Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh Majalengka with a total sample of 64 employees. quantitative, which aims to determine the effect of two or more variables. The analysis technique used is multiple regression and hypothesis testing using t statistical tests to test the partial regression coefficients and f statistical tests to test the effect together with a level of significance of 5%. The variables in this study are Compensation (X1), Work Environment (X2), and Employee Job Satisfaction (Y). Data analysis using SPSS 21.0 for windows program. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between compensation on job satisfaction of employees at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh, with a value of tcount ttable 6, 463 1.9989. There is a significant influence between the work environment and employee job satisfaction at PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh, with a value of tcount ttable 2.109 1.9989. And there is a significant effect between compensation and work environment together on job satisfaction of employees of PT. PG Rajawali II Unit Jati Tujuh, this is obtained with a value of Fcount Ftable, which is 33,639 3.15.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Pabrik Gula Rajawali II Tersana Baru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Populasi dalam peneltian ini sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik uji sampling menggunakan metode random sampling dan teknik pengambilan data diantaranya uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik dan ji regresi linier berganda serta uji hipotesis. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh (Adjusted R-Square) sebesar 0,606 atau 60,6% sehingga presentase pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja karyawan yaitu 60,6%. Adapun sisanya sebesar 39,4% dipengaruhi oleh vaiabel lan diluar objek yang diteliti.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. Lahan Rezeki Kabupaten Kuningan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan di PT. Lahan Rezeki. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 orang responden. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,040 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,107 > 2,0057 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 9,267 > 2,0057 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja dan kepemimpinan berprngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value (sig) < 0,05 yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai fhitung > ftabel yaitu 44,565 > 3,28 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.. Kata-kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja; kepemimpinan; kepuasan kerja karyawan The Influence of Work Environment and Leadership on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT.Lahan Rezeki Kuningan Regency ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT.Lahan Rezeki Kuningan Regency. This is evidenced by the value of p-value (sig) <0.05, namely 0.040 <0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable which is 2.107> 2.0057 so it can be concluded that the variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of p-value (sig) <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05 and the value of tcount > ttable which is 9.267> 2.0057 so it can be concluded that the variable has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The work environment and leadership have a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. This is evidenced by the value of p-value (sig) <0.05, namely 0.000 <0.05 and the value of fcount > ftable which is 44.565> 3.28, so it can be concluded that both variables have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.. Keywords: work environment ; leadership ; employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pelaksanaan tugas pegawai di lingkungan PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri Cab. A. Yani Bandung, terdapat beberapa hal yang menentukan tingkat kinerja bagi pegawai yang disebabkan antara lain sistem rekrutmen yang selektif bagi pegawai termasuk di dalamnya promosi pegawai dalam suatu jabatan, kemampuan kerja yang dimiliki pegawai, dan perlunya pengalaman pegawai selama ia bekerja serta penempatan pegawai sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai. Penelitian ini  menggunakan metode deskriptif. Adapun objek penelitian ini adalah rekrutmen (X1), penempatan pegawai (X2) dan kinerja pegawai (Y). Sedangkan   subjek penelitian ini PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri cab. A. Yani Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan interprestasi data terhadap masing-masing variabel dan dimensi pada masing-masing variabel disimpulkan sebagai berikut : (1) rekrutmen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian semakin baik pelaksanaan sistem rekruktmen, maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja pegawai; (2) penempatan  berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian semakin tinggi penempatan, maka akan semakin tinggi pula kinerja pegawai; dan (3) rekrutmen dan penempatan  berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian semakin baik pelaksanaan rekrutmen dan semakin tinggi penempatan  akan semakin meningkat kinerja pegawai.  Kata Kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Rekrutmen, Penempatan Pegawai

Abstract

Today's organizations face changes in the business environment not only from the local environment but also from the international (global) environment. The ability to manage change is one of the key success factors for every company in order to survive and develop. Managing change is a process from identifying the power to change, the power to vote against change to the people responsible for implementing the change. A diagnostic approach will help ensure the competitiveness and performance of the company. These changes require managing the organization in new ways, so that organizational goals can be achieved more effectively in an ever-changing environment. The challenge faced by organizations is the labor market which tends to demand that work be done using human capital. This of course requires the organization to be managed by applying knowledge and improving the capabilities of its human resources. Facing these continuous changes, organizations must be transparent and able to adapt to environmental changes by making the organization a Learning Organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know that the effect of work environment and discipline work on employee performance. The research location at Cirebon District Transportation Office. The population of this research is 60 employees. Saturated sample sampling is used to choose all the employees. This research type is quantitative with survey methods. Data collection used questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression. The result showed that (1) Work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) Discipline work had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) Work environment and discipline work have a joint effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work communication partially or simultaneously on OCB. The sampling technique is random sampling. The population in this study was 191 and the sample taken was 66 respondents. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on OCB seen from > that is 10,805 > 1,669 and the value (sig) 0.000 <0.05, work communication has a positive and significant effect on OCB seen also from > that is 10,817 > 1,669 and the value (sig) 0.000 <0.05 and the variables of leadership and work communication (simultaneous) have a positive and significant effect on OCB which is indicated by Fcount>Ftable, namely 101.208>3.14 and the value (sig) 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Konflik kerja dan stres kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di PT PG Rajawali II Unit PSA Palimana dengan jumlah 75 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, sehingga seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala pengukuran Likert (1-5). Analisis data dilakukan melalui analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, Uji t dan Uji F.1Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa konflik dan stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. PT. PG Rajawali II Unit PSA Palimanan perlu memperhatikan konflik yang sedang dialami karyawan, kesehatan karyawan dan keahlian karyawan agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawannya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada UPTD Wilayah Pelayanan Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan VI. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UPTD Jasa Pengelolaan Jalan dan Jembatan Wilayah VI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel bila semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 79 responden. Metode dalam pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dilihat dari > yaitu 9,502 > 1,664 dan nilai (sig) 0,000 < 0,05,

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there are problems regarding competence and work motivation on the performance of employees there. The population used is civil servants (PNS). Sampling in this study used a saturated sample, namely all civil servants (PNS) totaling 66 employees who will be studied using a data collection method using a questionnaire. The collected data is then processed using IBM SPSS 23 software. The data analysis technique uses instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test. Hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination. The results show that competence and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, there are still some indicators that need to be considered by the company from the variables of competence.
