Abstract

Poverty is the inability to meet the minimum standard of basic needs caused by various factors such as low access to education. This study aims to analyze the effect of school enrollment rates on per capita income, the effect of school enrollment rates and per capita income on the percentage of poor people, and the effect of school enrollment rates on the percentage of poor people through per capita income. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling. The unit of analysis is data on School Participation Rate (APS), Percentage of Poor Population, and income per capita (GDP per capita) in Hulu Sungai Utara Regency. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The results showed that there was no significant effect of the school enrollment rate on per capita income, there was a significant effect of the school enrollment rate on the percentage of the poor population, and there was no negative and statistically significant effect of the per capita income on the percentage of the poor population, there was a negative mediating effect of the variable number School participation through per capita income to the percentage of poor people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of discipline on compensation, (2) the influence of discipline on Performance, (3) the effect of compensation on Performance, and (4) the influence of discipline on the Performance of the Civil Servant of the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency mediated by compensation. The method used is explanatory. The research population is all ASN in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency. The sampling technique used is Census taken is 58 people. The process (method) used is a questionnaire. This study's primary data is quantitative data analyzed through regression. The results of the study show: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline on compensation. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline. (3) there is a positive and significant effect of compensation on Performance, and (4) compensation cannot be a mediating variable between Discipline and Performance of Civil Servant at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Tanah Laut Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on the effectiveness of learning at Selat State Middle School, Kapuas Regency. and Knowing and analyzing the effect of teacher professionalism on the effectiveness of learning at Selat State Middle School, Kapuas Regency. The study population was all teachers at State Junior High Schools in Selat District, Kapuas Regency, and the sample was drawn using the Probability Sampling technique with as many as 44 people using the Slovin formula.
