Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of religiousity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by organizational commitment in KSPPS BMD Syariah Madiun. The statistical analysis used includes the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and path analysis. The results showed that religiosity had a positive effect on OCB, but did not have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive influence on OCB but has not been proven to mediate the relationship of religiosity and OCB. This study provides a new conclusion that organizational commitment is not a mediator of religiosity and OCB relations. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiositas terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dimediasi komitmen organisasional di KSPPS BMD Syariah Madiun. Analisis statistik yang digunakan meliputi uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiositas memiliki efek positif pada OCB, tetapi tidak memiliki efek positif pada komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif pada OCB tetapi tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan religiositas dan OCB. Studi ini memberikan kesimpulan baru bahwa komitmen organisasi bukanlah mediator hubungan religiositas dan OCB

Abstract

The development of technology progress can change the human perspective in society, to balance that, the term electronic-based government appears or in other words name (e-government). The governments who are aware the benefits of implementing e-government can support the realization of good governance. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of e-government in Ngronggo Village, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri and to find out e-government optimization strategies to realize good governance in Ngronggo Village, Kecamatan Kota, Kota Kediri. This research was qualitative research which in a case study. The data collection methods used were interviews and focus group discussions (FGD). The data analysis methods used were reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this research showed that implementation of e-government has been carried out in step by step until now. In the application of e-government, there were supporting factors liked the leadership authority who had a great influence in provide services as well and the other factors was technology expertise and technology infrastructure, and the resistor factors liked resources that were less able to used technology. Good governance in the City of Kediri is now starting to show the results, but there are still some of obstacles that must be evaluated and updated on an ongoing basis

Abstract

Human resources are seen as having an increasingly large role for the success of an organization, although at this time the rapid development of technology also affects the progress and success of a company (Anwar, 2021). OCB is a term used to identify employee behavior. The achievement of job satisfaction and OCB in employees are two aspects that are highly expected by the organization. Organizations that are able to make their employees have job satisfaction will produce employees who show a positive attitude towards their work. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) can arise from various factors in the organization, one of which is the existence of high organizational commitment from employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Organizational Culture on Performance Through Organizational Commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Intervening Variables (Case Study of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Unit V). Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Unit V, either directly or indirectly. The population used is 115 employees consisting of four age groups, namely under 25 years, 25 years to 37 years, 38 years to 50 years, and above 50 years. Data analysis in this study used inferential data analysis, measurement model (outer model), structural model (inner model), descriptive statistical analysis model, path analysis method, hypothesis testing, mediation testing, and Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., Organizational culture is able to increase the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., organizational culture has an influence on OCB, organizational commitment is not able to improve the performance of employees of PT. Gudang Garam Tbk., OCB acts as a partial mediation on employee performance, and organizational commitment does not act as a mediation on employee performance at PT. Gudang Garam Tbk. Units V.

Abstract

Servant leadership and pemberdayaan impact organizational citizenship behavior in this study. This study covers all perangkat desa in Pace sub-district, Nganjuk district towns. 131 users replied 195 devices. Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption, Multiple Linear Regression, Partial Correlation, Multiple Correlation, F, and T Tests. Research: (1) Servant leadership and Pemberdayaan significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior, with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a computed F value of 281.772 > 3.066. where X1 and X2 are separate factors. (2)Servant leadership improves organizational citizenship behavior. 0.004 <0.05 and 2.914 > 1.9787. (3) Empowerment improves organizational citizenship behavior with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a t count > t table of 1.9787. Researchers advise the village boss to love his officials. The village machinery will help coworkers with work issues and innovate village governance.

