Abstract

Learning assessment is an activity, gathering information and using evidence and feedback from learning outcomes to determine what is learned from the learning process for further learning, and provide the best learning guidance to students so that ultimately the learning objectives can continue. Learning assessment can be done as a reflection and evaluation for the teacher about the learning process that has been done. Assessment of the learning process uses authentic assessment assessment (authentic assessment) that assesses student readiness, process, and overall learning outcomes. The third component will be displayed. Show students the ability, style, and ability to learn or can even produce instructional effects (instructional effects) and the accompanying effects (parenting effects) of learning. The results used are approved by the teacher to be approved for improvement, enrichment (counseling), or counseling services. In addition, the evaluation results can be used as material to improve the learning process in accordance with the Educational Assessment Standards. So based on that, authentic assessment is an assessment carried out to assess the input, process and output of existing learning, there is a feedback system that is managed from documents students learn through exhibitions and examples of work attached to the school environment.

Abstract

This study aims to describe Sufistic-based Kiai leadership's role in shaping Santri character at the Pesantren Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This research is a case study qualitative approach, with Kiai as the subject. We collected data using interview, documentation, and observation techniques, then analyzed using reduction techniques, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Sufistic-based Kiai's leadership had an essential role in fostering the character of the Santri. The study results indicate that the Sufistic-based Kiai leadership has a vital role in promoting the surface of the Santri. Kiai is a person who gives influence in building character with Uswah (Modelling). This study also found that the factors that influence low morale are that Santri has a common understanding of the latest technological developments. In Sufistic-based leadership, there are four things that a leader must possess: 1) The Tawasuth, 2) The nature of I'tidal, 3) The Tawazun, and 4) The Tasamuh.

Abstract

In growing a child's concentration level, an appropriate method is needed to stimulate more stable focus and concentration. This study aims to examine efforts to increase children's learning concentration by managing sensory-motor play in early childhood, which is carried out at an institution under the auspices of the Nusus Salam Foundation, namely RA Nurus Salam. The research method uses a qualitative case study approach. To get an idea of the Efforts to Increase Children's Learning Concentration Through Sensory Motor Play Management, the researcher went directly to the institution and observed the RA Nurus Salam institution by interviewing the principal and three teachers. The results showed that; The RA Nurus Salam institution uses the management of sensory-motor play to stimulate the increase in children's learning concentration and the involvement of teachers' strategies in the direction of sensory-motor play using; first, lesson planning. Second, implementation of learning design, and third, evaluation. The implication is that children's concentration and focus are more stable when carrying out activities with sensory-motor management.

Abstract

Today, Islamic education is faced with challenges in welcoming the society 5.0. The challenge is to focus more on improving human resources because the society 5.0 places humans as the main component. Therefore, it is very important in the management of Islamic education to always exist and face the challenges of the society 5.0. This research is a literature study that interprets the data in a descriptive analysis. This study aims to see and examine the problems and challenges and the strategies used by Islamic education management in facing the society 5.0. The study results show that the problems and challenges of Islamic education management related to human resources are the lack of adequate resources and the main competencies that individuals must possess, namely: creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. The Islamic education management strategy in facing the society 5.0 is to prepare human resources who have digital abilities and are innovative and creative thinkers; change the paradigm of educational institutions, and prepare leaders of educational institutions who have leadership qualities and can collaborate so that the demands for life skills needs in the 21st century are achieved

Abstract

Fokus tulisan ini adalah implementasi pemasaran jasa pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan yang sekarang berada dalam era kenormalan baru karena dampak pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah dapat mendeskripsikan secara utuh serta menyeluruh tentang strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam meningkatkan daya saing sekolah di SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, interview, serta studi dokumentasi. Informan penelitian yaitu kepala sekolah, bagian humas, guru, serta siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data Miles dan Hubbeman terdiri dari mereduksi data, menyajikan data, seta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwasanya strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan dalam meningkatkan daya saing sekolah di SMA Nurul Jadid terdiri dari beberapa strategi yang digunakan yaitu strategi pemasaran jasa pendidikan secara langsung, tidak langsung serta deferensiasi

