Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the basic needs of poor households in Gianyar Regency in terms of capacity, socioeconomic status, socio-cultural environment and institutional poverty reduction towards the accessibility of poor households both directly and indirectly. The study was designed using the concurently embbded method, which is a quantitative method (GsCA) validated by qualitative methods. Quantitative research used 400 samples of poor households. It used 25 samples (key informants). The quantitative data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and GsCA parametric statistics. The qualitative data were analyzed using reduce, display and conclution (drawing/ verifying) techniques. The results found that the coefficient of capacity: 0.043, spositive and not significant; socioeconomic status was 0.346, positive and significant, social environment is -0.143, negative and significant, and institutional poverty reduction 0.140, positive but not significant. The results of the study show that the poor accessibility of poor households due to the sociocultural environment was negative and institutional performance was not optimal. Therefore, poverty alleviation by the Regional Government of Gianyar Regency should pay more attention to the conditions of the sociocultural environment and more optimal institutional performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of education, health, and socioeconomic status on the capacity of poor households in an effort to increase the accessibility of basic needs. The study was designed using the general structural component analysis method which was validated by a qualitative method. The study used 400 samples for quantitative research and 25 key informants for qualitative research. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and parametric general structural component analysis. Qualitative data were analyzed using reduce, display, and conclusion (drawing / verifying) techniques. The results of the study found that the reason for the low accessibility of basic needs is that the implementation of the scholarship program for poor households is not optimal, understanding of health regulations is still low, ownership of production factors in the form of narrow agricultural land, while the main livelihood is agriculture and agricultural labor, coupled with environmental influences. socio-culture is negative. Abstract

This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously servant leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance at The Samaya Seminyak Bali. Proportional Random Sampling method, the number of samples is 51 employees. Data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Partial Correlation Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, the research shows that (1) servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the results of regression analysis of X1 = 0.295, (2) organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the results of regression analysis of X2 = 0.593, (3) simultaneously servant leadership and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, obtained multiple linear regression analysis of Y = 12.251+0.295X1+0.593X2, and the coefficient of determination shows 21.3%. Based on these results, it can be concluded that servant leadership and organizational commitment are very influential partially and simultaneously on employee performance at The Samaya Seminyak Bali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial reports through symmetric information on increasing investment in Badung Regency, Bali Province. This study was designed using quantitative research methods on data sourced from reports on budget realization and income, reports on changes in excess budget balances, balance sheets, operational reports, reports on changes in equity, cash flow reports, and notes to financial statements from 2016 to 2020. The results of the study found that the liquidity ratio is 6.09, the solvency ratio is 0.017, the activity ratio is 27.83, the profitability ratio consists of ROI-6.77 and ROE-0.22, and the ratio of direct spending to indirect spending is 0.88. Specifically, for the investment in capital-output ratio-ICOR, it was found that the average economic growth per year was 5.29 percent. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested to the Badung Regency Government that (a) the collection of tax and levy receivables be more optimized, (b) there needs to be a policy regarding the budget deficit, (c) increase direct spending at least equal to or more than the apparatus expenditure, and (d) further improve operating cost efficiency. In addition, spending on grants and social assistance should be more directed at spending on goods and services that are truly vital and strategic.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the positive and significant influence analysis either partially or simultaneously between Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics and Work Environment on Employee Performance at The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali Hotel. The population in this study were employees at The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali Hotel. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula and the number of samples was 73 people. Analysis of the data using SPSS 220. with the analysis technique of validity test, reliability test, partial correlation, multiple correlation, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test. Based on the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that there is a partial influence between individual characteristics on employee performance with a regression value of 0.609, There is a partial influence between job characteristics on employee performance with a regression value of 0.164, There is an influence between work environment on employee performance with a regression value 0.172, and the characteristics of the work and work environment on employee performance with multiple linear regression values Y= 0.263+0.609X1+0.164X2+0.172X, and the results of the determination analysis show 70.8, and the remaining 29.2 is influenced by other variables. From the results of the study, the management of The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali Hotel should be attention to individual characteristics, job characteristics and work environment so that employees can improve their performance, thus individual characteristics, work characteristics and work environment are carried out together to improve employee performance. This happens because The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali hotel has a good way to improve the performance of its employees.Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Job Characteristics, Work Environment and Employee PerformanceABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara Karakteristik Individu, Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Pada Hotel The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali. Teknik penggambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 orang. Analisa data menggunakan SPSS 220. dengan tehnik analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, korelasi parsial, korelasi berganda, regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t-test dan uji f-test. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, maka dapat dihasilkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara parsial antara karakteristik individu terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi 0,609, Ada pengaruh secara parsial antara karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi 0,164, Ada pengaruh antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi 0,172, dan karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi linier berganda Y= 0,263+0,609X1+0,164X2+0,172X, dan hasil analisis Determinasi menunjukkan 70,8, dan sisanya 29,2 dipengaruhi oleh Variabel lainnya. Dari hasil penelitian, sebaiknya pihak manajemen Hotel The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali memperhatikan karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja agar karyawan dapatmeningkatkan kinerjanya, dengan demikian Karakteristik individu, karakteristik pekerjaan dan lingkungan kerja dilakukan secara bersama-sama mampu meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Hal ini terjadi karena hotel The Royal Beach Seminyak Bali memiliki cara yang baik untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya.Kata kunci: Karakteristik Individu, Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the consistency between the budgeting strategy and the priority targets for regional development in Badung Regency for the 2023 Fiscal Year. This research was designed using a concurrently embedded approach. The quantitative data used comes from the 2023 APBD draft document. This data is analyzed by determining the budget allocation ratio. On the other hand, qualitative data, which originates from the results of interviews and observations of focus group discussions between the legislature and the executive during the trial process, is analyzed interactively and continuously between researchers and key informants. The aim is to find patterns of relationship between budgeting strategies and regional development priority targets. The results of the study found that (a) there was an inconsistency between the budgeting strategy and the priority targets for regional development, (b) the cause of the inconsistency was the implementation of the provisions of Article 181 of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 86, 2017 co ncerning Evaluation and Control of Regional Development, which was not optimal. Based on the results of this research, it can be suggested to the regents, governors and minister of home affairs to be more optimal in evaluating and controlling regional development.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPermintaan pelatihan table manner didasari pada banyaknya permintaan dari pihak sekolah atau instansi untuk memberikan pengetahuan Table manner kepada siswa dan karyawan, padahal jumlah karyawan yang menangani tersebut sangat minim, sehingga pihak hotel, sangat memerlukan karyawan-karyawan yang terampil dengan Public Speaking dan Table Manner lebih banyak lagi, agar mampu menangani permintaan-permintaan tersebut. Sasaran yang dituju adalah karyawan karena mereka yang menjadi penentu stategis pencapaian tujuan perusahaan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan di Grand Inna Kuta Hotel berupa ceramah, diskusi dan praktek keterampilan teknik Public Speaking dan Instruktur Table Manner. Pegawai diberikan kesempatan bertanya untuk memperjelas pemahaman tentang Public Speaking dan Instruktur Table Manner. Kegiatan ini yang dilakukan oleh dosen Program Studi Manajemen dan melibatkan beberapa orang mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini diakhiri dengan evaluasi yaitu peserta mempraktekkan hasil pelatihan dengan berlaku sebagai intrsuktur Table Manner.Kata kunci: kinerja pelayanan, public speaking, table manner.

Abstract

AbstrakRiset ini dimaksudkan guna mengetahui serta mengidentifikasi pengaruh dari gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, serta lingkungan kerja yang parsial (individual) dan simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di ZIN Canggu Resort & Villas. Riset ini memakai data kuantitatif serta kualitatif, dan sumber data yang dipakai ialah data primer dan sekunder. Pada riset ini, sampel ditetapkan dengan memakai teknik sampel jenuh, berjumlah 90 sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji Reliabilitas, Uji validitas, Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linear Berganda, Analisis Korelasi Parsial, Analisis Koefisien Determinasi, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Uji T-test serta Uji F-test. Berdasarkan hasil riset memperlihatkan bahwasannya: secara parsial, gaya kepemimpinan (X1) memengaruhi signifikan dan positif pada kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi 0,344, nilai t-hitung 3,179, serta nilai signifikansinya ialah 0,003. (X2) motivasi kerja secara parsial (individual) berpengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi 0,114, t-hitung bernilai 2,895, serta signifikan 0,015. (X3) lingkungan kerja secara parsial memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan pada kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi 0,264, nilai t-hitung 2,101, dan signifikannya 0,009. Secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), lingkungan kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan pada kinerja karyawan (Y) dimana diperoleh nilai F-hitung 13,385 serta diperoleh f-tabel = 2,71, persamaan regresi sebesar Y = 6,953 + 0,344X1 + 0,114X2 + 0,264X3 dan signifikan 0,000. Melalui analisis koefisien determinasi memberikan kontribusi naik turunnya kinerja karyawan (Y) di ZIN Canggu Resort & Villas sebesar 75,9%. Kata kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan AbstractThis study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on employee performance. