Abstract

This study aimed at determining the influence of compensation on teachers’ performance in State Secondary School 3 Batusangkar. The method used was a quantitative. The population in this study were all teachers of civil servants in State Secondary School 3 Batusangkar which consist of 43 people. Analyzer used in this research was simple linear regression, coefficient of determinant, and t test. Data processing using SPSS statistics 20 for windows. Based on the results of the study, it was known that simultaneously the compensation has a significant and positive effect on teachers’ performance. The result from simple linear that constant score equal to 100,008 and coefficient score of compensation equal to 0,378 this indicate that there is significant and positive influence to teachers’ performance in State Secondary School 3 Batusangkar. The result of determinant coefficient can be seen that the involvement of compensation variable to teachers’ performance is 17,1%. Result of t-test where t-count > t-table (2,905> 2,701) or sig. <0,01 (0,000 <0,01) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.  Keywords: Compensation, Teachers’ Performance, State Secondary School 3 Batusangkar

Abstract

Artikel ini ditulis oleh penulis untuk mengkaji mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi paradigma berpikir kesisteman dalam pendidikan islam. Selanjutnya penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode penulisan metode kualitatif dan studi literature atau Library Research. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa paradigma, berpikir dan kesisteman berpengaruh terhadap pendidikan islam. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan islam paradigma harus bisa memposisikan kedalam komponen sistem terpenting bagi lembaga tersebut untuk mendidik manusia seutuhnya (insan kamil). Adanya metode berpikir dan jika diterapkan dalam pendidikan islam maka melalui metode-metode tersebut, baik dilakukan secara alternern maupun secara terpadu, bukan hanya dapat menyentuh persoalan hablu min Allah dan hablu min al-‘alam, tetapi juga akan menambah kepada hablm min an-nas atau persoalan-persoalan sosial dalam pendidikan islam. Pendidikan islam harus memiliki kesisteman yang komplek sehingga akan memudahkan pendidikan islam dalam upaya mencapai target, tujuan, misi dan visi dari sistem pendidikan islam tersebut untuk bisa bersaing dengan perkembangan zaman di era globalisasi. Kebijakan pemerintah sangat penting pengaruhnya dalam pendidikan islam. Adanya kebijakan pemerintah sangat membantu dalam melakukan dan pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen pendidikan islam itu sendiri. Dengan demikian dapat mencapai tujuan, misi dan visi pendidikan islam yang bernilai di dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

This research begins with the conditions of UKM Batik Fitris', which is a forum for people to be able to work, be creative and be productive as entrepreneurs, namely by producing batik. The selection of hand-written batik products is based on the capabilities of the village community and also considers low-risk products. The results achieved from this community service activity are changing people's mindsets into effective entrepreneurs with a batik learning program made from superior natural dyes. In this community service activity, the method used is a qualitative and intensive approach, namely about the community receiving intensive entrepreneurial learning and mentoring from teachers and practitioners working in the batik field. The use of natural materials as batik dyes is intended to avoid causing waste that is harmful to living creatures or the surrounding environment

Abstract

The rise of hybrid work models has transformed traditional workplace dynamics, blending remote and on-site work environments. As organizations navigate this new landscape, Human Resources (HR) departments face the challenge of developing effective strategies to manage and support both remote and on-site employees. This literature review explores the evolving strategies that HR professionals must adopt to address the unique needs and challenges associated with hybrid workforces. The review synthesizes recent research and best practices on managing remote teams, fostering inclusivity, maintaining productivity, and ensuring employee engagement in a hybrid setting. Key areas of focus include the integration of digital tools to support communication and collaboration, the development of flexible work policies, and the creation of robust performance management systems that accommodate diverse work environments. By examining contemporary HR approaches and technological advancements, this study aims to provide insights into effective management strategies that can enhance organizational performance and employee satisfaction in the hybrid work era.
