Abstract

Christian Religious Education (PAK) is a part of church services which should be implemented based on the Bible. The goal of PAK is to enable Christians to live according to the Christian faith. The learning strategy is a design made by the teacher so that an interactive learning process occurs between the teacher and students with the environment as a source of learning media. The results of the data analysis show that only 37% of students score according to the Minimum Completeness Criteria Standard (KKM) in the KTSP curriculum when non-interactive learning strategies are applied. Therefore, it is necessary to continue to implement interactive learning strategies so that students continue to be active and understand the material when teaching and learning activities are carried out, especially in grade V SD Negeri Sonalete on Christian Religious Education Subjects. In the application of interactive learning strategies, the percentage of students who reach the minimum completeness criteria according to the KTSP curriculum direction is 89%. Therefore, interactive learning strategies can be applied continuously and generally at SD Negeri Sonalete and especially in grade V on Christian Religious Education subjects. Because class V is a preparation class that will face the national exam. Abstrak Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) merupakan bagian dari pelayanan gereja yang semestinya dilaksanakan dengan berlandaskan pada Alkitab. Tujuan PAK adalah memampukan orang Kristen hidup sesuai dengan Iman Kristen. Strategi belajar adalah suatu rancangan yang dibuat oleh guru agar terjadi proses pembelajaran yang interaktif antara guru dan siswa dengan lingkungan sebagai sumber media pembelajaran. Dari hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa hanya 37% siswa yang memperoleh nilai sesuai Standar Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dalam Kurikulum KTSP ketika diterapkan strategi belajar non-interaktif. Oleh karena itu, perlu untuk terus menerapkan strategi belajar Interaktif sehingga siswa terus aktif dan memahami materi pada saat kegitan belajar mengajar dilaksanakan terkhususnya di kelas V SD Negeri Sonalete pada Mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Dalam penerapan strategi belajar interaktif persentase nilai siswa yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal sesuai dengan arahan kurikulum KTSP adalah sebesar 89%. Oleh karena itu, strategi belajar interaktif dapat diterapkan secara kontiniu dan umum di SD Negeri Sonalete dan terkhususnya di kelas V Pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen. Karena kelas V merupakan kelas persiapan dimana akan menghadapi ujian nasional.

Abstract

This article reviews the importance of planting a humanitarian-friendly mission for children as a form of preventive effort from the emergence of selfish attitudes as a result of the onslaught of modernization and a social media lifestyle. The urgency of this research is that if a humanitarian mission is not instilled in children, the next generation will lose character, so the purpose of education, namely to develop the potential of students and form human beings who believe and have noble character (based on Law No. 20 of 2003 concerning National Education System) cannot be realized. Therefore, it is crucial to study this matter. Kopelans, as a community engaged in children's services scope, uses the puppet stage media in teaching a humanitarian-friendly mission for children. The children served are multicultural, specifically from different social, ethnic, and religious statuses. This study uses a qualitative approach using analytical-descriptive methods that can closely describe what is happening in the field. The data collection tools used are literature studies, interviews, and observations. The result is that Kopelans use multicultural education as the basis for inculcating moral values that are a condition of truth for inculcating a humanitarian-friendly mission for children. Humanity-friendly missions are crucial to be ingrained from a young age. Humanity-friendly mission helps children understand tolerance, thereby reducing selfishness. The humanitarian-friendly mission is instilled through the puppet stage media can be accepted by children.
