Abstract

Abstract The tourism sector is one sector that is utilized by various regions in Indonesia in increasing the independence and prosperity of its people. especially in the current era of regional autonomy, the Regional Government of Kediri Regency needs to develop the tourism sector as an effort to increase Local Revenue (PAD). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the condition of tourism in the District of Kediri, the development of the tourism sector, the factors that influence tourism development, as well as the obstacles experienced in developing tourism as an effort to increase the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) of Kediri Regency. The instrument in this study used interview guidelines conducted by direct observation of the research subjects. Based on the results of research and discussion that the condition of tourism in the area of ​​Kediri Regency has enormous potential as one of the supporting sectors of regional development. Tourism development has a large enough potential to continue to be increased so that it contributes to the increase in input on the Regional Original Revenue (PAD). Factors that influence the development of the tourism sector include established regulations, qualified and competent human resources, budget funds, and real participation from the community. Obstacles related to the development of the tourism sector are the low quality of Human Resources (HR) as a manager of tourism and tourism objects, the limited facilities and infrastructure as well as the marketing network, and the non-optimal management and development of the tourism potential of Kediri Regency. Abstract

Pendirian BUMDes dimaksudkan sebagai upaya bersama antara masyarakat dengan pemerintah desa, untuk mengembangkan potensi Desa dan kebutuhan masyarakat guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan seluruh masyarakat dan berkontribusi bagi pendapatan desa. Pengembangan usaha Bumdes memerlukan strategi yang tepat dalam mengelola potensi kekayaan desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan Peran usaha Bumdes dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di lokasi usaha Bumdes Karya Nyata Desa Keboireng Kecamatan Besuki Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Peran usaha Bumdes dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui potensi desa hasil pertanian yang di kelola oleh UMKM dibantu oleh Bumdes dalam mengembangankan usaha UMKM .Potensi UMKM dan serapan bagi masyarakat adalah menciptakan lapangan kerja dan usaha baru, sedang peran bumdes untuk pengembangan UMKM penguatan modal melalui usaha simpan pinjam dan financial teknologi, market place melalui web side dan usaha bersama. Melalui pengembangan usaha Bumdes kesejahteraan Masyarakat meningkat dengan dibuktikan adanta peningkatan PAD dan penurunan jumlah keluarga Pra KS.

Abstract

The never-ending COVID-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact on the global realm. All industrial and office sectors in Indonesia also feel the influence. Especially in the management of human resources clearly has a great importance in this era of the COVID-19 pandemic. Like the judiciary in Indonesia, which is in a dilemma, on the one hand, it must obey dynamic government regulations in order to accelerate the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, but on the other hand, it must maintain loyalty as human resources who are involved in judicial institutions with demands for implementation. (eight) main values of the supreme court. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at how and what factors can affect the increase in the loyalty of an employee within the judiciary of the Republic of Indonesia. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the completion of path analysis. The results obtained in this study are concrete evidence that shows a direct influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, but this study did not succeed in proving an indirect effect through the mediating variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas pelayanan rekam medis terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis kualitas pelayanan rekam medis terhadap tingkat kepuasan pasien di Rumah Sakit Gigi dan Mulut IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan wawancara dan kuisioner sebanyak 40 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hal ini terlihat dari besarnya nilai Fhitung variabel X (dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty) terhadap Y (Kepuasan Pasien) sebesar 6,638 > Ftabel 3,510. Dimensi kualitas pelayanan yang memiliki hubungan paling kuat dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien adalah Reliability. Besarnya hubungan Reliability dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien dengan thitung 2,812. Kesimpulan (1)Dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hal ini terlihat dari besarnya nilai Fhitung variabel X (dimensi tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan emphaty) terhadap Y (Kepuasan Pasien), (2) Dimensi Tangibles berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan rekam medis di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri, (3) Dimensi Reliability berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan rekam medis di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri. (4) Dimensi Responsiveness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan rekam medis di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri, (5) Dimensi Assurance berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan rekam medis di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri, (6) Dimensi Emphaty berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dalam pelayanan rekam medis di RSGM IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri.

Abstract

One of the roles of human resources is reflected in the duties of the government apparatus (ASN) in various aspects in this pandemic era becoming more complex due to the demands of changing times and new work patterns. The purpose of this study was to analyze competence, individual character, work ethic and communication on work effectiveness through the organizational climate during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a quantitative research in the form of explanatory research with causality. The population of this research is the entire apparatus of the General Section of Blitar Regency, totaling 37 employees. Sampling in this study was carried out with saturated samples or called total sampling. The analytical tool used in this study is path analysis which is assisted by using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of the research carried out are related to competence, individual character, work ethic and communication on work effectiveness through the organizational climate during the covid-19 pandemic, it can be concluded that there are 2 The hypothesis that has no effect is work ethic on work effectiveness through organizational climate and work ethic on work effectiveness variables.