Abstract

Today's society thinks more realistically and critically in choosing educational institutions for their families. Therefore, educational institutions, through the principal as a manager, must carry out their duties with a transformative leadership style so that the positive image of the school increases so that it becomes the community's first choice to send their families to the school. This study presents a transformative leadership strategy for improving the school's image so that it exists amid competition between educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative case study approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of this research is Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid. The results showed that: Transformative leadership can create and enhance a positive image of the school where the positive image of Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid can be seen from the achievements in academic and non-academic fields; The strategy used by the principal in improving the positive image of Islamic Senior High School of Nurul Jadid is by empowering and increasing the discipline of all school members which in its implementation is influenced by supporting factors, namely academic achievement, pleasing personality, and high socialization while the inhibiting factor is the lack of awareness of new teachers in educating students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of blended learning management in developing students' soft skills in the new normal era. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The location of this research is MI Raudlatul Jannah I Maron Probolinggo Data collection is done with primary and secondary data. Preliminary data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observation. At the same time, secondary data is obtained through documents and learning tools. The results showed that the application of blended learning management at MI Raudlatul Jannah I consisted of planning, implementing, and evaluating. The application of blended learning in the new normal era can develop students' soft skills in four aspects, namely discipline, honesty, attitude, and communicativeness.

Abstract

Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk membina para pengurus yang ada di Wilayah Nurus Shobah Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid agar mampu menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter, utamanya pada sikap kejujuran di dalam kesehariannya, mengingat tugas pengurus adalah mendampingi santri (anak) mulai sejak mereka bangun untuk melaksanakan aktivitas di pagi hari hingga menjelang tidur kembali. Adapun metode yang digunakan selama proses pembinaan ini adalah metode ceramah dengan pendekatan partisipatoris. Hasil dari pengabdian ini bahwa karakter anak dapat dipahami melalui beberapa hal antara lain; gambar yang ia buat, gerakan tubuh maupun tangan, serta perubahan pada ekspresi wajah mereka. Selain itu, untuk mewujudkan kejujuran pada anak, penting bagi pengurus untuk menyakinkan pada mereka bahwa kejujuran akan mendatangkan keuntungan pada mereka, melahirkan kepercayaan dari orang lain, serta perlu melatih mereka untuk bertutur kata yang benar dan tidak menjadikan kebohongan sebagai kebiasaan karena akan sangat merugikan orang lain.

Abstract

This research was conducted to present the principal's assertive behaviour in creating a superior school. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research site is Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Mun’im Paiton Probolinggo. The results showed that the principal's proactive behaviour in creating an excellent school at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Munim Paiton Probolinggo was indicated by the behaviour of providing information; searching for information; giving an opinion; reflecting the message content; giving criticism or praise; accepting criticism or praise; Express feelings; and share feelings. In terms of capabilities, the head of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Mun'im Paiton Probolinggo is proven in the form of an attitude of consistency and idealism in deciding and implementing policies; and a person who is honest and open to others so that he becomes a respected and authoritative person. Based on the research, the principal's assertive behaviour can create a superior school through the principal's proactive behaviour, which is romantic, consistent and respectful towards others.

Abstract

The emergence of a practical online shopping shift on social media has a major impact on people's perspectives and behavior. Many people don't want to have trouble shopping, so the Tunas Handmade store uses this opportunity to introduce their products to people who are engaged in crafts and skills. The products produced by the Tunas Handmade shop were created by the shop owner himself who departed from his hobby of hand skills. The research method uses descriptive-qualitative analysis research methods in the form of case studies. Data collection techniques in this research use observation, interviews and documentation. The marketing strategy of the handmade tunas shop was initially through direct marketing, in the form of sales made at home and the dissemination and delivery of information by word of mouth which was considered less effective. Toko Tunas Handmade uses Online Shop marketing via WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook as a promotional tool to make it easier to convey business product information to the public. Online shop marketing is proven to be able to increase the sales volume of the Tunas Handmade store, seen from the addition of a 55% sales percentage.
