Abstract

The economic life of the community during the Covid 19 pandemic experienced a decline due to restrictions on community activities both on a large scale and on a micro scale. The decline in community income due to decreased economic activity, which mostly comes from the tourism sector on the island of Bali, especially for Denpasar as the provincial capital, certainly has an impact on family financial management behavior. The location of this research is in Denpasar City using quantitative methods and the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The method used in this study is a survey method using online questionnaires as a tool for data collection with 65 respondents. Financial knowledge has an unstandardized beta value of 0.715 which is the highest value compared to the other three variables so that in this study financial knowledge is the dominant variable affecting family financial management behavior during the pandemic. Thus it is very important to increase knowledge about finance that is not only obtained from educational institutions. but can be obtained from family, society and from social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of asset structure, profitability, company size, and liquidity on capital structure partially or simultaneously. The data used in this study were taken from financial reports that can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or www.idx.co.id and their respective websites from the manufacturing companies in the cosmetics and household equipment< subsector. Sampling uses a purposive sampling technique and gets the results of 5 company samples that fit the research criteria. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the asset structure has no significant effect on the capital structure with the calculated T calculation value of 1.664, and a significant value of 0.112, profitability has a significant effect on the capital structure with the calculation result of the calculated T value of -3.720 and a significant value of 0.001, company size has a significant effect on capital structure with the calculated T value of - 2,950 and a significant value of 0.008, and the liquidity has a significant effect on the capital structure with a calculated T value of -8,082 and a significance value of 0,000. While the simultaneous structure of assets, profitability, company size, and liquidity have significant effect on capital structure with the calculated F calculation of 34.620 and a significant value of 0.000.

Abstract

This article explores the application of production differentiation strategy by women empowerment through local wisdom of Nasi Koco in the herritage area, Gajah Mada Street, Denpasar-Bali. The purpose of this article is to increase the sales of Nasi Koco by implementing new strategies to win the competition in similar businesses that have sprung up. The strategy that can be offered is a product differentiation, so that the product is more varied and not monotonous, that attracts consumer interest. The product differentiation strategy offered refers more to women's empowerment through local wisdom, namely making products or food variations needed for ceremonies, where as we know people's lives in Bali are full of a series of religious ceremonies. The study employed qualitative approaches using narrative research by observation, interview, and documentation. The result of the study base on an in-depth interview with Balinese women who understand Balinese traditional culture, the advice that can be given is to make product variations, not just Nasi Jinggo or Nasi Wrap as usual, but to make it more varied. Suggested variations are Nasi Tumpeng, Nasi Yasa, and Nasi Kelangi, which are usually used for traditional activities in Bali.

Abstract

The thing that is most feared by every individual is a situation of uncertainty that will occur in the future. Fear creates a sense of anxiety that will haunt every step the individual takes in navigating the ocean of his life. Uncertainty in financial conditions is one of the many uncertainties faced. Humans are born with various advantages in themselves compared to other living creatures created by God. With the mind that humans have, they try to find solutions to overcome problems, especially the fear of uncertainty, especially in financial matters. Along with the development of science, especially in the field of accounting, it teaches how to make a form of financial management, especially individual finance so that it can overcome problems in its finances. One way to manage finances is to save the money you have so that later it can be used for various predetermined purposes. Through the target to be achieved, the main focus that must be done is how to make every step taken in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. One of the things that supports the achievement of the targets to be achieved is the individual's commitment to carrying out all plans made through self-control which is reflected in his physical and behavior.

Abstract

Tax payments by tax subjects are a source of income for the state which will be used as a source of financing development activities. On the other hand, tax is a deduction from the company's profit so that this difference in interests triggers certain ways created by the company both legally and illegally in reducing the taxes paid. One of the ways taken by the company is tax avoidance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, firm size and capital intensity on tax avoidance. This research was conducted on mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 with a total sample of 19 companies. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling and data collection was done by documentation. The results show that partially the three independent variables have a positive effect on tax avoidance, this means that the higher profitability, firm size and capital intensity will increase tax avoidance in the companies studied

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the consistency between the budgeting strategy and the priority targets for regional development in Badung Regency for the 2023 Fiscal Year. This research was designed using a concurrently embedded approach. The quantitative data used comes from the 2023 APBD draft document. This data is analyzed by determining the budget allocation ratio. On the other hand, qualitative data, which originates from the results of interviews and observations of focus group discussions between the legislature and the executive during the trial process, is analyzed interactively and continuously between researchers and key informants. The aim is to find patterns of relationship between budgeting strategies and regional development priority targets. The results of the study found that (a) there was an inconsistency between the budgeting strategy and the priority targets for regional development, (b) the cause of the inconsistency was the implementation of the provisions of Article 181 of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 86, 2017 co ncerning Evaluation and Control of Regional Development, which was not optimal. Based on the results of this research, it can be suggested to the regents, governors and minister of home affairs to be more optimal in evaluating and controlling regional development.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi keuangan ditinjau dari segi likuiditas pada Koperasi Dharma Siaga Pura Demak Denpasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil objek kondisi keuangan dari segi likuiditas. Metode yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, data-data dalam laporan diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan observasi yang berhubungan dengan objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan likuiditas perusahaan mengalami penurunan yang cukup signifikan dari tahun 2020 sampai tahun 2021. Tahun 2021 persentase current ratio sebesar 0,71% ini berarti terjadi penurunan dari tahun sebelumnya sebesar 0,16% ini terjadi karena piutang usaha anggota yang menurun dari tahun sebelumnya. Total current ratio 0,71 % menunjukan presentase yang tidak likuid. Pada tahun 2020 dan tahun 2021 current ratio tidak likuid.Kata kunci: likuiditas,current ratio,koperasi

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid 19 berdampak luas pada segenap aspek kehidupan masyarakat khususnyakehidupan ekonomi. Kehidupan ekonomi masyarakat bisa dilihat salah satunya dari perilakupengelolaan keuangan keluarga. Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan,pengalaman keuangan,sikap keuangan dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaankeuangan keluarga di Kota Denpasar. Pengetahuan keuangan, pengalaman keuangan, sikapkeuangan dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan keluarga dimasa pandemi. Dalam situasi pandemi pengelolaan keuangan keluarga harus dilakukan secaracerdas, bijak dan inovatif sehingga dapat menentukan skala prioritas dalam pemenuhan kebutuhankeluarga.Kata kunci: Pengelolaan keuangan, pengetahuan, pengalaman, sikap.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pengendalian internal biaya operasional pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero) Kantor Cabang Denpasar Gajah Mada. Biaya operasional diperlukan dalam menjalankan operasional suatu organisasi tertentu saja ada biaya yang dikeluarkan dalam menunjang kegiatan operasional kantor. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan, menguraikan, menjelaskan suatu praktek akuntansi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap hal-hal yang berhubungan dengan biaya operasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pengendalian internal yang sudah diterapkan di Bank BRI Gajah Mada terhadap biaya operasial sudah baik dan telah dilakukan pemisahan masing-masing fungsi yang terlibat dan otorisasi juga dilakukan oleh masing-masing bagian. Hal ini berdampak pada pengelolaan biaya operasional yang efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas operasional organisasi.Kata kunci: Biaya Operasional, Sistem Pengendalian Internal,Bank