Abstract

This research was carried out by The Crown Clinic Aesthetic & Beauty Care Kediri and focuses on digital marketing, service quality, and price. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of digital marketing, service quality, and pricing on customer satisfaction at The Crown Clinic Aesthetic & Beauty Care Kediri, with purchasing decisions as an intervening variable. This research is a quantitative research by involving exogenous or independent variables, notably digital Marketing, Pricing, and Service Quality. The subject of this research is a customer or member who receives treatment at The Crown Clinic Aesthetic & Beauty Care by having A total of 94 respondents will be selected using Accidental Sampling techniques. This research utilizes data collecting methods. Path analysis is the data analysis employed. The results of this study indicate that; (1) there is an effect of digital marketing on purchasing decisions, (2) service quality directly has an influence on purchasing decisions, (3) prices have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, (4) digital marketing does not have a positive and significant influence on satisfaction customers, (5) service quality does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (6) price does not have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (7) digital marketing indirectly influences customer breadth, (8) service quality indirectly has an influence on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions and (9) prices indirectly have a major influence on customer satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In the Decree of the Minister of Religion 633 of 2020 concerning Bureaucratic Reform of the Ministry of Religion, it is stated that one of the programs is Human Resources which aims to create clean, professional and responsible apparatus through employee management by implementing a competency-based Human Resources management system. The research objective is a description of the answer you want to know, Sugiyono revealed that the research objective is so that data can be found, developed, and proven. Meanwhile, the results of the research will obtain new knowledge so that it can be used to understand, solve, and anticipate problems. The purpose of this research is to analyze the simultaneous influence of instructional leadership, work discipline and work conflict on teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Blitar. Based on the problems discussed in this study, the researcher used a quantitative approach, the value of the Anova F Test: 53,286 with Sig F Test: 0.000 <0.05 So there is a simultaneous influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable or H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Sig. Value the value of R Square and adjusted R Square, if it is close to 1, the greater it can explain the dependent variable (Y). The R value or multiple correlation is 0.857, the R Square is 0.734 with the Adjusted R Square value: 0.720 > 0.5 indicating that a set of independent variables can strongly explain the dependent variable, and is significant because the simultaneous test rejects H0. The magnitude of the effect is 72%, and the remaining 100% -72% = 28% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Transaksional Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Pegawai Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kediri”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap kepuasan kerja, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasaan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja, untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi mediator hubungan antara kepemimpinan transaksioanal dan kinerja, serta untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja dapat menjadi mediasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan IAIN Kediri. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang pegawai IAIN Kediri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan untuk metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (Path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Gaya kepemimpinan transaksional memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Hal ini berarti bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, diprediksi dapat meningkatkan kepuasaan kerja karyawan di IAIN Kediri. Kepuasan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja. Artinya dengan adanya kepuasaan kerja yang dialami pegawai di IAIN Kediri, diprediksi akan meningkatkan kinerja para pegawai yang berkerja di IAIN Kediri. Sebagai variabel intervening, kepuasan kerja mampu menjadi mediator antar gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan kinerja karyawan. Pada hasil penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kepempimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kepuasaan Kerja. Hal ini berarti bahwa Kepuasan Kerja mampu memediasi penuh hubungan antara Transformasional dan Kinerja. Dengan kata lain, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional yang diterapkan dengan baik oleh pemimpin akan memberikan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi sehingga akan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Namun, jika gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dan transformasional belum maksimal yang dilakukan oleh pemimpin akan memberikan kepuasan kerja yang kurang dan tentu juga akan menurunkan kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan karier terhadap sikap pegawai pada organisasi yang meliputi passionate (sikap bergairah), progressive (sikap progresif), proactive (sikap proaktif), positive (sikap positif), serta implikasinya terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan dimensi kepuasan kerja pada gaji dan komitmen organisasional dengan dimensi komitmen keberlanjutan. Penelitian dilakukan di instansi Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Pare. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner pada 103 sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS 17 ditemukan bahwa pelatihan dan pengembangan karier berpengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap pegawai pada organisasi. Temuan lain membuktikan bahwa pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan sikap berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional. Analisis jalur telah menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan pelatihan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional yang dimediasi oleh sikap pegawai.

Abstract

Population Administration Document (Adminduk) is an important thing that every citizen must have. Adminduk documents include; KTP, KK, KIA, birth/death certificate, and moving/arrival letter. For the community, ownership of this Adminduk document can be related for increasing utilization of health services, opportunities to continue their education, open access to livelihood and economic sources, and guaranteed legal protection. For the government, complete and accurate of basic statistics of development based on Adminduk data are the basic capital for effective public service planning and budgeting. The purpose of this research is to describe: 1). Adminduk services before using application of SIKAB TAJI PRIMA, 2). problems and causal factors faced in Adminduk services, 3). Adminduk service improvement strategy, 4). The effectiveness of SIKAB TAJI PRIMA application in improving Adminduk services. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and document study. The results of this research showed that: 1) Adminduk services before using the SIKAB TAJI PRIMA application were still not easy, not fast and not cheap, 2) the problem faced in previous Adminduk services was the problem of access to centralized service locations in the district 3) the main strategy for improving Adminduk services is; bringing services closer and using information technology, 4). The SIKAB TAJI PRIMA application has became effective in facilitating Adminduk services in Pacitan Regency. From this research it can be concluded that from various problems in Adminduk services and various innovations to improve services, the most effective innovation was found to be the use of the SIKAB TAJI PRIMA application. At least until the time this research was carried out, this application could be considered the fastest, easiest and cheapest as a medium for providing Adminduk services.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on the employee performance fashion department in Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as intervening. The population in this study were all employees working at Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kediri and the sample used was 52 respondents. The sampling technique uses probality sampling with a simple random sampling method. The research model was tested by using the path analysis. The results of this study showed that emotional intelligence and organizational commitment had a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a positive effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence and organizational commitment had an indirect effect on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). When analyzed further, the percentage of direct effect was higher than the indirect effect, which showed that the mediating variable of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had less effect on employee performance
