of Riau Province. The allocation of capital expenditure does not have a direct impact on the human development index, while the economic growth directly affects the human development index. And the allocation of capital expenditures indirectly significantly influence the Human Development Index through economic growth.Keywords: allocation of capital expenditure, economic growth, Human Development Index (HDI)]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract Progress an area can be shown by good economic growth, in which one of the factors that influence economic growth is investment, the indicators is capital expenditure issued by local governments. Capital expenditure is also affected by whether or not the financial performance. This study aimed to determine the influence of regional financial performance impact allocation of capital expenditure and economic growth. Data analysis methods using Path Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) Program. <![CDATA[This research develops and tests the relationship between marketing mix and family with the creation of brand loyalty. The researcher proposes a conceptual framework in which marketing mix and family are related to the dimensions of brand equity, namely perceived quality, brand awareness, brand association. These dimensions are then linked to brand loyalty. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 208 respondents with only 203 valid respondents. Data collection techniques with incidental sampling method. PLS (Partial Least Square) data analysis was used in this study. The results showed that advertising, price, promotion of distribution and family intensity significantly influence the perception of quality. Advertising, distribution intensity and family are also proven to have a significant effect on brand awareness. Whereas the brand association is proven to be only a significant family influence while advertising does not affect the brand association. Brand awareness has no significant effect on brand loyalty, but on the contrary brand association and perceived quality have a significant effect on brand loyalty.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of product innovation and service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at Honda motorcycle customers in Kampar Regency. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires collected from 105 consumers of Honda motorcycles in the Kampar Regency. The technique of sampling uses non-probability sampling and sample selection by purposive sampling. The data processing methods in this research are validity, reliability, the goodness of fit using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Amos, and path analysis using the Sobel test. This study found that product innovation and service quality significantly affected customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Product innovation and service quality have no direct effect on customer loyalty. Product innovation and service quality significantly affect customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[Salah satu upaya yang bisa dilakukan dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa adalah dengan mendorong gerak ekonomi desa melalui kewirausahaan. Kewirausahaan di desa dapat diwadahi dengan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUM Desa) yang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat desa. BUM Desa Sekapur Sirih terletak di Kabupaten Pelalawan. Pengurus BUM Desa memiliki kewajiban membuat laporan keuangan sebagai bentuk pertanggungjawaban kepada seluruh masyarakat desa dan Kepala Desa. Rata-rata pengurus BUM Desa Sekapur Sirih tidak memiliki latar belakang pendidikan akuntansi dan mereka rata-rata hanya tamatan Sekolah Menengah Atas. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan pelatihan laporan keuangan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman pengurus tentang konsep akuntansi dan penyusunan laporan. Laporan Keuangan BUM Desa setidaknya terdiri atas buku kas harian, laporan rugi/laba dan laporan posisi keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah dengan penyampaian materi, tanya jawab dan simulasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, pengurus sudah mampu memahami pentingnya membuat laporan keuangan, tujuan dan manfaat pencatatan, nomor golongan atau akun transaksi dan mencatat transaksi ke kas harian hingga menyusun laporan keuangan BUM Desa simpan pinjam.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, the coffee shop is one of the growing trends in the coffee businesses that are of great interest, not only in Pekanbaru but throughout Indonesia, the existence of a coffee shop business is increasing growth. However, in early 2020, the world faced Covid 19 pandemic that is greatly impacting the life aspects including the coffee shop business. This research aims to know the opportunities and challenges as the reference for the owner to run the business ahead in Covid 29 Pandemic and to be more creative to take advantage of its opportunities and challenges to keep the business survived and to make a profit. The Descriptive qualitative analysis was employed in this research with a SWOT framework. Primary and secondary data were used in this research, it was obtained from observation and in-depth interview related to opportunities and challenges of coffee shop business in Covid 19 Pandemic and also the distribution of the questionnaire. SWOT analysis and SWOT matrix show that the Coffee Shop business in Pekanbaru is in cell 1 (Grow and Build). <![CDATA[This service aims to provide knowledge to the residents of the hill realm village, especially members of the Bukit realm Village Owned Enterprise so that they can maximize the benefits of the existence of the BUMdes that they have and are able to manage and develop the BUMdes in order to help provide initial business capital to cooperative members, namely the residents of the hill village. realm, so that in the future many hill village residents can enter the business world and for those who already have a business, can take advantage of the existence of BUMdes that they have to advance and develop their business. Village-Owned Enterprises are village businesses that are managed by the village government and are legal entities. The village government can establish village-owned enterprises of the same age as the needs and potentials of each village. The formation of village-owned enterprises is determined by village regulations. The management of village-owned enterprises consists of the village government and the local community. The capital of village-owned enterprises can come from the village government, community savings, government assistance, provincial governments and district/city governments, loans, or other party's capital participation or profit-sharing cooperation on the basis of mutual benefit. Village-owned enterprises can make loans, which can be done after obtaining BPD approval. Until now, most BUMDes are still standing and do not have productive business activities due to various problems that have prevented BUMdes from growing as expected. In Bukit Ranah Village there is a Village-Owned Business Entity which is a legal entity whose members are residents of the hill realm village itself.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of Debt Ratio, Cash Flow Ratio, Capital Turnover Ratio on liquidity in general insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2019. In recent years, the financial industry, especially the Indonesian insurance sector, has been faced with a number of problems that have caused insurance companies to experience problems in terms of liquidity and insolvency. Based on purposive sampling, the number of samples used in the study were 14 companies from 42 observation companies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The results showed that the Debt Ratio and Capital Turnover Ratio had no effect on the company's liquidity. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini dikembangkan mengingat kesulitan mahasiswa dalam memahami keterkaitan antar sub bab laporan keuangan konsolidasi pada Mata kuliah akuntansi lanjutan. Ini mengakibatkan rendahnya motivasi dan hasil belajar Mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan metode Mind Mapping dan Problem Based Learning terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar pada mahasiswa D3 Akuntansi STIE Persada Bunda. Penggunaan metode pembelajaran dimaksud memang sudah umum dan sering di jumpai pada prodi pendidikan dan mata pelajaran tingkat sekolah. Namun sangat jarang dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di bangku perkuliahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji beda analisis motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol yang diolah menggunakan metode Paired sample test dengan SPSS versi 21. Hasil analisis uji beda motivasi belajar menggunakan uji-t diperoleh nilai t -14,692 dengan sig = 0,000. Artinya penggunaan Mind Mapping dan Problem Based Learning memiliki pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap motivasi belajar siswa dibandingkan dengan metode konvensional. Dan hasil uji beda analisis hasil belajar diperoleh nilai t-test sebesar -16,533 dengan sig 0,000. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif penggunaan metode Mind Mapping dan Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa secara meyakinkan. Hasil penelitian ini bisa dijadikan masukan bagi para dosen agar bisa terus berinovasi dalam menerapkan metode dalam proses belajar mengajar, sehingga kemampuan mahasiswa dapat ditingkatkan.]]>