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample consisting of 90 individuals. Validity Test and Reliability Test, Descriptive Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, Partial Correlation Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination Analysis, T-test, and F-test are utilized in the data analysis technique. The study's findings indicate that (X1) leadership style has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance (Y), where the regression coefficient is 0.344, the t-count is 3.179, and the significance level is 0.003. The regression coefficient is 0.114, the t-count is 2.89, and the significance level is 0.015. (X3), the work environment has a positive and statistically significant effect on employee performance (Y), where the regression coefficient is 0.264, the t-count is 2.101, and the significance level is 0.009. The F-count value is 13.385 compared to the f-table value of 2.71, and the regression equation is Y = 6.953 + 0.344X1 + 0.114X2 + 0.264X3, with a significance level of 0.000. Through analysis of the coefficient of determination that they each contributed 75.9% to the fluctuations in employee performance (Y) at ZIN Canggu Resort & Villas.Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Riset ini menghasilkan sejumlah temuan yang memperlihatkan bahwasannya: (1) Lingkungan kerja memengaruhi secara positif serta signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai t-hitung yaitu 2,240, nilai koefisien regresi 0,200 serta signifikansinya ialah 0,029. (2) Disiplin kerja memengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai t-hitung 3,615, nilai koefisien regresi 0,403 serta signifikansinya 0,001. (3) Kompensasi memengaruhi secara positif serta signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai t-hitung 2,492, nilai koefisien regresi senilai 0,336 dan signifikannya senilai 0,016. (4) Secara bersama-sama (simultan), ditemukan pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, serta kompensasi pada kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai F-hitung 24,433, persamaan regresi Y = 1,632 + 0,200X1 + 0,403X2 + 0,336X3 + e serta signifikansinya 0,000. Pengaruh dari variabel independent pada dependen (kinerja karyawan) ialah sebesar 54,4%. Peneliti menyampaikan beberapa rekomendasi khusus bagi pihak Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel yaitu diharapkan memberikan teguran atau sanksi yang tingkat kehadirannya melebihi batas dari aturan yang ditetapkan perusahaan, menambah jumlah security dan menambah CCTV, serta memberikan insentif yang seusai dengan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline and compensation partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Data analysis was carried out using a technique in the form of Validity Test, Classical Assumption Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Partial Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, F test and t test. From the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as shown by of the t-count value is 2.240, the regression coefficient value is 0.200 and the significance is 0.029. (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, as shown by the t-count value is 3.615, the regression coefficient value is 0.403 and the significance is 0.001. (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the t-count value is 2.492, the regression coefficient value is 0.336 and the significance is 0.016. (4) Simultaneously the work environment, work discipline and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance, where the F-count value is 24,433, the regression equation is Y = 1.632 + 0.200X1 + 0.403X2 + 0.336X3 + e and the significance is 0.000. The effect of the independent variable on the dependent is 54.4%. The researcher adds some special recommendations for the Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, which is expected to give a warning or sanction whose attendance rate exceeds the limit of the rules set by the company, increase the number of security and add CCTV, and provide incentives according to employee performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Compensation,  Employee  Performance

(4) Secara bersama-sama (simultan), ditemukan pengaruh signifikan antara lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, serta kompensasi pada kinerja karyawan, ditunjukkan melalui perolehan nilai F-hitung 24,433, persamaan regresi Y = 1,632 + 0,200X1 + 0,403X2 + 0,336X3 + e serta signifikansinya 0,000. Pengaruh dari variabel independent pada dependen (kinerja karyawan) ialah sebesar 54,4%. Peneliti menyampaikan beberapa rekomendasi khusus bagi pihak Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel yaitu diharapkan memberikan teguran atau sanksi yang tingkat kehadirannya melebihi batas dari aturan yang ditetapkan perusahaan, menambah jumlah security dan menambah CCTV, serta memberikan insentif yang seusai dengan kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja KaryawanAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of work environment, work discipline and compensation partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This research was conducted at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel. The population uses Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel employees and a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using a technique in the form of Validity Test, Classical Assumption Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Multiple Correlation Analysis, Partial Correlation Analysis, Coefficient of Determination Test, F test and t test. From the results of the study, it can be seen that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as shown by of the t-count value is 2.240, the regression coefficient value is 0.200 and the significance is 0.029. (2) work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, as shown by the t-count value is 3.615, the regression coefficient value is 0.403 and the significance is 0.001. (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the t-count value is 2.492, the regression coefficient value is 0.336 and the significance is 0.016. (4) Simultaneously the work environment, work discipline and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance, where the F-count value is 24,433, the regression equation is Y = 1.632 + 0.200X1 + 0.403X2 + 0.336X3 + e and the significance is 0.000. The effect of the independent variable on the dependent is 54.4%. The researcher adds some special recommendations for the Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, which is expected to give a warning or sanction whose attendance rate exceeds the limit of the rules set by the company, increase the number of security and add CCTV, and provide incentives according to employee performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Compensation,  Employee  Performance