Abstract

Human resources are seen as having an increasingly large role for the success of an organization, although at this time the rapid development of technology also affects the progress and success of a company (Anwar, 2021). OCB is a term used to identify employee behavior. The achievement of job satisfaction and OCB in employees are two aspects that are highly expected by the organization. Organizations that are able to make their employees have job satisfaction will produce employees who show a positive attitude towards their work. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can arise from various factors in the organization, one of which is the existence of high organizational commitment from employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Performance Through Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Intervening Variables (Case Study of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Unit V). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Unit V, either directly or indirectly. The population used is 115 employees consisting of four age groups, namely under 25 years, 25 years to 37 years, 38 years to 50 years, and above 50 years. Data analysis in this study used inferential data analysis, measurement model (outer model), structural model (inner model), descriptive statistical analysis model, path analysis method, hypothesis testing, mediation testing, and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., Organizational culture is able to increase the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., organizational culture has an influence on OCB, organizational commitment is not able to improve the performance of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., OCB acts as a partial mediation on employee performance, and organizational commitment does not act as a mediation on employee performance at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Units V.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the launch of a new innovation from BKN, namely E-Kinerja which is used as a monitoring of the performance of ASN employees, in accordance with Government Circular number 16/SE/VII/20205/SE/V/ 2020. Apart from the E-Kinerja system, other things that can be done are: influencing performance improvement is competence, both of which become important variables with the addition of an intervening variable, namely motivation which is still interesting to study. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of E-Kinerja and Competence on Performance. In addition, to analyze the effect of implementing E-Kinerja and Competence on Performance through Motivation. This study uses quantitative research methods with 31 employees as respondents. The data analysis method uses validity and reliability tests, while the classical assumption test uses heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test and normality test and is equipped with path analysis using trimming theory. The results of this study are E-Kinerja has no significant effect on motivation, competence has a significant effect on motivation, E-Kinerja has no significant effect on performance, competence has no effect on performance, motivation has a positive effect on performance. , E-Kinerja through motivation has an effect on performance, competence through motivation has an effect on performance.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Strategy for Empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) During the Covid 19 Pandemic In Blitar City". The impact of covid-19, especially in Blitar City, has caused many economic sectors to experience a decline in turnover and some have even gone out of business. Several food and beverage-based sectors were also affected by the lockdown and PPKM implemented by the government. The economy of the community is sluggish and has an impact on the decline in regional income. The purpose of the study was to find out the description and strategies of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Blitar City. The method used is qualitative with SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the recommendations for the strategy of MSMEs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Blitar City were based on the results of calculations. QSPM analysis shows that the highest TAS value is an alternative strategy of ""Increasing business capital assistance for MSMEs that remain productive to expand marketing through online sales" and "Providing business capital assistance for affected MSMEs in order to maintain their business conditions"..

Abstract

The City of Kediri is one of the leading exporters of commodities. The largest Betta fish producing area is in the Pesantren District, Kediri City. The role of the regional and central government is given as an effort to develop the betta fish business. This study aims to analyze the role of the government in developing the betta fish business in Kediri City with qualitative methods. One of the efforts made by the local government of the city of Kediri is to designate the Ketami village as the Harmoni Betta Village. Meanwhile, the central government has designated Kediri City as an aquaculture village. The government's role is in the form of activities and the provision of infrastructure for betta fish cultivators. Synergy is needed between programs from each agency so that the betta fish business development can run optimally.

Abstract

Kinerja organisasi publik, khususnya Bea dan Cukai dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain learning organization budaya organisasi, dan sistem pengukuran kinerja, serta menggunakan kinerja pegawai sebagai variable mediasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh learning, budaya organisasi dan sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di Bea Cukai Kediri, dengan membagikan kuesioner penelitian ke 80 orang pegawai KPPBC TMC Kediri sebagai responden. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil pengolahan data membuktikan bahwa indikator variabel telah memenuhi uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta model memenuhi kriteria goodness of fit. Berdasarkan sepuluh hipotesis yang diuji, tiga hipotesis diterima dan tujuh hipotesis ditolak. Budaya organisasi dan sistem pengukuran kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, tetapi tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Learning Organization memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi, tetapi tidak ditemukan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kinerja pegawai tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kinerja pegawai tidak terbukti memediasi pengaruh learning organization budaya organisasi,dan sistem pengukuran kinerja terhadap kinerja organisasi. Kata Kunci: Learning Organization; Budaya Organisasi; Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja;Kinerja Pegawai; Kinerja Organisasi.
